"Pretty good food! Service was okay, could be better, but it's a purchase than sit kind of place, so guess you can't expect a whole lot. We arrived in the late afternoon on a Sunday, not too much going on, a few people at tables, but they took our order right away, and we had no issue finding a place to sit. The food was delicious. We each ordered the Choose 2. I ordered the chicken rosa pasta and the chicken pomodori panini, with a side caesar salad. The caesar salad was average, reminded me of bagged caesar salad, except for the croutons, those were house made and yummy. Both the panini and the pasta had very similar flavors for sure, kind of a tomato, basil, pesto, spinach thing going on. Which was fine for me, but if you're looking for variety don't order these two together! My friend got a cup of tomato soup, and the choose 2 with the chicken pesto sandwich and the pesto cavatappi. She said both were delicious too. She had the dragon fruit tea and did not care for it though. I've had breakfast BBLT & Egg sandwich before and it is so good (worth adding avocado too.) Both in house and on Door dash. Very much a "panera" type place and for being something I could get good food to go, for the same price as a fast food restaurant, It's pretty good to me. Oh! my other complaint, besides service, was the to go containers felt so flimsy."
"This bakery is such a local treasure! I contacted them to see if they could make bear cupcakes for my daughter's first birthday and I provided a couple examples. They said they could, but I was still somewhat skeptical how well they would turn out. They exceeded every expectation! They were absolutely adorable - and they truly tasted as amazing as they looked. Worth every penny!"

"This place is very trendy. We got there mid morning. I think we missed the crowds. We got there just in time. They sat us down very quick. It was just my two daughters and I. Gaby our waitress was so nice, kind and very helpful. She wrote everything down to the dot as how I wanted my chilaquiles. My daughter got the hot chocolate and it was very cute with whip cream on top and some sprinkles. I got coffee and then we ordered the breakfast. It was pancakes breakfast, the western omelet with potatoes and the special chilaquiles. Everything came out very good and they didn't take that long to serve it. We would definitely come back because it's a cute cozy place to have breakfast. They also offered some things like honey, cookies, nuts, home made granola. And many more things. I really liked it there."
"This is the BEST bakery in town!Friendly service, delicious food (and coffee which is super important to me) There is a take out or eat in option. You can sit outside as well. (Shade is provided during summer and heat lamps during the cooler months)So much detail has been put into the surroundings inside the cafe. Vintage décor. It's very cool. There are couches and tables to eat at and I can't forget to mention other cushy and comfy seating inside that is available for the clients. It's an all around tasty and comfortable eating establishment .Don't take my word for it, you should check it out! I'd give it a 10/10 if I could!!!"
"Beautiful presentation for your guest to receive there lunch in a cake box with ribbon and a fresh rose! Paula signature rose on the top of each lunch will wow your guest. When they open the box there is a sandwich, salad and fresh fruit. The salad had peaches and boysenberry with a incredible dressing to the side. Was simply delicious I wish I had taken a picture of the inside."
"Ah, I love it here! I work in the Robert E. Coyle Courthouse & will stop by the cafe when I'm too lazy to walk across the street lol but to be fair, my lunch is only 30 minutes. Anywho....Alex is awesome - he will greet you once you walk in & take your order. He knows me but name now & knows exactly how I like my BLT sandwich lol!! & Martha is the best! Her food is delicious. She has a daily special that usually includes a drink & sometimes chips or fries. She also has a soup of the day. I wish I had pictures of all the yummy food I've had here, but I'm usually always too hungry to snap a pic. I did however snap a picture of her southwestern chicken wrap which was sooo flavorful! It had chicken, lettuce, corn salad, tortilla chips, cheese, drizzled in a chipotle style sauce...all wrapped up & grilled lightly in a spinach tortilla wrap. Bomb.com *If you ever stop by - try out her meatloaf. I personally haven't tried it yet because it's always sold out by the time I get to the cafe - but my coworkers rave about it!!"
