Bridgewood North

Bridgewood North is a great apartment complex for the price and location. I've lived here for almost two years and I've never had a rent increase. Very clean community, friendly residents. Our carport cover was damaged last week due to a tree falling nearby. The carport was fixed in a very timely manner. Amelia and the staff are easy to work with and always available to help. You cannot find a better deal north of Shaw.

I'm not one to complain or write bad reviews but this place I wouldn't recommend to anyone . Extremely unfair management or the "supervisor" . I'm actually pretty sure I can sue them over discriminating and denying our application ‍way beyond unprofessional and irritating . You guys can find better apartments with professional employees .

I Absolutely love living here at Bridgewood North. It's a nice community end very quiet. Management is Awesome if there is ever an issue they address it at once. Management also has community spirit they try and have something every other month for the tenants. Today they had a carnival they had food and games and prices and it was a great way to meet other people who also lives here. Great place to live.

The office staff right now are very nice. I've been here since 2010. But when I moved here the carpet was old and not shampooed, the stove was always uneven, broken wheel in the dishwasher, moldings around the carpet are old and nails come up through the floor, all outlets were old and loose (fire hazards), s few of them spark when i try to use them and the plugs just fall out. Only 1 was ever replaced till now.I was asked if there was anything I needed done. I go in and give a whole list of stuff. All i mentioned above plus need new blinds badly and this dang carpet...the moldings were never replaced. I let them know that the ac runs constantly during the summer and I'm never caught up with that bill. 200 a month? Are you kidding me. The heat however was working perfectly fine till the maintenance guy touched it. I don't know what he did. But its cold air. So, no heat and no hot water. So I let someone in here to do repairs and its all gone to crap. I have no other place my daughter and I can go right now. I also do not feel safe here. Mental neighbor, loud music, gunshots on occasion and security does nothing. They'll come out, eventually. But just to say they did. " Oh call security for after hours maintenance emergencies". For what? Its cold out. I consider my non working heat an emergency. But "no one can do Anything until tomorrow". I'm tempted to hire my own heating repair and have them send Bridgewood the bill. Nothing is ever replaced around here until its causing serious issues. Repairs are mediocre at best. You would think it would save money in the long run to do it right the First timeI really don't know what to do. They rent they charge isn't bad. But needs SERIOUS upgrades.

I stopped in to speak with Amy, and had one of the best consults- she was very professional and caring, starting off on the right foot that, if not Bridgewood North, finding a home that had the features I was looking for.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Ive been living in these apartments for 3-4 years and they havent done anything about cars being broken into. My car has been broken into twice and I was told that its not there responsibility even though its a gated community. The management is bad. People steal packages and when you report it they dont do anything about it. This place is the worse place ive stayed at. If I could give this place negative stars I would

Had our first apartment and home at this place. Wasn't there for more than 2 years as we believe it WASN'T worth it. Interiors are very outdated, price is insane for a 2 bedroom. Almost 1700$ with no washer and dryer hookups! Multiple break-in's into neighbors vehicles during my 2 year stay INSIDE the complex. Save your money and invest else where while you can.

Great place to stay. My neighbors were amazing. The staff, especially Danielle manager was amazing and always took care of everything with putting the guest first. Apartments are nice, nice floors, clean carpets, comfortable living. Pricing was great as well. The four years I've lived here my stay was well worth it and it was a great first place to live. Thank you again Bridgewood North and thank you again Danielle for being respectful, responsive, and caring.

I've lived here for years. The washing machine has never worked correctly. It turns on sprays water and drains but doesnt clean, Ive been complaining about it for 5 years and it has never been replaced. The carpets have never been replaced and were old when I moved in. a little nitpicky here but the towel hanger was broken BEFORE I moved in, they never bothered to fix it. Noticing a trend? they do the bare legal minimum, so just expect that. ***Big reason I'm writing this, I got notice that they're increasing the rent 6% no year long contract to set price. Its the single largest rent increase I've experienced since living here, and during a pandemic. Shameful and disgusting. ***You'd think they could at least replace faulty equipment, but they don't. Its a great area, but Royal T management could care less about people, its a money farm.
