Buffalo Wild Wings

I love Buffalo wild wings, it's our favorite place to go for special days or events, but this location is something.I had incidents with certain people working there.Can't remember who but there was a day I come in and ask a question about their special item on the manu, the guy replied In a rude way that kind of shocked me and I let it go.but today Thursday 07 we went for the free special Thursday and when we got our food, we got 3 wing spices for 15 wings and their was Barely and missing a spice on our wings and it felt like they throw it on the plate, It was also extremely hard to eat too.it was all mixed and the waiter was nice but she did try to take my unfinished drink lol she disappeared and didn't let anyone know that she was getting off, is what the manger said was she left, even though she showed up as we where leaving making us more confused and more Irritated. when we where waiting for her and she disappeared on us, we got a new Waiter that didn't go to our table even when we had our food in to go box's & was talking to a coworker for along Time, I also saw a worker on her phone in the kitchen for a long period of time, they where coming out of the kitchen alot and at some point hold the door open an I could see her facing us on her phone against the kitchen counter lool ..... my god it took forEver to get the paycheck, I understand that it's busy but it felt like they didn't know or left us alone. I had to get the manger to check us out and he gived us only little off..... When I explained we didn't get a spice on our wings but plan wings that we paid for spice not plane.Anyway we are upset and disappointed, upset stomachs form the food, we won't come back to this location.It's really sad to see how much the reviews are mixed at this location,Idk if it's the stuff or manager here but it seems alot some good but mosty bad, this place needs to be looked at.

The food was OK. I ordered the six piece flat only wings with the garlic and Parmesan, but when we looked at the order when we got home, it was a mix, it was not all flats. We also ordered the wings and fries with the mild buffalo sauce.We placed the order online for pick up, it was ready about 10 to 15 minutes after the online site said it will be ready. It was a Monday night. The parking lot wasn't really crowded. When we got home, the wings were still hot. When we ate the wings when they were hot, they were good, but after a few minutes and they cooled off, they were just so so. The french fries were hard and chewy as soon as we tried them.The ranch and the buffalo sauce were also just so so you could totally tell they were from a container, there is nothing fresh about the blue cheese or the ranch.The inside of the restaurant was cool, it was clean, employees were nice and helpful.

Food overall is good (sometimes the wings are cold (but it's always the boneless ones- never bone in))- it's really a hit or miss.Service is for the most part decent/good, but they are always really busy and always incredibly behind in the kitchen.We go here for a drink, the wing specials, the ambiance (sports games), and kind of also expecting the things mentioned about. Overall, not a bad experience- but could improve with wait times on food, and consistency in quality of food to make the overall experience much better.

So much for ordering ahead. Ordered online at 2:30 for a 6:00 pm pick up. I get here at 6:00 and they tell me it's a 20 minute wait because it's taking longer than expected. And they want more money, tips. For what.........The young lady apologized and I told her it's not her fault, it's the restaurant.I'm here only because of a gift card. Last time, I swear.Employees look so happy to be here (sarcasm)No pictures yet because I haven't received my food yet. SMHJust unbelievable. Spoke to the Manager and she was going to check then they just told me they are waiting on the onion rings. It's 6:26. LOLSo food comes out at 6:30. No apologies, no comp of any kind ( something to drink)I may have just as well walked in and ordered.

If you can just accept that the service is going to be sub par like it always is then the wings smack. Nothing beats a fresh order of fries, mango & garlic parm wings. The key is to go when it's not busy

I would put 0 if I could. Waited 21 minutes for anyone to greet me. Even moved table next to the kitchen door, still no one. Decided to just ask for a booth and was told sorry there's nothing available for 20 mins. I just left. This is the second time I've tried to eat here and both times I've walked out because no one even greeted me for over 15 mins....

This place SUCKS!!! it's nothing like the one by the Savemart center. And Reyna the bartender does not help the situation at all..There are NO servers , you seat ur self and order of the QR code you scan.Reyna was NO Help at all. She had stank face the entire time I was there she. She seemed so unhappy yo be there working. Terrible service

The only negative thing I could say is that the when we came in the girl at the front didn't even say hi just gave us the menu and said " sit where ever you want" very rude. Our server was great and attentive and kept a smile on her face every time she came to our table. And the food was excellent for the price. I will return

Got treated very poorly because I had a high a hair where they put me in a booth. Very ooor attitude of the servers honestly would not recommend this location AT ALL!

Ordered a BLT. Plenty of thick bacon but skimpy on the tomato. I would at 2 slices of tomatoesService was slow. It was 12:20 pm. Not many people but had to sit here for at least 10 minutes at the bar to order lunch
