This is strictly for management: To be frank. When you want to rent, they are nice, when they come do random inspections with the management, constantly message you about what's been reported and how rudely they handle situations with you. Management should get a 0/5 stars. They talk down to you, make it a very hostile environment, i understand if there are matters to discuss but it can be done in a respectful way. Honestly i have read the reviews and seems like a lot of people of color are having issues with management... maybe something for them to look out for. Nice complex but you'll always feel like you're being watched or even get harassed at one point or another.Update: I received a notice to get rid of a service dog within 3 days or I'd be evicted out of the apartment. Since this review, the attitude of the front management changed drastically but just like everyone said, you see NONE of your deposit back plus I owe more after cleaning the house to the best of my ability. I moved to a different location and so much happier there overall.

Simply the best! I couldn't ask for more from the property managers and the leasing company. From the landscaping always being done to the monthly pest control, they always stay on top of it here. I would highly recommend this complex as I have had really bad experiences before. If you are in the market for an apartment, this is the place to be!

One month into residency at Boulder Creek I certainly appreciate welcoming management: Shae and Nicholas have been wonderful to work with. The team has ensured my apartment is ready for move-in with new flooring and everything being up to a good standard. Thoughtful touch: there was a little present left for me on the counter upon move in that included a card, some snacks, and a few household items. Just as with any apartment there are some things that are more and less advantageous: * Great location of the complex where you feel safe taking a tranquil run on a Sunday morning or walking to your car at a late hour* Gated 24/7 * Mostly friendly neighbors. Good energy in the complex. * Clean upkeep of the complex, including garbage areas. Although the grass from the gardener has remained over my walkway for two weeks now. * Good condition of the unit. Evidently, the complex has been built fairly recently. * Bigger fridge than in some other apartment complexes. It also has an ice maker. * Washer and dryer are medium size but are included in the unit. Heads up: the dryer buzzes harshly at the end of the cycle, but dries clothes well. * Wish there was more storage available in the kitchen and bathroom. * Kitchen has great amount of counter space.* Wish there was more counter space in the bathroom.* The sink in the kitchen is positioned slightly further off the edge of the counter (my lady hands stretch to reach) and does not appear to be very deep. Something to watch out for if that is of matter.Overall, there have been no issues so far. Will update if more detail occurs. Recommending this complex for those who want to live in Clovis conditions/atmosphere but have smooth access to Fresno.

Boulder Creek has been the absolute best apartment complex to live in. Not only did I meet the sweetest people being my neighbors who I am best friends with now, but the staff, Shea and Nick, are so quick to respond and are there to help whenever you need it. I moved to Fresno in 4 days notice from Orange County and literally lived in a hotel down the street until the apartment was ready. They helped expedite the process so I could move in as soon as possible. I have never once had an issue with anything and when I did have repairs that were needed, I felt comfortable having them go in. They always did it sometimes in an hours notice! Definitely make Boulder Creek your home.

We moved in for a short time as we were having a house built. Management comes off as very nice and accommodating, but when it comes to doing actual managing of the apartment and the things that come with it, horrible. Both mine and my husband's vehicles were broken into/vandalized 3 times in the 6 months we lived in the complex. All three times, management did nothing, and just an FYI, their cameras DO NOT WORK! We could not do anything legal as we had no footage when my husband's truck was broken into and was parked right IN FRONT OF THEIR OFFICE where they have cameras. Cameras were "off" coincidently that night. Jane, from the office on site, said she would call us back regarding the cameras, and actually said to us she was "embarrassed to call (us) because the cameras were not working". That's your job is to communicate with your residents no matter how uncomfortable the conversation is! I talked to the property management company, Royal T, which Kirstie Christie manages Boulder Creek, and she was HORRIBLE. She did not return my phone call because she was "too busy" and wanted the management at the property to call me but I purposely called her because I wanted to speak with someone above the management at our property. She had also told me she would call me back regarding the camera footage, before we found out none of the cameras worked, and couldn't even give me the decency of calling me back. In mid-June, early July, our AC unit, on 2 different occasions, stopped blowing cold air. Our apartment, upstairs, got to 85 degrees, when we normally had it set at 77. The air conditioning company came out the first time, said it needed a new part, and fixed the AC unit temporarily. 3 weeks later, we had the SAME PROBLEM. The apartment complex was TOO CHEAP to buy the part the AC unit needed in the first place, so they had to replace the whole unit and we were without cold air for over 48 hours. There is no policy set in place to help their residents when things like this happen so you just have to suffer in your apartment in the middle of the summer if your AC unit stops working. Again, I tried to call Kirsite Christie, and instead of receiving a phone call back from her, Jane, from the office on site called me stating that Kirstie was in meetings and couldn't speak with me. VERY unprofessional and RUDE. That's her JOB yet she was apparently "too busy" to speak with me. Parking is also horrible. There are plenty of covered parking spots open, yet every single uncovered parking spot is full. There are constantly cars parking in handicapped parking when they don't have a placard, and also parked in the "no parking" and no one enforces it! I had a car parked next to me in the "no parking" for over a week and it was so close to me that every time I opened my door, I hit their door and to be honest, didn't care. We also had an ant problem and no one came to fix it. I would NOT recommend this property, or any apartment complex managed by Royal T, to ANYONE. They do not care about their residents and just care about saving money, no matter how much of an inconvenience it is to anyone. Oh and forget about getting your security deposit back. We got $88 out of $600. They nickel and dime you for everything.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had when I phoned this complex to inquire about rentals for my sister. Even though there was nothing available and they were above my sister's price range, Jane from the office went above and beyond for us, calling not only properties owned by the same company, but she was kind enough to call several others in the general area that she thought might meet my sister's needs. I really appreciated Jane's help. She certainly made my sister's transition much easier. Kudos to the complex and to Jane!

Boulder Creek Apartments are absolutely wonderful. They have a great management team that really takes care of you. Great location! Great neighbours! Highly recommend!!

I loved living at Boulder Creek, I lived here for 2 years but moved because I got a job in Los Angeles. It was cute, quiet, rarely had issues and near willow station. If I could take this apartment and plop it in LA I would lol. 10/10 place to live, I only gave 4 stars because we did lose the deposit.

This complex is AMAZING! Gated, quiet community with a clubhouse and pool right behind it. The unit had a wonderful layout with washer and dryer in the unit. Management and maintenance were very response and quick to act in correcting issues/repairs to the unit. Would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family.

I am so grateful I found this place. I have to thank the amazing management team for all they do. Shae worked diligently to provide me my unit when I was I in need of a place. I'm so grateful for her dedication for pushing all the paperwork and making me feel welcome. The team is also fast in response to any issue. This place is peaceful, quiet with clean grounds and my unit is cozy. The resident events are awesome too! Thank you guys for making this place feel like home.