"2/28/25 Getting breakfast for Sunday! Hot and New!!Of course, ended up getting much more! Worked out that way in the waiting....They were busy!! This time the line wasn't going out the door. Waited a bit and ordered a large Spiced Ube Latte with almond milk. Steak breakfast burrito and granola bowl. Also saw a Blueberry Lemon Muffin and got that for a dinner. I was going to get lunch too, but the worker told me they don't start serving lunch until 11. Paid for it and waited. Definitely an open atmosphere with lots of different seating set ups. I didn't take many pictures because there were A LOT of people. Full house! Laid back atmosphere. Music playing. They have seating to outside if you want too! Looks like a patio....Order was called and it was almost 11 by then. Asked the worker if I could order lunch. She asked the manager and he said okay. The worker that called my order recommended the South of the Border bowl. Got that for lunch and paid for it and waited more. Luckily, I noticed while waiting, the blueberry lemon muffin I ordered and paid for wasn't in there. Told the worker. Like I said, VERY busy!! This time the line was going out the door. She was happy to get me my blueberry lemon muffin. Waited a bit more...this time the line was going way out the door! Quite a bit more waiting. At least it's a nice, low key atmosphere. Waited a bit more...A bit bit more waiting....Received order later with a thank you! Wishing them the best with how busy it is! Lunchtime!South of the Border bowl was Really Great! DELICIOUS and flavorful! Steak cooked perfectly!! Good amount. Leftovers too!! Granola Bowl, steak breakfast burrito and lemon blueberry muffin look really Good for Sunday too!! I'll add it then. Make sure, if you go in, that you have the time! I was in there about an hour. It took about 15 min to order and 35 minutes to get first order. Then, another 15 minutes to receive the rest, 2nd order. It was worth it!! Make sure you check you check if you're picking it up too! Breakfast does looks Really Good for Sunday and muffin for a dinner! Appreciated the good service too!! Definitely Highly Recommended for the food! Makes sense why it's on the Hot & New list and why it's so busy! Good service too! Recommended!!"
"Santa Fe Salad Wrap (Tri Tip) - I very much enjoyed my wrap. It was so flavorful and tasty! At first I was kind of worried because it seemed like not a lot of meat in there, but I get that the food is suppose to be under 500 calories. Anyways, it filled me up and I didn't feel sluggish or stuffed after finishing it. I'm definitely coming back to try something else because everything sounded great on the menu!"
"I came in with my daughter and we had great service from the start. The ladies were SO NICE and SO WELCOMING!! They had smiles and were so friendly. The coffee was SO GOOD. The place was very clean. They had a busy crowd, but they were very fast at making the coffee~ Support local! I will be back! Thank you!!"
"Delicious sandwich. I always enjoy their food and also Turkish coffee. Atmosphere is pleasant"
"Good food. Service is great too. The salads and appetite are good as well. If you wanna order to pick up they're also quick too. My fave is the lasagna"
"Great food, chill ambiance, good prices, and great service!! I recommend checking this place out!"

Great food and coffee. Lunch too. We drive all the way from Escalon to go here. I'm now writing more words as Yelp won't allow me to post unless there are 85 characters. They do custom cakes here as well

In all honesty, the food is a solid 3.5. But I round up the review to four stars because customer service is pretty good here. The first time I came, I tried the sweet potato hash, and I was a bit, taken a back by the seasonings they used on the potatoes, it tasted like Indian spices, which didn't go well with the eggs and the eggs had no flavor or salt on them. Today, I decided to go with the avocado toast which has two poached eggs on top again no salt or pepper. It was just plain Jane for $20 bucks it was not really worth it.The Chilaquiles are decent, although not authentic like you would find at a Mexican restaurant but good portion for the price.I think the best thing to get here are the crabcake Benedict, they're worth the price and they're actually very tasty. I have not tried any of the waffles or pancakes or any sweet stuff cause I'm not really into that. However , it seems like a lot of people do enjoy those types of dishes here. They make fresh squeeze orange juice which is nice. Customer service is always really good here and despite it being a busy atmosphere I get seated right away and don't wait more than 2 to 3 minutes for a Table. I think it's worth trying. Just know that the menu is hit or miss.

Paula's service was excellent for catering my small event. From the time I contacted her to the delivery of the food, she was patient, flexible, and paid attention to detail and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I haven't been into the physical location, but for catering, they will come to you, so that's convenient!!

