i can contact joe anytime by email and he always responds in a timely manner and has always understood what i needed and what needed to be done. has access to docusign so documents can be signed online. have had auto insurance for several years and never had an issue. always helpful when i want to get new quotes to make sure i have the appropriate coverage and best cost.

When I went shopping for home and auto insurance last year, I wanted lower rates than I was then paying and better coverage. A tall order...but Joe did it all for me. We had a good rate with this insurance. However, when the emergency came and I needed at least roadside assistance, the insurance told me I dont have roadside assistance even though we asked the agent Joe to add roadside assistance long before the emergency. It was so inconvenient. And then when I was cancelling the insurance, they gave me a hard time. I had to keep contacting them just so they would cancel it. Horrible experience. I would never get insurance here ever again.
