"Recently I had occasion to visit Michael's Pizza Bar, which I had been hearing about for years. As it is nowhere near my usual routes around town, I had not tried it. Then, one of the organizations I belong to scheduled a meeting there so I was committed. If you are a motorcycle fan, you will love this place. Situated next door to the local Harley dealer, the ambiance is 100% two wheeled fun with their own collection of bikes and windows so you can see into the dealer of the American Classic while you dine. I just had the chili as I had a big lunch a few hours early. The service was friendly, on point and attentive. All of the group I was with seemed to be totally happy with their meals and service as well. I gave it 4/5 for now as I haven't had their pizza. The chili was great!"
"Great food and the margaritas were delicious. Service was pretty fast and the waitstaff were helpful and attentive. The portions were great. Everything was flavorful."

"What a fun lil' cheap dive bar! This was my second visit.Homey, comfortable, CHEAP.twas a fun night to be had by my coworker, Debbie P. and I.Go Fresno dive bar!"
"Been coming to this specific location at least every 2-3 months for the last 3 years. Beyond impressive how consistent their food is I've never had to take a plate back because it was the wrong order or not good. Go to is the butter chicken, shae paneer, peas pealof, and or course the garlic naan"
"Super good food!! Cleverly named pizzas and a monthly special slider deal (this year's December was strawberry salsa, cream cheese, hot cheeto chicken sliders). The servers had a great energy and they have a lot of beer selections. The vibe is really good, though it is pretty loud and maybe a little overstimulating. Super fun place tho and will come in again. Perfect for sports fans, they had multiple tvs with multiple games on."
"This is a cool dive bar right off the freeway in Fresno. I stopped here on my to the hotel to watch the Warriors play the Cavs in the NBA Finals. For never being here before the service was great! They have HD TV and will put on whatever game you want. If I ever come back to Fresno again I'd stop bye =p"
"Food was good, not great. A little pricey for the amount you get. I hadn't been in years, but we were given a gift card at Christmas so thought we'd try it again. Our waiter was great! We were a party of 12, it was a Saturday night so it was busy. Our waiter hustled. Not sure if they were short on bartenders, but the drink service was bad! Took forever, even in the not crowded bar we visited after dinner for a night cap! I think I'd be willing to try it again. The side salad I got with my chicken sandwich was pretty basic. Literally chopped iceberg lettuce. Hubby said his steak and baked potato are better at home and half the price!"
"First time here. No wait to get in which was nice. Basket of bread and garlic butter was a good touch. They were on it for drinks and refills as well. We had the prime rib, ribeye, personal pizza and fish/chips. The service was great. The food was good. The only part that was off was the prime rib was supposed to be medium rare and it was medium well. All in all we would go back."
"Always good food, drinks, crowd & service. The place is clean, service fairly quick which is why it is frequently the same folks week after week."
"Chilis has come to Merced and I gladly welcome a new place to grab some bites and drinks! Located in the Merced Mall plaza and with plenty of parking. They have a full bar with wine, spirits, and beer on tap. Happy Hour is 3-6 M-F and all day on the weekends! The lighting in this store is nice and bright! When my friend and I got here, the wait for a table was 45min. We got a seat at the bar and sat down right away because spots were available. Our server/bartender was Sylvia, who was helpful and attentive. We both ordered margaritas. Mine was the Presidente and my friend ordered the Straw-Eddy'Rita. So delicious! We ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and split that between us. It was a pretty hearty portion so we were happy to split it, plus it was delicious! The menu is pretty typical of a Chili's but the staff were very helpful and kind! I'm looking forward to coming back!"
"Welcome Yelpies !!! The menu is nice and simple yet the choices will entice you to figure out what drink to go with such an amazing menu. Don't worry the staff will lead you in the right direction. I couldn't believe I was eating at a hotel. The indoor seating was nice but man the outdoor seating is amazing. Get in here and enjoy"
"I should've taken a picture of the seafood tostada; so fresh I'm addicted the best flavors! I'll be back for more!"

Small dive bar. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I walked in but I was pleasantly surprised. Talk about a real life "cheers" atmosphere! As soon as I sat down I was welcomed by the regulars and introduced to everyone who walked in.

Best meal I've ever had...went there for lunch with my colleagues. They order very hot/spicey food so they got what they wanted. I on the other hand went for the Chicken Tikka Masala, just amazing. The garlic Naan bread was very soft and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and classy. Truly unexpected. Definitely worth the time for you to visit this gem of a place.

