"This place is 10/10Every dish I've tried is delicious! They get crazy busy, parking can be a serious issue, but worth it!My favorites are the yellow curry with chicken and a side of sticky rice."
"Went there last week and got the basic combo plate pork chow mein, pork fried rice, S&S pork and it was DELISH! ESPECIALLY the S&S pork because it had fat in it."
Stir fried rice with chili, mushrooms, onions and sweet basil.

"It was pretty. I went in for shrimp cocktail. That portion alone is worth the price. the sushi is pretty good, orange chicken and the chow mein with cook bean sprouts was my favorite and the only buffet I can get pickled radish for my sushi. the fried whole shrimp was also amazing"
"Very homey ambiance with really attentive service from the staff. The food was a very solid take on Chinese American classics, but the highlight of my meal was the potsticker served alongside the family dinner option. Will definitely order potstickers as an appetizer on our next visit. The dishes we ordered were all on the salty side, but easily remedied with some chili oil. Overall cozy and delicious, great for large groups and families as everything is served family style."
"The name of this place piqued my curiosity and the many positive reviews I read here. So far, Little Peking has not disappointed me and is just what I was searching for. Peking is the Cantonese translation for Beijing, which is the national capital city of China. I enjoy Peking-style (or Northern Chinese) cuisine because the food is generally cleaner tasting and less oily, and the meat dishes are flavorful and very tender. (A common misconception is that Chinese food is very oily and heavy on sauces.) The Princess Shrimp is essentially Kung Pao Shrimp without the added peanuts. Upon trying it, I thought the shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked, the sauce was not too heavy or overly seasoned, and the vegetables were fresh and crispy. I see why it is a popular dish here. The Lemon Chicken has a delicious lemon and honey sweet sauce and a crispy coating to the chicken. It is a nice alternative for those who like the sweet and sour chicken or pork but are open to trying something different. The Mongolian Beef, however, remains the best-tasting dish I have tried here. The beef is so flavorful and very tender with a slightly crispy exterior. Cooking it in high heat retains the moisture inside the meat and vegetables, and the dish is prepared quickly. Little Peking has a good selection of vegetarian dishes as well. There are tasty lunch specials and dinner combinations that come with either steamed rice, fried rice, or pan-fried noodles. The dining area has seating for 20 people. The food is very good, authentic, and inexpensive. With the closure of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Fresno, Little Peking is quickly becoming my new spot for authentic Chinese dishes and dumplings. It may be worth noting that this tiny restaurant is completely managed and run by a married couple. The wife takes the orders at the counter but is often in the kitchen doing the cooking along with her husband. On occasion, they will have another person help prepare the dishes. Little Peking is a popular spot for take-out orders and catering, so keep this in mind and exercise patience and understanding when you dine here during lunch hours and busy weekend evenings. On busy Friday nights and weekend evenings, try to order ahead or come in 90 minutes before closing. They will not always answer the phone during busy hours since both the husband and wife team are in the kitchen cooking."
"We ordered beef chow fun, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, vegetable delight and hunan shrimp. Loved them all except for the shrimp dish which was over powered by the heavy sauce and shrimp were few and far between, way more veggies than shrimp. They were very generous with all dishes so had a nice portion for four of us plus lots of leftovers. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Will be back for more. Our new favorite in Clovis."
"My first time here 10/17/2024 and it was delicious. Ordered chicken chow mien and spicy orange chicken. The portion size is big and the food was great. I'll be back for more"
"Great! U gotta go when ur hungry and in an empty stomach. Tons of everything and excellent tasting food AND desserts."
"Very authentic Chinese - legit!Loved their service - very friendly and suggested the fresh duck that was just roasted.Ordered:Duck combo plate w/ rice & veggies.Salt & pepper tofu.Beef stew noodle soup.Chicken cartilage mild spiced.XLB dim sumEverything was excellent!Salt levels were perfect and not overly sugared.Definitely returning."
"Just decided we'd stop by before our unplanned Target run. And i think yes! I'm very happy my daughter's not a picky eater. She eats majority of what i eat, so easy! She loved the curry beef. 10/10 the Szechuan beef was good 8/10 sesame ball 10/10 . The waitresses were very tentative, i love that it's very quiet here and they were very efficient. I love this type of dining straight to the point: wait. Serve. And let you be about your eating without interrupting every 5 minutes to check on us. Gives me time for a breather and enjoy my food. Staff was very nice, they held a conversation with my very talkative daughter. Food was superb, it hit the spot. Was craving sesame balls and curry ended up getting other plates as well. And orange chicken plate to go for my boy. He said "yo, ma this bomb, where's it from?" Gg enjoyed her shrimp dish."
"We ordered the special pho & chicken pho, along with a side of pork wontons. The portions were a decent size but flavor wise I think it was a miss unfortunately. The broth itself was okay but had a strong ginger taste, to the point where AFTER I seasoned your broth it still left a strong ginger taste & that's all you tasted.I was really excited being that this was the only pho shop in Madera and bringing in a different variety to the city. But this was a no for me, it would be better to do it yourself at home or drive into Fresno for it."
"Delicious food. The curry chicken was on point. The sweet and sour pork was savory. The orange chicken was unique and the best I've ever had. Server was a little blunt, but got everything correct. Outside it doesn't look like much. Inside is traditional. Price was great. Overall great value. I live out of town, but this will be our go to place when in Hanford."

