Burger King

As you can see, my hamburger came out with ketchup when it says no ketchup. Send that person back to training.So they know the difference between ketchup and mustard. Luckily they didn't make my fries because those came out nice and hot. The soda came out the way I wanted it also. It's just too bad that I got a hamburger that I didn't want.

Wow, what a terrible experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I grew up eating BK, and when I got the coupons in the mail, I thought I would try this location again even though the reviews say, "Stay away."We were excited to see the coupon page with ghost pepper options, so we planned on getting burgers, fries, drinks, and some chicken fries. That was the great idea, and we were going to pay $20-$30.The bad news:Freestyle Coke machine is out of service, no drinks today. :-(Even though the coupon book had a whole side promoting the ghost pepper options, you can't use the coupons on the other side for ghost pepper burgers???? I offered to pay the difference, and "manager" didn't understand the math. :-)I was amazed as I was waiting for my chicken fries and how dirty this place was. The floor was disgusting. Even the parking lot was nastySo instead of spending $20-$30 I spent $4 and left disappointed.Once again, Yelp was right. I should have gone to Wendy's!.

Hella sucks here. I went through the drive through tonight and spent a good 35 minutes from ordering to getting my order. The girl gave me a small cup of soda and when I told her I got the medium, she was like, umm... this IS the medium. Bitch, I was just at another BK 4 days ago and they gave me the right size. But whatever, she's trying to Jedi mind trick me and I've already wasted enough life here, so I just took it. But I will never be back. $20 an hour, my ass!

This is the worst run fast food place I have ever been to. They double charged my card, food was cold and I was the first customer at the drive through. The coupon promos are not worth the terrible service! BK needs to take there store away from the owner! Their service and quality in Fresno/Clovis sucks! To bad because I love the Whopper just not in these two towns!

Tried to order "Italian" chicken and told no longer on the menu. Only wanted to try since big colored picture was on menu board. Then tried to order crispy chicken and told not available. Ordered a "big" king that was small as a child's burger, luke warm at best and a thumbnail size of sauce, very dry. Wife ordered original chicken- bread was hard, Luke warm, a tiny spot of mayo. This place continues to go downhill fast. Third time in a row we've had low quality food, we won't be back anymore. BK would be better off closing this location.

Remember when Burger King made it your way? No additional charges for changes was standard. Well they have the nerve to charge us for everything now. Their food has grown to become subpar if not straight cheaply substituted. The workers aren't motivated to improve what they are producing for sure.My last visit I purchased a chicken sandwich combo. I added pickles an lettuce. How come that addition cost me $1.20 more. The chicken was already sadly prepared, obviousness fried in dirty oil an looked nothing like the advertised photo. An the fries was warm at best when I asked for a fresh order. There was nobody in there, and they still gave me cold food. Their fries are the worst tasting in the fast food industry.

I had a simple experience both yesterday and today. And to ensure it's quick and efficient, I like to do a mobile order and pick up through drive-way so there's no issues of waiting. With their mobile order I can also collect points, soak up in their deals and it's been working fine. After just starting my account yesterday, I already have points to redeem something. The fries are okay, there's a lack of flavor and it's very very salty at the bottom. The sandwiches themselves are alright. I got Burger King because it was my childhood fast food restaurant and I can say the original chicken sandwich was my go to and still tastes the same. I'm writing a review because when I got my coke, it was very watered down. If time passed I get that, but unfortunately it was right after I received it. And I couldn't accept how much it lacked flavor. So after kindly asking for a change, she came back with a much better coke and I truly appreciate that. The fries was what lost the star and the coke almost was another but with the kind worker assistance, I can say my past 2 experiences were a 4.

There's never really a line every time I go. They always offer me a crown to have. Additionally food always tastes fresh and is warm, even with the drive home after ten minutes.

So i just ordered the whopper meal from BK with extra pickles. Let me tell you what a huge disappointment this was. Almost 16.00 for this meal. Fries were cold fry bov was half full.... I've never ever had this happen at BK before. My extra pickles which were .60 cents I only got 4 on the burger no lettuce hardly any mayo mustard ketchup. Like I gwt it was lunch time but come one. I've been here before during lunch time and I've never gotten food like this. When I asked the drive threw person about the .60 cent charge very quickly said oh that's the extra pickles charge. I didn't know they did that I've never had an extra pickles charge before. I simply told him that they needed to start telling their customers they charge fir that stuff and all he did was say have a good day and slam the window on me. Customer service is lacking everywhere. But this visit was just plain redickulous. So disappointed.

OK, here's the thing. I have noticed over the past six months that this Burger King has vastly improved. I think they must have new management. However, the franchisee should get their sh*t together. I'll explain. The fries were hot double cheeseburger was fine except I couldn't get it 'my way' without a considerable extra charge. I ordered it with mayonnaise and ketchup only for that they charge an extra $.50 for the mayonnaise. That's ridiculous and outrageous considering I didn't want the mustard or the pickles. The sandwich was fresh.Like another recent reviewer, the syrup to water ratio in the soda was off. I blame the franchisee who should be getting in there and making sure that the syrup and water ratio is correct and not watered down. Up charging $.50 for a condiment and watering down the soda is pretty much unforgivable. It's greed. I know prices and wages have gone up, but this is not the way to fix that. I know I can't get my order my way without paying too much extra, so I'll just go somewhere else where I can. that's a shame because you're employees and my experience are doing much better.
