Nice little place in the casino. Staff were super friendly. They even brought our order to us in the casino! Extra points for that! Ordered a grilled cheese with fries, a chili dog, and chicken strips with sweet potato fries. The grilled cheese did not appear to be grilled. It looked like the bread was toasted. . . maybe in the toaster??. . . and the cheese was not even melted. The chili dog was good. It had homemade chili and grated cheese (we asked for no onions). Mom didn't like the whole beans but it was tasty. The chicken strips were big and plentiful but lacked salt. The sweet potato fries were good. There were many things I wanted to try. . . so I will be back.

If I could give less stars I would. Really pathetic attempt at making a sandwich that resembled anything worth paying for much less $14 for what you called a "French Dip". I can't say more about how disappointed I am. You should be ashamed to put this on a plate and send that out to a paying customer. Rename this the "Beef jerky and dry stale bread sandwich" and your menu will be more accurate.

I didn't take any photos of our food, but everything was delicious and more than reasonably priced! We ordered 1 can of soda, chili cheese fries and a biscuit and gravy. (Random, I know but we just wanted to try light bites). All 3 items came out to $10 even... what a deal!However, the BEST thing of all was the customer service we received from CARMEN! She was so incredibly friendly, GENUINELY personable and kind, (not the generic customer service friendly ). She made our first visit there so pleasant and memorable. I absolutely adored meeting her and look forward to future visits.

Not bad for diner food. I ordered the tuna melt & sweet potato fries. It's good but I don't think you could make something like that bad? But I could be wrong?

(During Covid)3+/4- Hidden gem. Staff was super nice and the price is so reasonable. You can get in either through the casino or their own entrance. Smaller inside, but enough tables to serve all their customer. Great menu selection. Wait staff was fast to greet us. Food portion is huge. I would recommend (and there is a gas station at this casino. CHEAPER gas.)

I like the Broken Arrow. They have pretty good food and the hours of operation are fairly good.The above being said...Unfortunately, I give it 2 stars because it is not consistent. Seems like a lot of turn over with their employees. Went there yesterday, a Saturday evening around 6pm. All new waiters and they were all inexperienced too.Walked out because it seemed hopeless getting waited on. The wait staff were running around hard, but I could not, figure out why.

Highly recommend! Tasty varieties of food. They had great customer service! They served 4 entrees and 7 drinks in a quick and orderly manner. You order first at the counter then take out or sit down.

Food is great. Sean is an awesome bartender. $3 draft beers on the weekend.C'mon up!

Bomb breakfast. Can't beat the prices. Highly recommended. Wish they were open 7 days a week.

Where do I begin! First it took 45 minutes to get the food while other people who came in after us received there food first. Once I got the food my and my wife's order was wrong. Then the tell me the don't have any bacon for my burger. Someone please tell these people how to do their jobs! Stupid at it's best here people.