People were awesome and very polite. Atmosphere is warm, pleasant and welcoming. I ordered two stacks of their churros doughnuts to go. I was not impressed in the taste of them. The oil that was used to fry them made them taste awful. They tasted as though they were fried in old dirty grease. This doesn't mean all their food will taste bad. I just know that the churros stacks isn't what I would recommend on getting. Although the dipping sauces for the stacks were good in flavor. ( I used them in other dessert ideas I had on hand.)

I am new to the Fresno area and was looking for a good time. I was on my way to the doctor when I spotted this bar in a small strip mall parking lot. It looked like a place I wanted to check out. Dank would be the word to describe the joint. I am the type of guy that will order a Martini but would have to make it dirty. So, I stopped in there for my birthday to have a few drinks. Man o Man, was I in for a pleasant surprise. The bar looks like shit but the people and drinks are great. The bar tender Scott made a birthday shot that was killer and I tried this drink called the crack pipe. I was done SON! I had a great time.

This restaurant is extremely deceiving from the outside. You literally get the quality you pay for in your steak. I have the ribs and my husband had the steak and amazingly enough, both were very good. My ribs were fall off the bone quality and my husband steak was as he requested (rare). Customer service was exceptional, and the price was reasonable for a "steakhouse".Quality of food: A Quality of service: A Price: $$