Great ambience, friendly staff, and the best Panang Curry in Fresno! They are only open weekdays for lunch, so make sure to plan ahead if you want to get something to go to bring home for dinner.

We've been getting takeout here for at least 20 years. Consistently good. Love the special chow mein. Great potstickers. Soups are great, especially when you have a cold. Really we have never had anything from here that we didn't think was good.

3/24/24 Checking it out! Getting lunch! It's a buffet, but you can get what you want, have it weighed and take home. Greeted upon entering. Music playing. Asked for a to-go and a food holder was given. Then you go in and they have a large variety of options to pick. Some didn't look real fresh, but thankfully a lot of it did. Plus, o just didn't get what didn't look fresh. I got a lot of different tasty items to split for lunch. That included a fresh sushi bar area. Lots of options! Even got mini donuts for dinner. Checked out, the worker weighed it, and I paid for it. Good price for all you get! It's clean & safe inside. Music playing. Lunchtime! I set it up to make it easy to split. Try a little bit of everything. My half was really good! Luckily, I got to pick to get the fresh & tasty options. Mother felt the same! Good service & good lunch! Recommended!

I lived in Fresno for a number of years but I visit frequently as my wife's family all still live here. For years, Tsing Tao has been our go-to Chinese restaurant. The variety of dishes has been excellent and there really was no dish I ever tried that I didn't like. However, lately, something seems off with this restaurant. Tonight, I called in a take out order of: Pot Stickers, Assorted Won Ton Soup, String Beans Beef and Cashew Chicken. The soup was as good as it always has been. The pot stickers however....- they looked crispy, which is how I like them, but even though the outside looked crispy, they were actually pretty mushy. My main issue though is that they gave us the smallest container of sauce that I've ever seen. Maybe enough sauce for 2 of the 6 pot stickers if you ration it like Matt Damon had to do in the movie "The Martian". I get that stuff is more expensive, but it appears that they have down-sized the container that holds the pot sticker soy sauce. Maybe it's 2 tablespoons worth? The container is not even big enough to dip a portion of the pot sticker sauce in. My other issue with the food was the Cashew chicken. There were hardly any cashews in dish. I scooped out 3 large spoonfuls over my rice and didn't have even one cashew. Not sure why they call it Cashew chicken if you're not going to put hardly any cashews in it. They should rename it "Onion Chicken" because there are no shortage of onions in the dish.I get that stuff is more expensive than ever. But we're already paying higher prices for the food. Why skimp on the main ingredients of the dishes you serve? The food is still good and may still be the best Chinese food in our area. Not sure though. But it is disappointing to see them skimp on some of the food. It makes me wonder if there has been a change in ownership or management. Been going here for years and something is definitely off.

7/8/23Getting lunch! Spicy Vegetable Tofu with Chicken added Chow Fun ordered. Made spicy at a "5" level too! The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 10 min. I went in to get it. The restaurant is take out only. Still, safe and clean. Greeted by kind worker and the order was ready and waiting. Paid for the order and left. Lunchtime! You get a lot! Definitely get your money's worth! My portion was really delicious! They gave a really great amount of tofu and chicken. A great amount of spice and even more delicious with the thick noodles! Mother said her half portion was great! She said it had a lot of meat and the noodles were really great too! Lots of leftovers as well! Good service and Great Chow Fun! Highly recommended!

I don't care what anyone says, I love this place. I've been in and out of the hospital and sick the last three weeks and been craving Chinese. It's my comfort go to. So I went in tonight and ordered wonton soup and chicken chow mein to go. Came home and wow the food was great! Beyond expectations! Everything was still hot and fresh. The eggrolls are some of the best I've had in a long time! Also the kid working the counter was super cool and helpful. Definitely reccomend and I'll be back soon! Thanks guys!

