6/22/24Getting lunch!! Chicken Biryani, Samosas and Stuffed Cheese Naan ordered. Worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Really Great! New owner! The owner was great upon walking in. New owner of the old Brahma Bull. Easy to talk to. He's revamping the entire restaurant and plans on adding other Great food options! Short wait and order was handed over by a nice worker. Also received well wishes from owner! Lunchtime!! It's a lot of food! Easily 2 meals each! Order split!!Stuffed cheese naan was really great! Naan with the cheese and seasonings in it was a nice change from the original naan. Chicken Biryani was Great!! Really Delicious with a spicy kick and the yogurt raita that goes on it is tasty and flavorful too!!Samosa was Great also! Nice crunch with great sauces to make it even better!Mother said hers was Great! Very tasty and one of the best samosas she's had with a lunch of Great flavor!! Plenty of leftovers for tomorrow to go with wine too!Great service & Great, DELICIOUS lunch!! Highly recommended!!

Enjoyed my dinner there. Had the butter chicken served thali style and it comes with Nan and a few other side dishes. I also got the samosas. I definitely had left overs.

I was craving a fresh dosa and Brahma did not disappoint! I was perfect that I ordered other items from the menu to go. And such wonderful and attentive service by everyone, too!!

Since I desired to take my friend Manni to an authentic Indian restaurant that is family owned I took him to Brahma the first time-he spoke with the staff in their language when he ordered which he knows Urdu, Punjabi, English and Hindi. The interior looked worn and old because the seats had tears, and it didn't look too fancy but was -I was looking out for the service to make up for it. I liked the Namaste pained on the wall and the meaning also pained in English. They were very accommodating and the food I enjoyed which was South Indian= quite spicy. Manni explained that it was South Indian-not northern which he's used to. There is somewhat of a caste system which I was unfamiliar with which - he wasn't too impressed. We went again a few months later and there were men outside cleaning the windows with turbans and seemed like new staff. I also noticed Mercedes out front, and some fancy vehicles parked in the lot. Apparently, the new owner seated us and Manni ordered for us-the interior didn't change much but the service did and Manni was very happy and wanted to go back again another time=yay this picky eater was finally satisfied.

Excellent food and service. Quiet atmosphere and definitely worth a trip. Portions are deceptively ample so come either hungry or willing to split a dish

If you want Southern Indian food in Fresno, I think this might be the best place. Their food was very tasty and the prices were very affordable. The owner is very friendly but service by others was a little spotty. Gotta try the Tiger Tops.

I confess we hadn't been back since it was "Brahma Bull". We used to love their potato/onion dosa that came with side of lamb curry. Perfectly hot & browned. Now they have lamb curry OR potato on the inside. Not both. Which is alright except the dosa we were served was pale & COLD. The curry warm. It was still tasty food. We'd like to give it another go.

I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend yesterday, it was really delicious. We got the lamb, spinach with paneer, naan, and butter chicken. Everything was so good, and flavorful. The only thing I have to mention, is that it was very spicy. If you can handle spice, this is a place for you. I can't handle spice, so I would probably come back for the butter chicken and rice and naan. But I don't handle spice well, so I couldn't knock off a star due to my own self not handling spice well lol. This place is an absolute 5 Star place. Especially those who love their spiciness.

The food was amazing! The atmosphere was excellent! My wife has food allergies. The waitress was very understanding and accommodating. She confirmed with the chef that the food my wife ordered was safe for her to eat. The chef, after giving it serious thought, recommended against one of her choices. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal and had no reactions thanks entirely to the waitstaff. We will be returning to this beautiful establishment!

They revamped their service and menu, which I find to be improved from the previous one. After our visits, the food has been consistently good.The waiters were attentive.
