I usually do drive thru orders but I recently decided to go inside. They have a kiosk where you can order now, I had a coupon so as usual I was waiting for an employee until I realized you can just type in your paper coupon code which honestly it's the most smoothest experience I ever had. The place was pretty clean as well. I typed in my order, got my number in line and within 7-10 min my order was ready.

4/02/24 Getting onion rings to go with lunch. Two small onion rings ordered in drive-thru with ketchup. The line was small. Moved at a medium pace. The worker was kind. Paid for & received! Lunchtime! Onion rings with ketchup up were really good! Nice crunch. Mother said hers were Good! Good service & good onion rings with ketchup. Recommended!

There's a lot more to the story. I don't have the receipt because I already gave it to the my mother in law who paid and I've left her location. So we ordered a $6 duo and a $8 trio and I decided i wanted fries so at the window I ordered a medium fries to make the duo also a trio. Instead I was charged $4 for them. So I called out "excuse me miss!" Because she took the card and was walking away. I wanted to ask why I was charged so much. I explained i wanted to make the duo into a trio. She looked at me and said you should have said that before I ran your card. It's too late. Then just stared at me. I asked if she could fix the mistake. The manager came up behind her and said she could refund the money and then re charge the whole thing. I said sure that's fine. I'm sorry for the confusion. Meanwhile my order was ready and placed by the cold cold window. The young girl who worked the window walked to where the food was made and I could hear her making fun of me. In a high pitched voice "excuse me miss i wanted the triooooo". I tried to smile and let it go buy i was humiliated. It felt like elementary school all over again. I can't believe an adult would make fun of a customer like that. I was super nice thanking her and apologizing for the mistake. I'm a chubby blonde white lady so I tend to over compensate being nice to prove im not a karen, and still she still goes and makes fun of me and forgets part of the order? Also no sauces were offered or given with the two orders of chicken fingers. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've had since I don't even know when. There were no redeeming moments of this evenings visit.

When this place initially opened I would have given it a 5 star but I wanted to give it some time to see if it was consistent.Unfortunately they fell far below than 1 star. Most people don't care for Burger King but I love it. However the service has gone extremely down hill. I typically order in the drive thru so my experience is based off of that. The person taking your order at the drive thru has been really rude the past 2 times I've gone there. Even my kids were commenting that they were rude and kept cutting me off when I'm ordering. I was wanting to order the Big King and she cut me off saying "we don't have that" and got a lot of "what else do you want" in a very rude manner. I asked her for her name at the window and her names Rebecca. It seems like there needs to be more training for these employees on customer service. Today I had a similar experience but I didn't get her name. Still the same treatment of "you want anything else?" With a very rude tone in her voice. I ordered soft serve ice cream which they didn't have any cones so I said I'll take it in a cup. Then when I got to the window she handed me the ice cream and said "I don't got any spoons but I got forks" in a manner like "this is all you get" type of way. She shoved everything in 1 bag and ripped it and goes "oops" and hands it to me anyway. She had super long acrylic nails and from what I can remember when you work in the food industry you can't have long acrylic nails when you're handling food. These were at least an inch long. Overall I'm super disappointed in the service here. I would rather travel to Clovis than to order from here again.

Remember, Burger King is fast food. It's not meant to be 5-star fine dining. This Burger King is fairly new in our neighborhood. Very convenient and even more so when grandchildren come to visit and request Impossible Burgers.I am not fond of drive-thrus, but I know that became a way of life during the pandemic. Life is returning to normal now, so let's go into the building, up to the counter, and talk face-to-face with the counter person.There was no wait at the counter. The order was taken quickly, expertly, pleasantly. Food was ready to go in about 5 minutes. Four Impossible Burgers, three fries, one onion ring. Back home for dinner.All of the food was very good, and the burger with no mayo was marked as such. Grandchildren were pleased. Grandparents had an easy evening. We can do that again.

For being a new location and not having a ton of customers this location really should be better. The wait times are long, they are out of almost all the soda, and don't try to get ketchup for your fries because they are out of that too. This is the second time I have stopped at thus burger King and it has been the same probably each time. Management needs to step up and fix these and get their crew on the same page.

This Burger King is located in a upper to middle class area and with the quality of service it gives this owner at this establishment can not be making profit to its full potential. There burgers are cold and take over 20 min to make. Not to mention the rudeness you get when you complain about it. This owner need to clean house and hire a professional to train there new staff. Chicken fries were cold and hard, whopper was cold took another 15 min ti make a new one.

They're always missing some sort of sauce. Gal at the window was rude. I paid $45 to feed 3 people!! 1 whopper meal, Texas whopper (just the sandwich), kids meal and some chicken fries. Just go to a restaurant to eat.