Golden Harbor boasts an impressive selection of food, but unfortunately, nothing truly stands out. I tried the jalapeño chicken, one of my favorites, and was disappointed to find it lukewarm. The sushi options were underwhelming--mostly rice and imitation crab with no rolls worth a second bite. The saving grace of my visit was the made-to-order noodles. They were phenomenal and the only reason I'd consider coming back. Service, on the other hand, was nearly non-existent. I found myself searching for a server just to get a drink refill. While the buffet is spacious and accommodating for large groups, the $35 price tag on a Saturday makes it a "maybe" at best. Golden Harbor might work for special occasions, but it's not a spot I'd visit regularly.

"When we come to Visalia we always come and eatHere. They have fresh and great Chinese food. The waitresses are always kind, helpful and friendly. We always get the same from the menu. My husband gets broccoli beef and sweet and sour pork it comes with chow Mein and rice also egg roll and wontons and a bowl of egg flour soup. My mother in law Gets the sweet And sour chicken plate that also comes with noodles and rice. She loves this. My daughter gets the teriaky chicken only she asks not to put the teriaky sauce and she get sweet and sour sauce instead. I always get Vegetales noodles. It is very delicious. They make it not to oily and very flavorful. This is one of our favorite places to eat Chinese food. If you are in Visalia pay them a visit!! Really great food. Friendly and fast service."
"Absolutely the best service, clean restaurant. Food absolutely perfect! Delicious! Great atmosphere and nice staff very helpful in deciding food!"
"The value for the portion sizes you get here is outstanding! Their orange chicken has just the right amount of spice and is incredibly tasty. I ordered two to-go meals, which included all chow mein and two sides--BBQ, along with two servings of orange chicken and spicy chicken. After taxes, my total was only around $21, which feels almost unbelievable given the generous amount of food. I highly recommend this spot for Chinese cuisine; the owner is also exceptionally friendly!Although the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning, so it was a bit warm when I arrived, I didn't mind at all--knowing the delicious food would make it worth it!"
"My wife was in the mood for some Chinese food but also really wanted to find a place that had steamed buns. Lucky for us they did; she was sold! She went with an unusual choice for her main entree, the mandarin chicken plate with two sides of white rice. Mandarin Chicken: She didn't think the mandarin chicken was going to be as spicy as the kung pao chicken, but for someone who doesn't eat spice; beware, it's spicy! She said the chicken was tender, worked well with the white rice and the veggies that were with the chicken. The only thing that stopped her from finishing it was the spice. Semi win for the wife. Pork steamed buns: the bun was soft, but the flavor from the pork wasn't good. My wife and I took a bite and what was supposed to be excitement for finally finding buns quickly subsided into "no thank you." Pass. Doesn't have good flavor in our opinion.Custard steamed buns: like the pork buns, the bun itself was soft, decent flavor. The custard to me reminded me of cake batter. Normally I'm not one for cake batter but it was delicious! My wife didn't think so! She wasn't a fan of the custard. Final Thoughts: she really liked the presentation, some of the flavors and wants to try other things from the menu. It's a win for my wife and a win for me for the custard buns."
"I live a block away & only ate there once about 10 years ago. Craved Chinese food, so I ordered salt & pepper wings and the tomatoe beef chowmein in curry sauce.Chicken well flavored, super crispy & juicy. Curry sauce was delicate, smoky, which paired well with the buttery soft beef. I will be ordering there every chance I get! I ordered ahead to avoid the wait, but there wasOnly 1 couple seated around 5 p.m. so plenty of seating if need be.Staff was polite and welcoming. Street parking was available at the time too."
"We ordered dinner from here the other night. I had been craving Chinese food and after seeing all the good reviews, we decided to try it out. The restaurant is located in an old Clovis shopping Center. There is plenty of parking. That's a good thing because the restaurant was very busy when we went to pick up our order. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken w/noodles, Garlic Chicken w/noodles, and the Orange chicken. Everything was delicious, warm, and plentiful!! We probably should just ordered 2 dishes for a family of 4. But the good thing is we had tons of leftovers. Will definitely be back!!"
"I really liked this Chinese spot in Madera ranchos Very yummy and HUGE portions The chow mein was my favorite and kung pow chicken we also ordered orange chicken and fried rice Everything was cooked very well and we had a ton of leftovers so probably will order less next time However the staff was very nice, restaurant was clean with a ton of seating, and the service was very fast :)"
"Food was very tasty, the service was awesome. The staff accommodated a very large group of family with a banquet room to ourselves."
