Brian's Heating & Cooling

Our A/C never cooled my front room where my Vietnam Veteran husband spent time If I had to replace it Trust & Believe I would not use them.

Honesty, integrity, punctuality, and value. I can not say enough good things about the service we just received from Brian's. It's always best to get a few quotes on a job. One company quoted much higher than Brian's. Several thousand more. They did a wonderful job and were on time! 10's across the board! Highly recommend.

A year later and we are still finding issues with our roof AC install. Still getting minimal air flow to our master bathroom again. The inlet from the roof is leaking air all around the tape job when sprayed off with a hose. The underside edge isn't even clamped down all the way either. The condensation pipe isn't even glued at all joints either so it is leaking on the roof instead of the drainage pipe. An AC install isn't cheap and we have had multiple calls last year after the initial install trying to get things right. You would think with all the quality control checks we requested we would have zero issues at this point.

Replaced one of my HVAC units on my roof. Also did duct work in attic and installed new vents. Jacob's team was professional, did a great job and cleaned up after their work. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Communicated with me on their progress on the job.

You really don't need to look any further - just go with Brian's heating and cooling if you need a new ac or furnace. I did a lot of research and got quotes from at least 3 other well reviewed companies. I like to compare prices from different companies as well as ask questions about what they recommend in terms of equipment in order to see if there is consistency. You learn a lot by hearing explanations about why they recommend one thing over another, and then doing some research into whether that makes sense or not.After talking to these other 3 companies and Brian's, I can tell you that Brian is really knowledgeable, and does not try to upsell you just to get a sale. He really wants to make sure that you get the equipment that will be most efficient and useful and of the best value to you. We were really confident in our decision to go with Brian's in terms of value, honesty, and standing behind their work. When the crew came to do the furnace and ac replacement, they were also great! It took 2 days and they were so polite and courteous. Wore masks the whole time, put down drop cloths on the areas they were working and walking to from the front door, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the night. They kept us informed and just made it easy to have them working in our house while we were working at home as well. Brian came out to check things over as well after the job was completed and noticed something in the attic where the furnace was that was really minor and we would never have noticed but came back later in the week to put some extra part on - you can tell he really cares about doing a job right. I would 100% recommend Brian's and will definitely be telling our friends about them. There are not many businesses that I am so satisfied with but Brian's definitely exceeded all expectations.

Brain's came out and checked my unit. They said it should be under waranty and they contacted the manufacturer for me and got my warranty for me. Replaced the part for me, with the warranty coverage and saved me a lot of money. The are very good and honest company. I would highly recommend them.

AC repair. First visit a service call diagnosed the problem. Service call charge was reasonable. Office sent a timely repair estimate to include parts and installation of a new blower motor. Worked scheduled promptly. Good communication.

They came the same day I called andFixed my heater problems. Very polite and nice will call again.

**If your angle of your house looks like mine and you don't have a platform, don't waste your time**Set up appointment to get my AC unit cleaned. Waited a week for an appointment. Service guy was on time. Guy went to look at ac unit, got out his ladder, set up his hose. I was doing maintenance on my pool. And he stated he would recommend I get a platform due to the angle of my roof, he stated he would still do it, but he would really recommend one. I was going to sign up for their twice a year maintenance for 180.00. So, I asked are they going to have an issue in the future visits if I don't have a platform. He stated they would just keep recommending it, but it is up to the worker feeling safe. I advised that if I spent the money on a platform, I wouldn't have a use for a professional and I would just wash it myself. He said he was going to call the shop for recommendation. Then came back and said he doesn't feel safe, won't do the job.I don't want someone on my roof who doesn't feel comfortable. If that is the case so be it (kind of odd because the job is mainly on roofs and you should have the appropriate equipment for your job), but I really do feel when I stated that I'm not going to spend 500 plus on a platform installation in the future that it was decided between technician and the shop to not do the job. Big waste of time called new company that requested this picture of the unit to make sure they weren't wasting my time and theirs. Technician saw no issue with the angle and it was 179 for the same deal, but I got to wait another week now due to either this companies unpreparedness to do their job, or lack of ability to future upsell me? **Update**The owner's response tells a lot about the company and I'm truly happy I'm not doing business with him.So, let me respond.... you state it is law to have a ladder and a platform on my roof? Well due to the house recently being purchased please note it passed all inspections, and it was not required. If it was in violation the home loan would of never went through without it being fixed (like other items that were during the purchase). As far as the condition of my roof its still under certification with an actual roofing company (not an ac company) from the purchase so I don't really understand how your opinion in that matter is valid. Now as far as the safety of your employees, I think it's neat that you don't provide your employees with roof hooks or safety harnesses, but I'm the one not concerned with your employee's safety.It's a very honest review letting people know if they have some angle to their roof and no platform to not waste their time or yours. Just as your time is worth money, your customers time is worth money.I'm glad you're good with taking this bad review, it's honest, and honest reviews should be accepted by the business's, it's up to you to be better. I hope in the future you learn to read reviews and think if possibly you could improve the way you do business, instead of getting mad and trying to blame everything but yourself. P.S. If you would have installed the system, it would of never been done due to lack proper equipment to finish the job.
