Seriously the best tile place around, also they did our quartz countertops, our kitchen looks amazing. The stone workers did a great job also. Perfect seams, perfect placement, perfect design. The job was flawless. Pictures don't do it justice. Alex doesn't do installs he will recommend a good installer but it's a separate deal that is worked out with you and the installer.

Burgos Tile packs a punch when I went in I was shocked to see the selection this store had! They also sell granite at wholesale pricing. My tile was in the next day. They don't do installation but kindly referred me to a guy that did.

Disappointing and will never will do business with Burgos tile ever again. He stats that he doesn't install granite or tile but has installers that he sets up for you that gives him kick backs, which cost you more. The worst ever experience! Be cautious when dealing with this company!

I really can't express how fortunate I feel to have "stumbled" across Alex Burgos. I am new to the Porterville area and needed to get tile and laminate flooring, our pool tile repaired, and granite countertops. I tried to get some numbers from people, but ended up going online, although I felt very uncomfortable not getting someone recommended. To make matters worse, I had to arrange everything remotely as I am relocating from six hours away. The tile flooring needed to match the existing travertine, so I felt this was no easy feat. To make a long story short, I was overwhelmed and Alex literally came to the rescue. He went over with Chuy a wonderful tile contractor and they measured and had it all worked out so the work could be done immediately. Everything looks fantastic. I couldn't be more happy!!! I will recommend Alex and Chuy to everyone!!

We were not told until we got ready to pay for our granite that it would be installed by an independent contractor. Our granite was ordered, not available then "found." We have been fighting to get it fixed for almost a month. It was scratched in 3 places and their highly recommended installer is nowhere to be found. He has promised to be out several times but never comes, phone calls not answered and not able to leave a voice message. Alex informed me that they only sell the product, not interested in what their recommended installer does. Still waiting to see if they'll stand behind their highly recommended installer. I've contacted them again so we'll see.Update: our granite has been fixed.

False advertisement! "Price match guaranteed" is a dam lie!! I made a purchase with them, found the exact same thing for $600 cheaper in Bakersfield with in a week or my purchase and Alex refused to match the price. The guy is a lier, didn't even look at me in the eyes when I went to speak to him. Will NEVER refer or purchase anything from him again!!! They price you something and change price around. Sad to try and shop local and they screw you over. His loss not mine, he lost a $6,000-$8,000 additional sale.

Alex was very helpful when it came to picking out the tile for both our restrooms. We wanted something unique and creative. He carries so many styles unlike other places. He was very informative and made the process less stressful. I cant wait to show him the finished work. Thanks Alex!
