"So far so good with Expo Events and Tents! We are halfway through the process. We have been to a couple other spots, and Expo definitely had the most selection, including options to "special order" what we needed, since our event was so far in the future. Gabrielle was just helpful enough and answered ALL of our questions, but also gave us space to discuss and mix and match our options without being too overbearing, which I appreciated. She did go above and beyond to find the colors we needed in table runners, even though it wasn't something they carried. Prices seem to be pretty standard with other event rental companies. We have items ordered for will call pick up in September, so I will be able to update review after that!"
"We had used another bounce house a couple of years ago for my dads birthday and they were soo great, but this time didn't have the pirate ship that we were looking for. This place has soo many options on their website. I didn't even know that some of these things were even available in a bounce house. The cost was reasonable, the hours for a full day were great until 8:30 at night so the kids could enjoy their little hearts out and my son had a blast. My hubs had to get in with him since he's still on the younger side and he wanted to climb the stairs and slide down, and the pirate ship bounce house also had the netting on top of it and the posts for the flags, it was awesome, all good reports for this company!"
"The most responsive, professional and affordable rental company. I called 2 days before my event and they had everything I needed. They accidentally put the wrong date on the invoice and I still signed it off (it was my fault for not double checking both invoices that were sent to me after she told me to confirm everything was right) but on the day of I freaked out when I saw drop off was set for next week. It was already after closing hours so I texted/called and they did get back to me quickly and still dropped off within an hour! Extremely quick and responsive for something that was not on schedule. Our guests were in love with how comfy the garden chairs were and how sturdy and gorgeous the farm tables were. I would 10/10 recommend this rental company to everyone!"

"R&T accomodated a last minute booking due to an emergency cancellation from my go to rental. Rental was for 5 standard tables/40 chairs. Equipment was clean/new looking. Delivered an hour later than agreed time (but that was communicated) but pick up was the following day. The service was efficient and friendly. My experience here was fantastic. I went to another rental spot and two employees simply sat behind the counter and CROCHETED! No assistance whatsoever. I called Expo and immediately had a great feeling about the business. Every single employee smiled and greeted me. Gabrielle spent over an hour (and several 1000 steps) to find exactly the design and arrangements I wanted for a memorial Did I mention EVERY single person-- including the in house florist asked if I needed help?I am completely satisfied with the customer service, price and selection at this business. I'll continue to support this enterprise!

This just might be the easiest review I've done. 5 starts without question. Here's the reasoning:1. Company was booked solid for deliveries on the day of our event. So, they offered to deliver the slide the evening before...even though we're an hour away!2. Showed up within the given time window and setup the slide quickly 3. Offered clear instructions for use and for getting the slide ready for pickup.4. Picked up the slide within the given time window.5. Provided clear and effective communication leading up to the event.We could not have asked for a better experience. I can say with 100% confidence that we'll be using All Around Bounce House again!!

After calling around and sending out emails for pricing and getting little to no response from other companies I have to say that I'm sooo very Thankful for Brillant Lounge Party Rentals!! They were so quick getting back to me, the prices were great, delivery was smooth and they made everything so incredibly easy for us. Our Vow Renewal was at Woodward Park and it was only an hour. The staff delivered at 2pm and picked up the chairs and tables at 415pm with no issues and were quick and efficient. I worked with Daisy and I couldn't be more grateful for her help in making everything so stress free! I'd recommend this company and I'll definitely use them for future events. Lupita and Daisy are the best! I used them for coordinating and decor services for my wedding in November and I was so happy with their work. Lupita has so many great ideas and options to choose from. She has an amazing energy that makes you feel like your are in good hands. Daisy coordinated my wedding and did a great job. She was attentive and always got back to me, even when I would have ideas pop into my head late at night. I would recommend using them for any event. They have various packages of services.

First off, you gotta love a business with a great, functional website-this drew my attention for sure over some other places. Secondly, the communication and customer service was top notch. Communication from Mario and Adrian was clear, frequent enough and always with a smile. I called and they allowed me to add to my order the week of my event. "Best stay I've ever had. If you are visiting Yosemite and don't mind trading off an hour drive or so to the valley for the sake of enjoying the most pleasant stay you've ever had and eating homemade breakfasts better than the best of diners, come stay at Red Tail Ranch. Deborah and Kevin, both long-time locals of Groveland, run this quaint bed and breakfast and are some of the friendliest, most helpful guides you can have while planning your trip to the park. During our stay, they helped us figure out where to buy snow chains, recommended multiple hikes based on our interests, and even shared their lasagna dinner with us. The house itself overlooks a huge meadow lined with evergreen trees - a view worth waking up to! We stayed in the smaller room, which still had a queen size bed, walk in closet, and private bath. The living space is really homey - featuring a wood furnace, comfy seating, and a tv with Internet options. Every aspect of our stay was far superior to any stays I've had in hotels, motels, and other locations because few things can beat the warm atmosphere we found at this ranch. Breakfast is worth an entire paragraph of its own. Deborah must have been a chef in another life because her breakfasts are worthy of being featured in any five star restaurant. Each morning, she prepared a new dish - from eggs benedict served with cornbread to fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes with eggs and sausage. You can tell from the way she cooks that she truly enjoys preparing food for her guests. I was already won over by her cooking when I bit into the fresh baked chocolate chip oatmeal cookies she had left in our room so every morning was just another affirmation at how lucky we were to enjoy another meal prepared by Deborah.I cannot recommend this place enough! Stay here if you can! :D"

"Bargain Party used to be so much more, and I'm a little sad about that, but they have made the most of their new spot. It's definitely smaller and not a whole lot of options in their small showroom any longer, but a cute set up nonetheless. We were greeted when we walked in, but the woman behind the counter stayed where she was, and would shout up answers to our questions. She did get up one time to open the door more (it was a windy day), but instead of staying out from behind the counter with us, she went back. However, I will say that she knew all the answers to our questions without having to consult anything. For tablecloths, they only seem to have access to 90" for most of the colored cloths, and then only the black or white comes in 120" also. She also made it sound like she only had a few of each of them. Prices seemed standard. ($8 per 90" round, or long; $13 for 120"). This place may work out well for smaller events but not for larger."

"My wife and I rented a the 20x30 open sided tent package that includes 6 tables and 48 chairs. We added 6 tablecloths. The owner was immediately responsive by text and we worked out the cost and our specific rental request within 15 minutes. She even sent multiple quotes by text as we discussed our planned event. The only minor hiccup was that my text asking when the rented materials would be dropped off went unanswered initially, but when I called the week before our event to ask, the owner 1) answered by using my first name (points for customer service/organization) 2) and reassured us that materials would be dropped off the day before our event. We were informed that the drop off crew would notify us within an hour of coming to our home. The day of drop off came and was getting into the early evening, so I admittedly started to panic a bit and called again to ensure delivery. I was assured our materials would be delivered within the next few hours, which they were. There seemed to be some confusion between the owner and delivery crew since the crew was asking for more money than we were initially told, but after showing the messages I'd received from the owner, the crew deferred to her. I negotiated a pick up time with the delivery crew, who were very flexible and allowed us to keep the materials another day at no extra cost since it was a Sunday. They arrived the expected day and removed the tent and materials quickly, and they were consistently professional and respectful of my home. The materials weren't anything fancy, but they got the job done. Would definitely use again and recommend to those seeking an event rental company for personal/backyard events."
