Fargo Nail Spa is the WORSE nail salon I've ever been to. I hate, hate, HATE this place!! If I had the option to give this establishment negative stars, I totally would.I came in about a week ago for a pedicure. Right when I placed my feet into the tub, the old man immediately started scraping my feet. I found it unusual since it didn't give my skin time to soften up. When he scraped my left foot, I felt a sharp pain that left me in tears. I looked down and saw my heel bleeding! I scolded the man for literally tearing a huge chunk of healthy skin off-- and he didn't even apologize! I looked at the other worker who was watching us and she didn't say anything. They just left it be. To this day, my heel gives me sharp pain whenever I walk on it and the scrape is now crusting over. It looks a little better since it's been healing for a week, but it looked worse on the day of. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or money!

Ladies here are amazing at hair cuts. Prices are very affordable, you can get quick hair fix around 10-15 dollar (doesn't include shampoo). As a hair salon, five stars! However as a nail salon, it was just average or below average to be honest, nothing was phenomenal. (Because the lady wearing glasses rushed to finish mine :( which made my acrylics get lifted as soon as I got home.) Anyway I found the new gem and glad to have a salon near me!

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews! I've been getting pedicures done here forever and they are always great and nice!A lot of people complain about the prices, but if you look at their prices on the menu, it tells you what their BASE price is, things do cost extra such as gel, nail design, and probably length, pay attention to the menu there are plus signs indicating there could be extra charge. Today I got a full set, and it came out to a total of 70, the add ons included the French design and the length. I think 70 is reasonable for a full set, and she did great work, very nice lady and she made me comfortable the entire time. If you think 70 is too expensive, then don't get acrylic nails because this is reasonable in comparison to a lot of nails artists/salons.

"I've been going to Janna @ Elite 1 for the better part of...well, the entire time I've lived in Fresno, pretty much, so about 17 years. She is an awesome colorist and her cuts are incredible. She's a huge talent and if you're super-picky about a great cut as I am, then she's the one to see. I prefer razor cuts for a really great sharp-edged cut and I can go for months if necessary, w/out a cut due to her incredible job. I just wouldn't suggest anyone do so! She's great and you would not be disappointed. Elite 1 is a great all around salon as well, located in the SE Albertson's shopping center at Bullard & First, it's very centrally located as well. They also have several nail artists as well, but I've never had mine done there so I can't review that."

This time, my sister treated me for valentines Day, and although the wait was about 45 min (we were walk-ins), they were able to accommodate us and got us taken care of quickly. The owners are always so happy to see my sister and I, and it makes us feel special. Also, the facility itself is super clean and very elegant. "My experience started off pretty well, they sat my daughter and I right away and started our pedicures. The chairs are newer and they used a disposable liner inside the foot bath which felt sterile. I thought the woman who did my toes was meticulous and the end result is pretty. The foot massage was excellent. But as soon as it was done, the woman left and went to another waiting customer already in a pedicure chair. I had asked for a manicure also, but she obviously didn't remember and didn't ask me a single question before disappearing. I thought MAYBE someone else was coming to do it? Since they do not provide you a service ticket, I felt like I wasn't done and I would eventually get the manicure? Earlier while I was getting the foot and leg scrub and massage, I noticed that my daughter hadn't had one yet. I asked my technician to ensure my daughter would get a scrub and massage also. My technician spoke to her technician in another language and they assured me she would get one AFTER her hands. Well, after her manicure, the technician still didn't massage her! (The brochure does state that all mani's and pedi's include a massage.)Instead, the technician just put my daughters shoes and belongings in her lap as if to say, "all done." And left quickly. Again no service ticket. I was left without knowing what price to pay and looking around for someone to ask. While I was getting the pedicure earlier, I noticed papers on the wall that said Cash Only. Once someone told me the price, and despite the brochure stating they take Visa and Mastercard - they don't.As we were walking out, a little shocked and confused, my daughter looked at her nails and they had already chipped."

I have been looking for my go-to spot for a mani/pedi especially now that COVID restrictions have been lifted. I am so glad I found HiTech nails because they exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed on how they follow all the safety codes like wearing a mask, wearing gloves, social distancing, sanitizing between services and customers, plastic liner protection in pedicure spa, and a pixel glass for manicure/gel manicures or full-sets. The staff is very accommodating, warm and inviting. I love that you use a touch less device to check-in and they do a reward system. And you get 10% off on your birthday. When you are inside this hidden gem you feel like you are in a swanky spa because the ambience is tranquil with all the new technology including new pedicure chairs! My Mini & I got mani/pedis. I treated myself to a Deluxe pedi for Mother's Day. It was pricey but so worth it! It was by far the best pedicure I have ever received! Long soak to exfoliate my feet that haven't had a pedi since before the pandemic! And quality of nails are awesome for as long as I've been with her there has never been a broken nail or a bad chip she uses top products! The barber in town charges almost $50, supercuts is always booked and other haircut places in town are closed on weekends like really los banos...lol these are the days u will get the most customers.The lady who cut his hair: her name is Anna.
