As parents, you want to have a caring and safe facility, within budget, but it's so difficult to find. You go through friend referrals and take tours, but every place just felt disorganized, or unstructured or just weird sad vibes. I then went on a visit to Brighten. I've seen the facilities everywhere, and I had a coworker go to a facility near her, but I wanted to check it out myself, and this place is perfect for my little guy! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. And they're consistently friendly and helpful, not just on your first day. When I drop off my son, I always am greeted with happy and cheerful staff. They are also very organized with their day. There is a large playground outside and they play outside at least twice a day. They provide full meals for breakfast and lunch which is included in the tuition. I also love that they provide a daily written check in of how your child did at the daycare. We've been at this facility for almost 3 months and my son loves it. Details:-There are 8 different locations around the area so you're bound to find one nearby-They have half day and full day programs. -They offer nap, half nap, or no naps. Its up to you-They will help potty train your toddler-There is no price difference for potty trained versus diaper toddlers-You have to go at least two days with rates ranging from 2 days at $160.00 for the week to 5 days at $280.00 a week-They have a secure code you have to enter to open their doors. They also have a fingerprint system to check your child in and out. -There are cameras! You can watch your little on your phone or desktop while they play or sleep, or at the playground!

After hearing about this preschool's excellent reputation, I enrolled my two-year-old and she loves it! The teachers and staff are kind and compassionate towards the children, making me a happy mom!

I feel bad giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly. However, I had to remove my son because I feared for his well-being as well as the well-being of my family. There was always some sort of illness/disease circulating through this facility. To name a short few, Covid 19, Corona Virus, RSV and Hand Foot Mouth Disease. My son would bring these illnesses home to my infant. It was a constant problem in our home and my 6 month old was even hospitalized. Something to consider if you have other children in the home. RARELY do they send sick children home. YES PARENTS BRING THEIR SICK kids constantly because you still have to pay whether your child attends or not...there are no sick days and no vacation/makeup days. The staff is ALWAYS changing..teachers are constantly coming and going which is never a good sign and I don't think it's beneficial for the children. It's unsettling because the kids do not understand and they really need consistency. Lastly, I question the learning aspect of this preschool. A former teacher told me that it's all kind of for show if you will to keep the parents happy. Sure they have cameras here and they send the kids home with cute drawings and handprints etc but that's the extent of it. Brighten is more like a daycare/babysitting service rather than a preschool.

I wish I could give 0 stars. These sites DO NOT accommodate children with disabilities, which is a shame considering how costly the program is. I did everything I could including sending an intervention specialist to make a behavior plan, so that my child could be successful, but they refuse to implement it and ultimately kicked him out stating he needed time to "mature". Mind you he was only 3 years old at the time. AVOID this place at all costs
