"Owens remodeled my entire home. They took out all my flooring and put in custom tile throughout my entire home. They Tiled all my counter top, bathroom sink tops, modified my kitchen counter top, put in all new sinks and faucets , back splash, Tiled my back patio, and modified my bedroom window into a sliding glass door! "My experience from here is when I ordered more driveway rock for the house. After one visit to the business I found a nice rock that basically matched the house paint color. I ordered what I needed from the onsite office and had them deliver the rock for a small (local delivery) fee. Before unloading the rock the driver asked if I want it in a pile or spread out (pick spread out) if you are doing a driveway it makes for less time raking out. You will thank me after your done raking out the rock, believe me. The whole process was quick and easy (except the labor part). There is a decent selection of bark, rock and soil at the business. "The best quality lumber for fences in Fresno/Clovis. If you want quality cedar or redwood fence materials look no further. I have used their lumber for some fence repairs and hired a fence company to replace a long run of fence and I asked them where they buy their lumber and they said Home Depot or Lowes. As much I like to shop at Home Depot and Lowes their fencing materials have something to be desired. I told the fence company I would only have them do the work if they bought from the Fresno Grape Stake Yard. For just a few pennies more per board you get a thicker, straighter and more quality piece of lumber. The fence installers couldn't believe how much better the quality was. I also discovered that their redwood 2 X 4s are half the price of Lowes and twice as good. A little drive for a lot of quality."

This review is only for the memorial side of this business.This may be the only game in town for memorials and that is a shame. The lady that owns/runs this part of the business needs to learn about customer service and compassion. We didn't like the first draft for our mother's niche plate so I sent in a scaled design of my own. The proof from that came back perfect with one small change. When I dropped off my note on the proof for the one change she accused me of having them re-do it 7 times and told me if I make any more changes I was going to have to pay for it! It was not 7 times; she was exaggerating and was very rude. This plate would be at the site of our mother's remains for all of eternity. I would think especially after someone has lost a loved one, the person providing a service should be kind and compassionate and want to make sure all the details are perfect. I will not do business with them again. I will go to Visalia or Fresno.

Larry and Stryder did an amazing job with our two bathroom renovations and our new flooring throughout our house. They had great ideas and communicated well with us. There were a couple small hiccups that they quickly rectified. We are very happy with the service they provided and get so many compliments on our house!

On Tuesday, June 2, we went down to the Rosebaum Rockery needing to landscape our front yard and had a fantastic experience!! The gentleman at the yard, unfortunately I do not remember his name, was very helpful in helping us to select the most cost effective product's to choose from. He was very patient and even walked us around to show us the different options. The delivery was scheduled for the following morning and they had even offered to deliver that day. Manny showed up, on time, and was amazing!! He asked us what our plans were in order to determine the best place to drop his load to make the project as easy as possible for us. He really went above and beyond our expectations and was also extremely friendly. In working with both gentleman, I felt like I was dealing with people who truly cared, we felt like family. Thank you both for the fantastic experience and we truly appreciate the fantastic customer service. You have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to go to you for their landscape needs!! Thank you so very much!!.

I've purchased several different products from garden bed dirt to rocks and gravel. Very friendly and easy to work with the crew and owner. I was impressed with the service aspects compared to the last place I visited in Fresno where no one person welcomed me. It's a bit chaotic here with all the traffic, tractors and trucks moving around. Super nice displays, row after row after row. I'll be spending some time carefully considering which products I'm going to use on the interior and the exterior of my large home. I like the Eldorado Stone and the Old Texas thin bricks. Slowly swinging my 1953 ranch style into the year 3000. I'm calling my house 'Moonbase Alpha' and have been launching project after project. Will be looking into air locks shortly and open to ideas...-G"

"After hitting up all of the major tile and flooring places in Fresno (Emser, Daltile, Flooring Liquidators, Lowe's, Home Depot) I was just done. One of the stores we went to mention the Creative Tile showroom behind Mercedes and BMW. THANK GOD we stopped here! I was ready to settle with a mediocre tile from Home Depot. I couldn't understand why no one offered a 3x12 or 4x12 great floor tile. I guess it's very specific In any case, Christina was our savior. She talked us off the ledge of commuting to a mediocre tile. Creative tile had over 30 different tiles in the size we wanted. They also offer a variety of textures. Seriously though, I'm so happy we stopped here. I finally got the tile I had been hoping to find! It was a one stop shop, too. We picked up grout, thin set, and spacers. FYI, they do have to order the tile. So expect 3-5 business days."

"I called JZ Construction to ask if they made/repaired window & door screens, they don't but recommended Rob Bremer from Sierra Aluminum Products to do the work. Rob came out the next morning (Fri) to see what needed to be done, take measurements, and quoted me a fair amount [which was significantly less than what Clovis Glass wanted]. The following Tue (4 days later) he called to say my order was ready (11 window screens + 1 screen door w/ pet resistant screening)! He ended up having to add some extra hardware to the window casings and remake one of the screens (not his fault; misunderstanding), but he wouldn't take any more money. Rob is a gentleman and a scholar (as my dad used to say). It's refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in doing a good job, not just in the joy of payment. I appreciate you Rob and your honest, ethical way of conducting business!"

Something that interests me since I'm into building science and involved in my own 2,350 sf, 4 bed, 3 bath, two fireplace, 4 skylight, tons of door and windows, 1953 ranch house remodel. It's my second property and I'm doing much of the work myself...Hundreds of decorative moldings, special orders of doors and various surfaces, my juices are flowing. And IF they don't have something, rest assured you will be quickly directed to someone who does. I stopped by to ask about continuous linear eve vents for a project and was pointed to someone in town who had them in stock. Scratch that essential element to my project off the list. Using advanced energy improvement principles, all of the cladding (brick, wood) is coming off of this house. I'll be using house wrap, Rock Wool Insulation, foam board and turning it into a Yeti cooler and some of their products are going to help!There's a vast yard of products on hand and a showroom for the "Hearst Castle" in you....if that's your style. There's a lot of history here and a large, knowledgeable staff to help you move things along. I appreciated their help and always get my juices flowing here. "National Hardware is the place you want to go when you can't find the thing you need. I'd swear that they only carry the things that nobody else does, without fail. I came to find some welding supplies that the big box stores didn't have. Instead of a small selection that I would have to try to make due with, there was a whole aisle of goodies. It made it hard for me to exercise self control.I'm happy that this locally owned business can still be chugging away when I've seen so many of my go to spots close up shop. I hope for many years of National Hardware Supply to come."