"After Zumba six of us wanted to go have something to eat, so we decided to try this restaurant. None of us have been here before. We were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress/bartender, Amy was so attentive, nice, and gave details about the menu. We will definitely be back."
"The food and the are amazing considering the cost. Well worth the drive and they have a great view of the lake!"
"Came here with a friend for dinner. It was empty only one other couple finishing their meal when we arrived. Waitress took our drink order and then returned with our drinks. Next she took our food order than left and returned with the chips and salsa. Let me give the disclaimer that I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food and I like authentic Mexican food nothing else. This the resin they get three stars. The salsa left a lot yo be desired. We both ordered mojado burritos. The guacamole did not taste like freshly made but more like from a tub in refrigerator section of a grocery store. Salsa was similar. Portions are huge! So they got a extra star for that! Waitress forgot my water refill and brought me my water refill when I asked for a Togo box for the rest of my food. It's decent for sure but nothing more than that."
"Was recommended to try this spot recently and I was excited to try it! I love Mexican food. We came with a big group but the servers managed that well, tending to our table and keeping chips/salsa filled, as well as our drinks. They have a great drink menu. I opted for a spicy jalapeño margarita, which was really good! For my entree I chose the fajita tostada with grilled chicken. It was a huge portion and tasted good! Others in my party were not thrilled on their food. I heard the enchiladas were lacking flavor. My sister was appreciative of them having ranch for the children in our party who were ordering chicken and French fries. I have definitely had better Mexican, but this spot was a fun time for us. They have a large menu with the standard Mexican fare. Parking was super easy with a big parking lot right out front. We went on a Saturday and didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table in about 15 mins. They had heaters on inside, which I could've done without. It was really warm in the restaurant."
"We were starving at the end of our day road trip to Tulare from Los Angeles. We first tried to eat at another restaurant a few miles away, but the vibe was obnoxious and too loud to have a decent meal. Luckily we found Vejar's to save the day!Family style restaurant with a bar/lounge connected. The food was good, service was friendly and pretty fast. Plus, to my son's delight, they serve breakfast all damn day. Win!Tip: Check in on Yelp for 10% off a combo meal."
"Want a relaxed atmosphere ... this is a good spot in Visalia! Parking is difficult though ; limited parking in front of this bar and grill. Better luck parking a block or two down the street and around the corner. You sit wherever you want ; and when you're ready you order at the front counter . You are given a number and when your order is ready someone brings it out for you. We ordered the California chicken; juicy piece of chicken, loaded with sprouts, bacon, avocado , pepper jack cheese and pesto basil aloli. Upgraded the fries to garlic fries and glad we did. They were delicious and plentiful to share. Also ordered a build your own burger - juicy patty .... Got all the toppings on it that don't cost extra. Freshly made to order; so be prepared for a little wait. It doesn't sit under a light like McDonald's; so patience is a must. Combo comes with crinkle cut fries and a soft drink. No carbonation at the soft drink machine .... Please fix this ... no one wants to drink flat soda. There should be a sign at the counter ; letting you know ahead of time ... so you can decide if you really want that flat beverage to sip on. The bar is busy ; the drinks made by the bartenders are good and reasonable . Ordered a sex on the beach drink, was very good .there is outdoor space to hangout at when weather permits. Place can get super packed in the evenings and on weekends. Go earlier before the crowd. Good place for big parties ; kid friendly. Clean bathrooms. High chairs for kids."
"There's a lot to like about Veni Vidi Vici, but there's also some things that need improvement. The food was pretty great; while the menu is fairly small, everything we tried was really yummy, with the spaghetti being particularly good. The drinks are also good, especially the Singapore sling (something that's actually hard to find, but this place does it right). Everyone else in our party also liked their food too. Finally, it was great that the patio was open. The real downside to Veni Vidi Vici is the service. First of all, it was super slow; it took forever for someone to come over to help us, a long time to get our drinks, and then even longer to put our food order in...we wanted to order earlier, but it was more than an hour after sitting down that we were able to order dinner. Our mains actually came out fairly fast after we finally ordered, but it was still almost 1:30 after sitting down. Finally, the server completely forgot what our order was when we tried to pay, and it took forever and multiple "confirmations" for them to get a correct check to us. After all of that, they had the nerve to put a 20% service charge on the bill (we did have a large group, but with that service, 20% was not appropriate). While I really like the food here, I'm not so sure I would come back because of how lousy the service was."
"Having heard only great things about House of Juju, I was excited to finally be able to try one of their gourmet burgers. I got the Leticia burger which has spicy chipotle cilantro sauce and avocados. With their burgers, there are several protein options such as beef, turkey, mushroom, and bison. Side options come with the burgers too. It's a very filling meal for about $20. The service is attentive. The restaurant is walk-ins only. Dogs are welcomed here and are seated on the patio."
"Really happy we finished our business early, as the Roadhouse had not yet opened. They were just putting out the open sign at 11, so we went in.Fast friendly service and great food! Watch out for the salsa, it has a little bite. LOL Guacamole is outstanding as well. You also get a bowl of re-fried beans with your chips! Will be back next month for sure!"
"Came by for date night and the mood was definitely good inside, but if you're looking for a nice, quiet dinner... this ain't the place. It's seat yourself, so we snagged a table. The place was busy but definitely not packed. We were promptly brought menus and asked if we would like water while we looked over the menu. I got the margarita flight which was tasty. Definitely gotta let the flavors sit and blend a bit but the strawberry jalapeño was delicious and was gone in one hearty gulp. Hubby got the kitchen sink burger and I got the pulled pork sandwich. He devoured the burger and fries. He said both were great. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent as well. I also upgraded the side to the mac and cheese which was good, though nothing to necessarily write home about. Service was attentive and our server was friendly. Overall, this is a great spot and we will absolutely return!"
"We had such a fun night. Thank you Lindsay for welcoming us and treating us to exceptional service. Drinks were well made and reasonably priced. Great Dive Bar atmosphere. Locals were very nice, and everyone helped us have a great night. We will return when next in town"
