Brahma Food Truck

Rocked and rolled this place at Barrelhouse. I grabbed a smash burger and some "chimmi" style fries. The smash burger had the right idea in mind, was well smashed, however, the flavor was a miss. Additionally I've never had chunky churri sauce before. If I was drunk, this would hit the spot, but it fell short. In a sense, if I was asked "smash or pass" it would be a pass.

First time here, and the food was absolutely amazing! They were set up outside barrelhouse in Visalia this time. Super friendly service, and the poblano burger was to die for. Ended up trying multiple things on the menu, and can't wait to come back again! Would definitely recommend stopping by.

Excellent food! New menu options every week! You can tell they spent a profound amount of time perfecting the ever-changing menu. The only downfall is not having a physical location, so I can't eat there as often as I want to! Owners and staff make your experience really personable. They are the nicest people and you can tell they actually enjoy serving the public and are there to build relationships. With the quality of the food and service, I fully expect them to skyrocket with time. Highly recommend the hot hula burger, but I've literally never had an item i didn't absolutely love. Truffle fries are outstanding, also the dessert fries are a nice treat, I love the sweet potato with the marshmallow drizzle.

Unbelievable food!! We had the best Smash burger of my life and the Smoked Pozole is bomb!!

Went to Barrelhouse tonight just for Brahma... we were the first ones to order their sweet potato fries- they were a little under done, but didn't say anything bc we had our three small children with is and time was of the essence... haha. The owner came and found us inside and asked how the fries were because he tried them and they weren't to his satisfaction! I mean... who does that?! He bright our kids their new dessert style sweet potato fries, and they were AMAZING. Outside of the food being freaking delicious, that level of care/ customer service is unmatched. Thank you to the person that cares enough to come find us, when we didn't even mention it! That was heart warming

Everything on the menu is amazing! My personal favorite is the OG Smash burger. It's consistently delicious and satisfies my cravings every single time. Can't wait to see them again at Barrelhouse.
