Brooks Ranch Restaurant

Service is great, restaurant is clean but the food needs some work. Ordered the ranch Benedict (eggs Benedict) and the country potatoes . Country potatoes are completely plain, no onion, bell pepper etc. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was very thin / watery with absolutely zero flavor. Ham slices very thin and the muffin that it is on is very thin as well. Unfortunately we will not be coming here again due to the food quality. For a 15$ eggs Benedict I would hope it would be good. Probably going to stick to black bear for my eggs Benedict.

We love Brooks Ranch but I'm so disappointed that they are only open for 3 hours in the am. Every time we try and check the hours of operation in hopes of having brunch, lunch, or dinner they're closed. So sad.

We found this place after going to a car show I'm the. Area. The food was delicious and large portions! Great value and great prices! Would definitely eat here again! Excellent service and clean

This is great comfort food. The staff is very attentive and really friendly, making you feel welcome right away. The ambiance feels like you've been transported to your grandparents' or parents' home, which adds to the charm. The food is simple but amazing, and it's very well-priced. Definitely check this place out!

Breakfast was delicious for our large group. Loved every bite and you can't beat the prices. Will definitely be back to try every meal. Loved the service and the family owned touch.

Originally wanted to go to the restaurant around the block, but it was packed there and it's cold. Walked over and was seated immediately. Ordered a French vanilla cappuccino that was super sweet.Ordered the Belgian waffle with a side of egg and hash browns for myself and a country ranch skillet with gravy and a biscuit. The skillet and waffle were good. The sides however were not up to caliber. My hash browns were cold and unseasoned. The biscuit was undercooked and slightly soggy when bought out. Would I return, no; the servers and bathroom were nice but the purpose of the visit, the food, eh.

Service and food were good. We were satisfied. Huevos Ranchero special and Garden skillet special. Prefect portions

We were a party of 5 for lunch. We had hoped for the salad bar but they have not brought that back post Covid. That's a disappointment.Our party got a mix of salads and breakfast foods, along with a cup of cream of broccoli soup, which looked delicious! So did the veggie omelet.I had the tostada salad. Overall, I really liked the salad. What made it stand out was that the onions and green peppers were grilled, not just diced and thrown in the salad. What I did not like was the texture of the ground beef. Some of it was hard to chew and almost gristly. So I kind of picked that out and ate the rest of it.I would try it again with chicken. It's also given me the idea to add grilled onions, peppers and jalapenos when I next make taco salad at home.

Nice people. Plenty enough room for meeting with others. However I've never been to a restaurant where the coffee was horrible! The toast was hard from old bread! Food was cool but I just couldn't get pas the horrible coffee