If you don't mind passing through security and taking all metal off your body, this may be a fun and interesting visit. Originally I caught some pictures of this place sometime ago and headed over to the address which I had no idea was inside a federal courthouse. The day that I first tried to eat here, it was closed so I didn't go through. I happen to be over at double tree for a Medicare Broker's meeting and was thinking about eating someplace I hadn't tried before...It seems that all the parking downtown is now electronic and handled through your phone. I liked that. The federal courthouse and its grounds are stunning. The budget for construction must've been gigantic. Each detail and element in planning and construction is of the highest levels. The way each tile fits together, the textured cladding, the embedding of metal, glass and transitions between various materials. Even the stairway to the second level is a work of art. It is big, open, roomy....quiet. Just the way I like my environments... And it looks like every penny of the $165 million dollars spent on it!You'll need to pass through a phalanx of security, answer various questions and go through the metal detector. No doubt, that keeps beggars and homeless out... :)The café is on the second floor and carries a nice variety of items. The menus are located in completely different parts which is not ideal. The breakfast menu is on one wall and the lunch menu on a completely different wall 15 feet away from it. It looks like there's some daily specials and food here is priced like it other venues. You're not coming here for some cheap deal.. It seems like they were only two people working here. A gentleman at the register taking orders and one woman in the kitchen making the food. And it's delish!I ordered a tuna melt, extra tomato, add onions and pickles, add avocado. I think I blew it when they asked me if I wanted mayo on the bread. I should've realized that the mixture of tuna already has mayo in it and left it that way.. It was a bit juicier than it might have been otherwise but still delicious. Unlike other places, the filling was actually HOT, things melted. The sourdough bread was perfectly toasted providing a wonderful texture. And although the sandwich was sloppy, it was generously portioned and delicious.I ate directly outside on the mezzanine where there were dozens of tables with beautiful views out into the atrium. It was serene and there is no claustrophobia or crowds to contend with. GOOD! Like anywhere, if you go you'll probably want to get your timing right so you're not going at the peak... All the food in the pictures looks fantastic and that's what drew me here, compelled me, MADE me come! It was an unconventional venue and the stars aligned in proximity for my vis.....-G

If I could only rate on atmosphere and food alone, this would be an instant 5/5. This place is SO SO SO close to ticking all the boxes. Otherside is all the new hubub residing in The Row apartment shopping center. I believe they just had their opening week, and word caught fire because its always busy. I've been here three times, twice in the evening and once in the morning. I know going to a cafe later in the day is not really feasible, but I recommended it because the mornings get PACKED. Service is pretty fast and friendly. They do blast music, though, if you're not into that. Personally, they make it up because whoever is on aux got taste. Pricing isn't bad either, around $6 for drinks and $12-$15 for the dishes. The decor on the inside is really something special that you don't see in Central Valley. The warm tones, copious lightings, and an outdoor botanical patio with heating. They get an A+ just for aesthetics. This is easily the nicest looking cafe in town. On top of that, there is an insane amount of seating. Only downside is if you're trying to use this place to study. As a student, I was disappointed when I found that there weren't any outlets and the owners market the place as a "eat and go" type of situation. Sort of like YAVA. However, that's not stopping no one because every time I go so many people have laptops out doing work. Another EXTREMELY HIGH praise I have for this place is the food. Since its owned by the people who manage Heirloom, Saizon, Mayd, etc you know this stuff is going to be crazy... and it is. I highly recommend either an OG or steak breakfast burrito. The flavor they pack in that little tortilla is unforgettable and is mainly the reason why I keep coming back. The steak is so tender it melts in your mouth. The potatoes are crispy, the herbs and sauce are flavorful. People also sing praise of their baked goods, which I don't doubt. It seems like food is def their speciality. Now...the drinks. Specifically the specialty lattes are super disappointing with what they promise. I've had pretty much all of them and can safely say don't get anything iced. Something about their proportions and ice make every drink taste watered down. This downside suddenly muddles their complex notes. Getting the drinks hot saves them some grace, but a little more to be desired. Their best latte is the Honey Saffron (4/5), with the Ube Spiced (3.5/5) being my second recommendation. I just think with them being a new cafe and trying to have bold flavors without a solid foundation throws it off. I'm sure with time the drinks improve, and I'm also excited to see a rotating menu with how creative the people can be. TLDR: This place has so much potential and I want it to do well (and they are, duh, they're always busy). My main complaints are it isn't catered to a work/study space and the drinks hold them back.

