Brian Keeley's American Floors

Don't use anyone else or you'll pay too much and not get the personalized service that you deserve!!! Brian at American Flooring has been our "go to" for 2 years now. We remodeled our home for sale, then updated the second home, and Brian gave us beautiful flooring at reasonable costs. I will gather multiple quotes, and Brian consistently comes in at about 50% less than everyone else ( without sacrificing quality carpet/flooring and installation). He also comes to your home in person and you can tell he truly wants you to have the best product at the best price. You just don't get that kind of "no nonsense" treatment anymore, it seems. If you need to save money, but you can't have a crappy product, Brian will help you. This is a family business with old fashioned values.

The installers just finished and left my house. I am so happy with our carpeting purchase that I couldn't wait to write this review. Brian was very personal, helpful, and knowledgable in guiding us to make the right choice. He even responded to texts during "off" hours. The selection of carpets were much more than enough, and their prices were very competitive with the other bids we got. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and did an excellent job, while being totally professional and friendly. All in all we are totally satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend Brian Keeley's American Floors to anyone looking for flooring.

Choose anyone else. This is the second floor American floors installed. Similar problems with both floors. The inspectors cited that it was installation error. American floors did offer to install a new floor but I don't think the third time would be so charming.

Just noticed this company on Yelp today, and thought I would add my 2 cents. I've worked with Brian at American Floors for quite a while, many years ago. Though I have not been contracting or utilizing their services for some time now, I was pleased to see him going strong and better than ever. They were always fair with me, and I was always very happy with the product. Nice to see this company going strong after so many years!!

Well I moved some carpet from the wood floors. I forgot the great job this company did. This has been a nightmare since day one. They paid me some back not much. People my opinion do not use this company.

This business owner. Brian is one of the most unreliable, undependable, and dishonest person's i have ever encountered. This man tells customers to text him on all related matters because it is his preferred method to communicate with his customers. He does respond to text messages and he never will answer incoming calls. The only way to make contact with man is if you show up in person at his showroom. However, he does the dog and pony show and will make promises that he never fulfills. Do not buy from this man who uses inadequate subcontractors to install the flooring he sells you. Brian was really great at getting my floors done...responsive to texts, etc. but two moldings were missing so i waited patiently for him to order them. Time passes and Covid happens. After almost a year I reach out and he's again, quick to respond...but no follow up. Waiting. Text again...he's still on it. Then my sister in law moves into town and she gets some work done by Brian (I still gave him the benefit of doubt and referred my SIL to him)...she also lets him know that we're still waiting for the moldings. He's like yea of course...I'll reach out. Nothing. He is now not responding to any of my texts or picking up any of my calls. Please don't support this establishment. He's not an honest businessman.

Never, never, never again. This guy is unresponsive, flaky, and questionable.To add to it, I believe he subcontracts the installation. The entire interaction was "subpar". I would have been happier at Home Depot. You get what you pay for. Go somewhere else.

Wonderful experience! Brian Keeley was very professional, patient, and showed us options for flooring choices, always within budget. His shop has lots of choices and has samples on the floor so you can see clearly and can imagine how it can look in your own home. He lends you samples so you can take them home to see how they look in your own home, by the light of your windows, skylights, sliding doors etc. Communication is Excellent and he coordinates and oversees the installation. Very responsive to any issues and makes sure that job gets done in a timely manner. Would recommend to all who are looking for flooring installers in Visalia and surrounding areas.