"OHHHHHHH YEEEEEEEEAH BABY! I picked this bar at random while in this specific area of commiefornia for business/work purposes. It was a good choice I tell ya what, everything was pretty clean and I didnt think anything was over priced which is insane for commiefornia. But what made it all worth it was this Cory dude who was tending the bar, he was funny, fun and never let me sit for very long at all with an empty drink. I think when I do come back it will be because of Cory, oh and hes easy on the eyes too!"
"Walked into Neighbors and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender, Jim. He took my drink order and offered me a menu. My drink was made quickly and perfectly. I ordered and the food came out delicious. The price is right and the atmosphere is fun, too! Next time I'm in Clovis I'll be stopping by again."
"Food: Let's start with the reason we all would stop at El Ranchito. Their food is delicious, served in abundant portions, and is as fresh as it gets! Each visit will find a waitress/waiter visiting your table and bringing some fantastic salsa and a blend of flour/corn chips. My kids love the flour chips and almost make it their meal. My wife and I are creatures of habit, so we order the same things usually. We order off the menu, omitting what we don't want and adding what we do (like extra cheese). The Big Burrito is enough food for two people, or two meals. I love the Chile Colorado, and my wife enjoys cheese enchiladas. My two boys' go-to is bean/cheese burritos (and didn't I mention, the flour chips?)Service: The staff are family and treat you like their own. If you go more than once, they might even remember you! My own family has been coming here for decades (as in 40+years). First my grandfather, my parents, my family, and my boys. There's a reason to come back again and again, and it's the great combination of great food and friendly service. We have often called in orders to bring home when we are passing through. Orders are correct and so are the charges. Ambience: My boys call this place the "train restaurant" because you often see, but not hear, trains pass the west side of the building. Memories since childhood for them! We have brought friends, family, and out-of-state visitors here for one reason: you can not find a better family atmosphere, with great food, and friendly staff serving the best Mexican food around. No. Where. Else.Negative reviews: You don't get to go into any restaurant and tell them what to make and how to make it. If they can make accommodations to your meal, they most certainly do. My wife is one of the "those people." She is very particular, but she is also reasonable. Some who complain of one bad experience, an accidental overcharge, or other nonsense are missing out. You went there for a reason. Don't let one off-day let this one get away. And don't let these few Karens/Kevins dissuade you from a great meal. If you want to find negativity in life, it's out there, but you won't find any negativity inside El Ranchito. They are great people serving up a family meal (and they have a bar, too)."
"7/20/24 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Ham breakfast burrito ordered. Egg white. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in to pick it up. Asked for hot sauce and a worker was happy to get it for me. Paid for it and another worker wished me a good day leaving! Appreciated! 7/21/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Breakfast burrito split. My half was DELICIOUS! Even better with their hot sauce!!I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers. Great service and Great breakfast burrito! Highly recommended!"
"I was driving from San Diego to Chico. This was my halfway mark! I stopped for two cold beers and some conversations! Glad I did the service was excellent and the people were amazing! Cheap cold beer too!"
"Hadn't been here in a couple years. I can't remember why we haven't been back in so long because the food is delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff are wonderful! My wife and I ordered 2 margaritas, nachos, and crispy chicken tacos. Everything was perfection including the staff. We will definitely be back next time we want good food and drinks. Needless to say we highly recommend."
"If you are staying at the hotel next door, your dining options are very limited. This is the easiest and most convenient option. However, it is not a cheap option. It's a little pricey for what you get, but don't forget to factor in the price of gas driving back and forth to another establishment. The woman who took my order was extremely friendly and nice. I ordered the burger melt, which came with fries. Sodas are bottomless. If you want a beer, just walk over to the bar.Since we were the only people in there at the time, our food was brought to the table rather quickly. The burger was greasy but tasty. The fries were excellent, the highlight of my meal. I just wish there were more of them.It was pretty empty around 6 pm on a weekday, and then more and more people piled in. There are TVs on the walls to watch while you eat."
"This place is great!! If you're looking to get away from the same old downtown night scene and want a more laid back, have a good time, just be yourself kinda place... this is it!! This is a country bar but we still know how to have fun! There's always something going on out here. Mondays is usually pool league night while it's going on.Tuesday is taco Tuesday If your a whiskey drinker then Wednesday are for you cause it's Whhhhhiskey Wednesday! Also the first night of karaoke!Of course next is Thirsty Thursday! Which is now also ladies night!! Plus food on the grill!Friday night is always a good night it doesn't even need a different name! It brings on more karaoke, more food in the back, and plenty of cold cold drinks! Saturday night there's a Dj playing all kinds of music. Sunday fun day! Come out play some adult Jenga! All of the bartenders are extremely friendly and great personalities! Everyone there is just there to have a good time and let loose a little. If your ever driving by or just headed straight for it, stop in have a blast! They open daily at 2 pm till closing time!"
"First time to The Hide Away and we loved it. Super friendly atmosphere with great drinks. It truly feels like a welcoming "Cheers" kind of neighborhood bar. We plan to become regulars!"
"More affordable to eat at a sit down restaurant than a drive through hamburger chain?! You betcha! The Three For Me special includes an appetizer, soft drink and entree for around $10.99! That's what I paid for chips and salsa (good stuff!), a burger and fries, along with a soft drink. The burgers there are very tasty, and they're cooked to order. Good service, even in the bar area and nice atmosphere."
"Hey Five Ten,So.. I don't normally frequent higher-end restaurant like yourself, and yes you are considered higher end here, buta few friends took me out for my birthday and we decided to check you out.Nice atmosphere, quiet. Servers were polite. Food was well presented.Iron steak - Just what you expect. Good. In all honesty, I don't know how often I would come here unless it's a very special occasion since with the higher "class" comes higher prices. But hey a great option for something more upscale."
"Haven't been here for a while and noticed the changes. The back deck is really nice and the ambiance is really nice. Here's what brought the negative parts:1. The size of the meal shrank. We had hamburgers and they were almost half the size from over a year ago.2. A extra fee for using a debit or credit card charge? When did this happen? This part was ridiculous 3. We asked for a specialty drink they were advertising and the machine was broke.4. Extra for fries, almost everything is added? Disappointed and won't be back"