"This place has the potential to be a superstar however it is very hit and miss in terms of customer service and wait. Sometimes you get a friendly cashier/barista and sometimes you get someone with the personality of a wet towel idly passing their time. The coffee is tasty but if you're looking for a pick me up you'd need to add some shots of espresso. The pastries are off the hook through flakey pastry. Their toasts are great just sometimes a long wait. Coffee tend to be a longer wait too as there's one espresso machine. The ambiance is cute and contemporary."
"Food , service and the environment is all awesome. Not one bad thing to say about this place. I pass it daily on highway 99 and I know the factory is here but did not know about the restaurant.10/10 recommend coming here ."
"This brand new café just opened in downtown Fresno, and I tried the iced caramel cold brew. It was delicious, with a nutty flavor and hints of hazelnut. I would definitely order it again! I can't wait to explore more items on their menu.Service was fast and my drink came out quickly. The ambiance was alright. I'll come again."
"Pancakes were huge. French toast was very good. It's out of the way from my house, but I would go back if I was passing by. Solid diner-style breakfast."
"Amazing ambiance. Christian music playing. Very kid and family friendly. Fast service. We ordered a breakfast burrito of chorizo one with avocado for a charge and one without. The juiciest burrito I've ever had. Delicious. Coffee was great as well. Definitely coming back with the family."
"Cute Greek restaurant attached to a small deli. We went for brunch. We shared the Georgian Cheese Bread with bacon. $16.44. We also got baklava. It comes in many flavors. We enjoyed the orange and lemon, but on our way out we bought more to take home-apricot, raspberry, and Nutella. The servers were welcoming and kind. We will return for dinner when their liquor license comes through."
"Excellent food and generous portions. We will definitely go back again. It was very busy on a rainy Saturday morning. The food was hot and the wait staff were very friendly."
"They make a great sandwich here. The ladies are very nice. Nice spot to have a coffee in beautiful downtown North Fork."
"Big fan here. Even though we have one in tower district now I still prefer Visalia and now this location in Tulare. One reason is that because they have the fully equipped kitchen that can cook up some yummy breakfasts as opposed to Fresno. Their breakfast burrito alone will bring you back time and time again! They make really unique home made donuts too here if you got that sweet tooth. This time, ordered a big breakfast plate with eggs, bacon, potatoes and fruit. It kept me nice and full for my shopping trip across the street at the outlets. Lattes are a fan fave but I just get the black iced coffee (flash brew) it never disappoints. Really enjoy the outdoor space at this new location. It shares it with Quesadilla Gorilla. ( same owners) Look forward to coming back!"
"Great food and amazing service. Best value around. Don't miss a chance to stop. Super fast on getting food to the table."
"First time being here! I've always looked at the reviews to find that there are no pictures of the space or pictures of the menu, so I decided to do a more detailed review. I've heard of this place a few times and finally had time to try it out!Visually: It's a cute, decorated, and very spacious place. Super clean, spread out, and different types of seating; whether you like sitting in a high chair, low chair, or a booth. The booths have access to charging which is a must especially if you'll be working here for awhile. The tables are big and wide which is a huge plus! Most of the other coffee shops in town don't have big tables so it always feels crammed and hard to do work, but thankfully the tables here are big enough to bring out your stuff and work.Internet: They do give out internet codes that are valid for an hour after you log in. I don't see it as an inconvenience, but I feel that some people might. It's a super easy process to log in, so not a problem for me. I think the place being connected to Merced County of Education could be the reason why they might have to keep track of wifi usage, given that maybe there are students who work here or are in the space.Service: Excellent service! Nice and polite staff. If you're seated, they will bring you your drinks and food, which is really nice, especially if you're working! I saw the staff, sanitizing the tables and seats after customers sat down and left.Menu: Huge variety of drinks. What's available is hot or cold coffee, tea, smoothies, fountain drinks, juice, and water. They have a pretty big breakfast, lunch, and salad menu. All items are served at all hours of their opening hours, which is very convenient! What I ordered:Drink: Hot Matcha Latte with an extra scoop of matcha and substituted the milk for oatmilk. It was pretty good, I would definitely get it again.Food: Full, Hot, Tuscan Chicken Sandwich on Honey Wheat Bread with Pesto Aioli, provolone cheese all veggies and Avocado Absolutely delicious, would definitely get it again! Super fresh! Your food comes out on a tray if you're eating here, it's nicely wrapped, and they cut your sandwich in half which is very convenient for me! Overall, I love the space and intentionality. The staff is extremely friendly, they checked up on us and made us feel comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. Awesome place to do work, grab a drink and food!"