"I went during the week at lunch time to try this place on my lunch break. The ambiance: It was not busy at all it was quiet and we. It did not disappoint. I had a lunch special that had orange chicken beef broccoli chow mein and fried rice. My thing is chow mein. You have to have good chow mein and this place had it. The service was fine, waitress was nice. Now I have two great options restaurant wise to choose from. This place and new star China. I'll definitely come back to dine in would love to try their other plates."
"Good food I decided to order everything ala cart Orange chicken was delicious Garlic chicken had veggies Pork chow main was okay a little plain definitely needed soy sauce"
"It's always a treat to dine here. Amazing service and very friendly staff. The food was fresh and made to order and arrived promptly and hot. We always enjoy our meals there."
"Well when we walked in the atmosphere was that of a dated but cute 1980s hole in the wall, which inspired confidence but it was all down hill from there. We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken, when the food came it was... well, the best part of the meal was probably the fortune cookie. The pan fried noodles were completely stiff and almost stale and tasted of old oil, the princess chicken had a very strange taste to it but was reasonably serviceable. My mom had the lemon chicken and it tasted like a lemon bar donut and was thickly battered. When we sent back the noodles we were charged a substitution fee and the chow fun noodles they brought out instead were completely plain as well, and just completely joyless.Honestly, and it pains me to say this. Just go to Panda Express, it's a block away."
"Stopped by for lunch and was surprised to see no customers. Went inside and was greeted by a very nice lady. Customer service, A+. Visually, you can tell the restaurant is old school. Truly reminds me of the 80s and 90s Chinese food restaurants. Everything is old, but it is clean inside. Absolutely love these style of eateries, they are a diminishing breed. Ordered the ginger beef over fried noodles and was amazed at the serving portion! The to-go tray was filled with tons of noodles and lots and lots of beef. If you love your protein, order the ginger beef, you won't regret it. The taste was great and the food was piping hot, fresh out of the wok and made to order. My drink and order were brought out to me within 5 minutes, so they're fast as well.Would most definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner and will absolutely be returning. Stop by and show some support, these types of restaurants are becoming scarce."
"The best wonton soup, we got the combination last week for the first time and already back for some. Nice friendly service too. They take phone orders too. Plus they really pack on the plates, great value for the cost."
"Food was delicious. You are served a lot pf food and prices are decent. The service is the best. The ladies we nice, attentive and they made our experience great. It is a small place but definitely will go back when in the area."
"This is an old, small run down mom & pop restaurant that has great food and prices! My kung pao chicken was just as it should be and there was a lot to it! Had the 3 egg rolls and they were large and excellent! My wife had almond chicken and again it was delicious and huge! Very friendly people and great service too. We WILL be back!!"
"We have continued to eat there - and get delivery from - this place for years now. The staff is lovely, the delivery driver is great, and we really enjoy the food. Good people work there who make tasty food. I always tell visitors to the area that it is the place to go for Asian food."
"08/15/24- My friend and I was looking for a good Chinese food place. We stumbled across Chan's Chinese Food dine in & take out. A small littplace Cedar & Shield in Fresno. This was our 1st time eating here. The service was excellent at the same time he helped the take. order too! The ambiance was friendly. I highly recommend the #6 Combination Meal. The potion of the food was generous. You can feed 2 people just ask for extra plate or 1 hungry person. It Worth my $10.98 meal. I had to take a lot home for leftovers the next days."
"Simple, delicious, good portion plates and appetizers. Friendly staff and clean, wide space. Definitely worth a go!"
"My husband and I get the meal for two. Comes with chow mein, noodles, shrimp tempura, orange chicken and it can literally feed 4! It's perfect for our small family and it hits the spot every time. Friendly service, neat and clean restaurant. Highly recommend calling order in prior to pick up as this place gets pretty busy!"
"Over all good food the portion size is huge which makes this place a great value. Can feed 2-3 on one lunch specials."
"Such a hidden gem for fast and affordable Chinese food in Fresno! It may not get the recognition as some other spots but this place gives you huge amounts of food for a very inexpensive price. It seems more as a takeout spot rather than dine in although there is plenty of seating inside . The service is very friendly and the staff are accommodating to requests. They have a pretty large menu so definitely something for everyone."
"I'm OBSESSED with this place. I've tried a few different menu items which are all delicious and very typical Chinese food takeout items, however the thing that keeps me coming back is definitely the Woh Wonton Soup. I get very picky when it starts to get cold because I want something that doesn't require a lot of prep and makes my heart happy, and the soup is it. I could eat it every day if it were up to me. The service here isn't a bragging point, but they get your order out quick and correct every time. No dog and pony show and I personally love that. Highly recommend."
