My son has been living here for about a yr now. He says it's been "fine" living there due to the convenience of it being so close to the stadium. He's also been lucky enough to have good roommates who all got along. Going back to a yr ago, the nasty refrigerator was never cleaned by the cleaning lady. Once all the boys moved in and met each other, they found out that none of the food in the fridge was theirs. They contacted the building manager and he again had someone come out to clean to include the fridge. Downfall of this complex is the AC rarely works during the summer and gets as hot as 80 degrees in the unit. My son n his roommates had complained multiple times, the problem would get fixed just for the AC to go down again in a couple of weeks. Luckily he's moved out early and is staying in a much better place now with working AC. For the rent and convenience, it's an okay place to stay for short term.

The management here is unprofessional and disrespectful. Particularly Nick (bald headed white guy) came into our apartment with out giving notice and making excuses of checking the rooms. He would hang around by our door and always look through our windows as he walked by to see if we were home. He harassed my roommate about having a cat, who is an emotional support animal. Before we moved out we went to the office ask about unnecessary charges and he started yelling at us and talking down on us. This interaction was the final straw towards making us move out. It's been two months since I was supposed to get my deposit back and I'm still being charged for rent that I'm not longer responsible for. If you're looking for housing you or kids look somewhere else please

I've been living at Bulldog Village for almost two years now. I initially stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a roommate and recently moved to a 1-bedroom. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The security team is actively present, often walking around, and genuinely cares about the complex. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly they handle maintenance issues--usually the same day or within a day or two. Overall, I've had a great experience living here, especially considering the affordability of the rent! The only problem is guest parking is inconvenient. You can't register cars online or use public spots, and a physical pass must be obtained during office hours, making it difficult for unexpected or holiday visitors.

The staff in the office are really kind. They're always there to ask questions and welcoming towards everyone. For my first apartment, I highly recommend it. I didn't know what to expect, but this was better than what I could've imagined. Thank you staff.

As a resident at Bulldog Village for 4 years and working for them during the summer for 3 years now my experience has been fantastic. Over the years I personally meet and build a genuine relationship with all of the employees from the leasing agents, maintenance, and property manager. They all do an amazing job and are professional. For example, the leasing agents have done an excellent job of keeping me inform about upcoming changes to my lease agreement or upcoming property issues/events. This is either through their instagram page where they post everything regarding about property or I get a personal email/ phone call from the office themselves. Also the maintenance staff here are quick and excellent at fulfilling my work orders whenever I require them. However, they are two issues I have come across living here for 4 years now. One of them is the inconsistency of the internet. Depending where the router is located and if u live downstairs or upstairs, some areas in the apartment will have weak connection or even no signal. I would recommend using an Ethernet cable like myself or just purchase your own internet. The last issue I have had is roommates. Even though the leasing agents do have terrific job of matching others based off their response from a questionnaire, the problem lies when one of the roommates leaves before the lease is over. When is happens, your next roommate can be anyone who is willing to takeover the lease instead of matching someone who would be an ideal roommate. Unfortunately, I had to deal with this a couple of times and I have had problematic roommate's. I recommend anyone to find some people u trust to stay for the whole lease agreement either friends or family members before moving in. Overall my experience here is fantastic and I plan on renewing for another year.

I had the most fantastic experience during my stay here at bulldog and especially with the helpful staff Briant, and the guy named Nick with how thorough and efficient they are with helping residents. Security is top notch as well and helped me sleep knowing I was safe in my dwelling. Highly recommend

New management guy (bald) is rude and predatory. Got a few other friends living here and they agree as well (people of different ethnicities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds) & they're definitely not re-newing. This place is the type to paint over their disgusting walls and doors instead of fixing it. Also not a safe place in general. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITHIN YOUR PRICE RANGE!!!

Simple do not move here, way better options for the same or cheaper price point. Front office does not care about their tenants. Moved in and was dirty not cleaned up. Management violates tenants rights of privacy. Bald manager as well is very rude and confrontational.

Bald white guy (Nick) started yelling at me as I was walking to my apartment. I didn't realize it was me he was yelling at until he started walking towards me. He continued by interrogating me and demanding to know my name and where I live, all while he never once identified himself. I felt so scared and I only told him my apartment number out of fear. I tell the manager only to hear him excuse his behavior. I've been trying to avoid him whenever I leave my apartment, and it doesn't help the manager literally had the bald guy talk to me when I wanted to talk with the manager. I just renewed my lease not too long ago, and I don't think I can get out of it now but I'm definitely leaving after next year. This place is just turning into hell, like that's helpful for a college student.
