I love living in this gated community, very quiet and everything is updated in the units . Close to all freeways which makes it convenient to travel. Also the property manager is always there to help with any issues you may have and is very professional and really easy to communicate with .

Lived there for almost two years, I had great experience overall. The manager Savannah is awesome, she's super helpful and willing to help out with any concerns any time. The apartment complex is fairly new, modern, and in great location.

Great environment. Clean units, very quite here, management is amazing, always available, makes sure everything is running smooth & is always easy to reach out to. I've been here since September & have had a great experience so far. I would recommend these lofts, thanks savannah!!

Cute Property! Close to Grizzlies Stadium and great restaurants in the area.

Beautiful apartments!! Love it so far, management is great and the property is adorable. It's gated also which is perfect for the area.

6 Stars if I could, and mostly goes towards Savannah Gonzales the property manager. Many times she has helped me and every time she does it with a smile on her face.The apartments are also gorgeous!

Had the best experience looking at an apartment with my daughter, the manager Savannah answered all my questions, and was accommodating on our small window of time we were available. Definitely a great experience.

My outside light burned out and being a drama queen, I called Savannah from mgmt and accidentally called after-hours. Instead of asking me to call back during normal working hours, she came by and changed the lightbulb herself within an hour of me calling. It was 11p. On a Saturday.

Brio was a great home for us the past 3 years very good atmosphere especially with being downtown definitely recommend! The property manager Savannah was always a great help with anything we needed she made our big move of buying a home so easy for us! We would have stayed if we didn't find a home to buy lol