"I love this restaurant and workers. Whether you order food or use the Grab and Go case, the food and service is consistently great. The ambulance is casual. There is a great little food store attached to the restaurant and you can but fresh cut flowers here at a reasonable cost, also."
"Great place for breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy, my husband had chile verde. Both choices were great!"
"Wow, my last review for here was from six years ago?! I've been here many times between now and then, but my latest visit was very delightful! I ordered a iced Americano with almond milk along with one of their delicious old-fashioned donuts. The iced Americano was phenomenal! Not bitter aftertaste you sometimes get with espresso based drinks. This was super smooth and I've never drank an iced coffee so fast.Last time I was here I ordered a turkey wrap this time around I went with a pastry. I ordered a classic old-fashioned glazed doughnut, my go to with coffee. This donut was dense, not too sweet, and massive. All good things, when eating an old fashioned donut. The staff told me it was made by a local baker, but they didn't tell me the actual name of the bakery. I wish they did, because I would definitely be stopping there for other delicious bakery treats! I really love this coffee shop! Not only is the staff amazing, but it's a great place to hang out with some friends, read a book, or get some work done on your computer."
"We've been frequenting Camp 4 for many years, so I find it hard to believe that I've never reviewed it before! Simply put, this is the absolute best date spot in Modesto, Quick tip: make a reservation, just makes things easier. When you first walk in, you immediately notice the ambiance, and the front area is dimly lit seems kind of small, but it's the perfect atmosphere to enjoy yourself and your company. But don't think that's all, there is a huge annex in the back that can accommodate larger parties. The food is simply incredible, they almost always have something special on the menu that they didn't the month before. Always gives you something new to try. The wine selection is awesome and they offer wine flights, if you'd like to try a few different wines at once. I've tried most things on the menu, from the paninis to the baller board. I cannot recommend the baller board enough, it's an absolute enormous selection of meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruit selections. They explain the entire board and give you all the details about each item. Please, give Camp 4 a try if you haven't already. I promise it'll be your next go to spot."
"I am speechless !!! Beyond my taste buds of an experience, the chicken penne pasta salad is one of the best salads I ever had! I couldn't get a picture of the delicious desserts I had but I had a slice of carrot cake as well as the orange cream cake and let me just say WOW!!!! My waitress Genesis was sweet and attentive with everything I needed! The restaurant was very warm, roomy, and welcoming. If I didn't live 45 minutes away, that would be my go-to!!!"
"Enjoyed my breakfast here at Granny's Country Cafe. The service was not very attentive but the delicious food made up for it. I loved the creaminess of thier gravy and the biscuits were flaky and wonderful. They also had a great verity of other breakfast and diner type items on the menu. I plan to visit again soon."
"We ordered different items throughout the party, and the highlights were the specials for the day. Best breakfast from a restaurant in this area.Service was great, the space was small, but the staff was very welcoming and helpful.Take a chance and you won't be disappointed"
"The rose latte is small & mostly sugar. It has only a small taste of coffee. The location is great and the ambiance is very nice. The service is quick. The chocolate cake was too thick."
"Love it! Very friendly staff and best Latte I have ever had. Can't say enough good things about this place!"
"Definitely recommend Sams's to all that ask. I only wish they were open a bit later so I can have their breakfast for dinner too! The service is always quick even when the are busy. The wait staff is super nice. I have lived down the block from them for almost 10 years would eat here every meal If I could but I've got bills to pay too. It is always clean sometimes a bit loud but still a great place to eat."
"Everything here is pretty good. This place really came through during a difficult time. They have healthy options and grab-and-go items. The prices are great and the portions are big. Everyone is really nice and the service is fast."
"Came here because of all the rating but this was a one time visit. Got a latte and a sandwich, sandwich was good but the coffee tasted burnt. Not sure what was going on but the server just could not be bothered. I felt I was interrupting a conversation. I am not one to give a bad review on a one time experience so I will give a three but I will say I was disappointed."
