This review is overdue. I first came in to have a new battery placed in my Bulova watch back in June. My watch needs a new battery now. The owner did a great job the first time so I plan on returning. He mentioned how the last person who worked on my watch caused some slight damage and to only take to a certified jeweler. I thought I would call and ask if he would also be able to polish and adjust the band and he answered the phone so politely and answered all my questions so kindly.

Took a silver bracelet to be resized, the owner was quick and did a same day repair within 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back for all future jewelry repairs or resizing. Appreciate the service here!

I went in last year to purchase a engagement ring because mine was lost in a terrible situation. I had a $5000 budget and I had been seeing this place when entering Macy's . I had been everywhere looking for a one carat or higher ring. Needless to say I either found overpriced poor quality rings or overpriced good quality rings. I went in and was immediately greeted by a lady who was very helpful and patient. I assume that the gentleman was here husband. He went over to where we were and helped me as well. I must have tried on 15 rings before finally making a decision. I told them my budget was at max $5000. Well the one I fell in love with was $6700. After some discussion they let me have it for $5400. I paid the $5000 I had and they were kind enough to let me post date a check for the rest. My ring is beautiful and over a carat,the diamond is almost flawless I wasn't even sure it was real because it was so clear and sparkling. It is real! Recently my husband bought me another ring and I needed my diamond bracelet repaired I bought it somewhere else and it kept falling off and another ring sized. I came back to CS because I trust them and they didn't let me down they took care of all everything in two days. Now I have trouble getting my bracelet off they made sure that sucker is not going anywhere! Great job CS keep up the great work!!!

Went in looking for a promise ring for me and my girlfriend. I ended up choosing one that I really liked . Price tag was 7500 but I was able to get it for 7k 1.8 Ct As sooon as I walked it I was greeted by a nice lady and a man who I'm guessing were a couple . They were really nice and let me try on a lot of rings

I love to come here to get my ring cleaned. They take it while I go out shopping. I always return to a clean wedding ring and band! I sometimes wait. It only takes 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend this place

I took two chains in and they did a horrible job. When I questioned their work they just kept telling me that's how it's suppose to be done. I took it to another place and they were shocked at the quality of work or lack of. They couldn't believe I paid what I did for that quality of work. I definitely feel duped. I'd give a zero if I could.

Took my lakers tissot watch in today. Have been looking for a few months as somewhere else replaced the battery and didn't close it correctly. My nephew dropped on the floor and everything went everywhere. Tried to take it back to the place to fix it and they wouldn't as they said they can't order tissot parts. This place had them on hand and fixed it in about 7 minutes. Very nice couple. As this watch was very special to me and can't get anymore without paying $900. Only cost $86 which was very important to me.

i tested this wacht store out here in fresno. they failed. owner got upset because i returned a 2021 Omega speedmaster moomwatch thar kept on stopping for no reason. i hadnt even made first payment on this watch and it d already become problematic, it STOPPED continulously l 2 or 3 times ,even hough, it was fully wound. whyd i want spent $ 7k on a watch that 90%seemed and perfomed DEFECTIVE like?think thrice before you buy from this place. i could still hear them whisper on their own language when i left ugh, so unprofessional
