Judy V. "I came here on a ladies lunch date. We walked in around 1:00 pm on a Friday. Their dining area is a decent size for a smaller scale restaurant. They also had upgraded their restroom so now there's a separate male and female restroom. For food, I ordered the Mee Ka Tee while the other ladies ordered Lao fried rice with sour pickled sausages, papaya salad, Tom yum shrimp soup, and Num Yua Beef salad. Everything was delicious! But the top winning savory dishes are the papaya salad, Num Yua Beef Salad, and Lao fried rice with sour pickles sausages. The service was great, too. The waitress was a middle aged lady and she checked on us after taking our orders. She also kindly refilled our water more than three times as we ended up staying there for a couple of hours even after finishing our food."

Yoon C. "Pho Lao Vieng is a great spot if you're craving authentic Thai, Laotian, or Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is super casual. it feels like a true mom-and-pop shop. It's not fancy or modern, and honestly, that's how you know the food is going to be legit. The portions were way bigger than I expected, which was awesome. I got the fried pork, pho, and khao poon, and all of them were really good. Big portions don't mean they skimp on quality here. everything was flavorful and satisfying.Prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for authentic Southeast Asian dishes and don't mind a more down-to-earth vibe, this place is worth checking out!"

Rebekah M. "The pork belly was really good a little overcooked for some of the pieces but it didn't ruin it. Flavor was great. I also got a pork skewer which was even better EXCEPT they had bones in them. I don't think things on a skewer should have bones. They should be easy to eat. Overall I was happy with the food"

Lucius M. "On a cold autumn evening, I was out riding up in the mountains and needed something to warm my core. Looking at Yelp and Google, the options were limited, so I figured some South-eastern Asian food would fit the bill. I had the kao soi and it was different from anything I've had in the past. Adding some of the spice at the table, it was just spicy enough and warm enough to make me forget the cold that I had been riding through all day.Service was attentive and the food came out quick enough. There were a lot of call-in orders while I was sitting there, so I could see how it might take a minute to get a large order fulfilled if you just walked in, but the people I saw leaving all had a smile on their face."

Mai N. "When I arrived they had a cute sign for the restaurant. There was plenty of parking since it's located along a shopping center. I had ordered online for pick up since I was driving from across town and didn't want to wait. Online ordering was really easy and quick. I ordered through Yelp which ended up going through grubhub. When entering the establishment you're greeted with the delicious smells of the food and there was a decent amount of seating available. My food was ready and bagged up when I arrived to pick it up. So the Kao poon was a bit of question mark for me. I've always had Kao Poon with chicken pieces in it that's cooked in the soup. I was a little puzzled when it was ground chicken. I tried it anyway and the broth had good flavor but the ground chicken threw me off. The Lao sausage was good too except it had huge chunks of lemongrass that I'd spit out cause it was poking my gums when I was chewing. The sticky rice it came with was more soggy is some areas than sticky. My daughter ate the fried chicken and only ate a little bit. She said the chicken was too dry for her. This chicken satay had good flavor and the peanut sauce was pretty good as well. I also got the papaya salad and that was really good. I probably wouldn't drive out of my way to get this again but if I was in the area I would make a stop to try other menu items."

Beatriz M. "I was craving Thai food and decided to give this place a shot as I'd never been, and had seen great reviews. I'm going to be honest I left this place knowing I wouldn't be back. The service is super friendly so 10/10 for that, but the food was over priced for the quality of food, and not something I'd have again. The spring roll had a piece of chicken in each one measuring the size of my pinky finger. It might as well have been a veggie spring roll. I only ate half of a spring roll I didn't care for the sauce it was served with it. The dish lacked major flavor. The first bite I took of my noodles was not bad, but as I kept eating all I could taste was oil. Will just say I left most of the food behind and ended up feeling a little sick."
