Abbie S. "Came here with a few friends around 7pm and it wasn't packed. The place had several of tables and chairs, but not really for big groups. We ordered our food in the front and we took a seat, they call by your name to grab your order.We got 8 asada tacos and a burrito. The tacos were extremely delicious and not greasy at all! I would say the red sauce was bland, but the green and guacamole sauce make up for it. I love how delicious the grilled Serrano peppers and onions were, it made the tacos taste even better. Prices for tacos are a bit higher than normal but I thought they were delicious. Would recommend and come again!"

I used trusty Yelp when I had a craving for cheesecake and was shocked to know I missed this family run business right around the corner. I checked it out it's located in the Cedar/Herndon shopping center.When we entered it smelled AMAZING! I love that they have mini sizes of the cupcakes and cheesecake makes it easy to sample or just get that fix without over indulging!They also carried homemade cookies which were to-die-for! Not too sweet or doughy with lots of chips! I've been back just for the cookies since I'm so particular and dislike those chain brands that seem to be so popular.The service was fine nothing bad or outstanding either. Of note they also carry thrifty ice cream! There's a few tables if you want to enjoy your goods immediately but they package it up in such cute packaging it feels like you're opening a gift! We're hooked!"

My family recently hired Maria's tacos to cater my dad's 70th birthday party and they not only provided delicious food that everyone enjoyed (and my Mexican family is picky!) but service that was exceptional! Every guest was treated like a customer with the highest level of respect and warmth. They arrived promptly and were efficient and clean with their set up. And they handled with grace the heavy rain of a tropical storm that worked its way through the Valley the day of the party! I highly recommend Maria's tacos for your catering needs.

We had a dinner reservation and were greeted quickly upon arrival. There were a few tables with other customers and the service was good and the food even better. The accompanying brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were the perfect pairing. I wish I would have took a picture of our food but only got a quick video. We got two ribeye plates, a pork chop plate and a lasagna for dinner. To drink I had a raspberry lemon drop which was delicious. We also had a lemon crème brûlée and a piece of their carrot cake. Both were good and not overly sweet. The ambiance was quiet and yet inviting. Once we finished our meal and were about to leave we were approached by Julie who stated her son was the chef and asked how our experience was. We told her we had a good time and enjoyed the food. Which then turned into an impromptu tour of the different areas of the restaurant close to closing time. So I took a few pictures. She was friendly, informative and took pride in the restaurant. It was a great interaction with her. Through that I learned that not only the Women's restroom but the men's restroom also had changing tables for the babies. On the plus side for moms and dads they provide extra supplies in case you forget some. Appears they are family/kid friendly. Definitely check them out and support your local businesses.
