This apartment complex was very nice. At the time the rent was lower, and you get what you pay for. The amenities were out of date, and it looked like an older style apartment (which is okay if you're trying to save money) they raised the rent a bit by the time we moved and I'm glad we didn't stay. Although, the location is not bad, right off Fig garden Loop. Our neighbors were quiet and to themselves, the only issue I had was they do not allow big doggies. I saw many people with huge pit bulls and German shepherds though, so I think they should consider switching to allowing large dogs so renters didn't have to hide it. You're right next to the train tracks so you'll hear the loud trains horn throughout the night but you kinda get used to it. It was overall a good experience.

Thought this place would be good for my relocation from so cal but it turned out not to be. The place I paid $40 to run our credit, $30 for notary fees and whatever to send the app priority turned out to not be ideal for us. I moved up on 12/17 to a temporary location and the address I applied on with them was supposed to be ready on 12/20 to see. It's 1/5/19 and I still haven't seen the inside. I was told the patios have dirt for the dogs and it turned out to have only one small patch off of a bedroom. The main patio was all cement. I had to send a $300 check with the application which was supposed to be cashed when I signed the documents and they sent it through on 12/31/18 without notice and forced an overdraft on my account which resulted in a fee from my bank. I have since cancelled the process and they say my refund is ready at the corporate office that is not open on weekends. I work 30 minutes away from 8-4:30 and the office is open 8-5. Rosa was great showing me around the property and answering my concerns and questions when I visited but they are too busy to answer the phone usually when I call. There are houses in the area for just a little more than renting here and they have a garage. Good luck.

Been living here a year and a half and I'm happy.Pros: I'm a single mom of 1, so I was very happy about finding someplace in this part of town that I could afford! Rosa and Kathy are warm and friendly and have responded immediately if I have any issues. Every month they have something for residents (raffle, snacks, recipes...) Generally a quiet neighborhood, even being I walking distance from an elementary school. (Note: it's right next to train tracks, so there is an occasional train, but it's better than gun shots and constant sirens)Cons: parking for visitors is inconvenient as uncovered parking is scarce, so people end up having to park outside the complex and walk. There isn't a play set/park area for kids on the property. There are a couple of actual parks nearby, but sometimes you don't feel like making the trek. Overall, I'd recommend it

Move in was easy, helpful, pool was closed throughout the year, lots of spiders, little to no parking, lots of vacant appts, and when it came to leaving it gets difficult . Before leaving the House was cleaned spotless even bought new blinds. At the end I got billed for blinds and for "UV lighting." Lots of services to make sure you don't get deposit back ... when I asked management why I got billed for these never got a message back.
