I love the staff here! They are very friendly. From the call I made for my appointment, front staff and Dr. Boswell. They treated me with respect and didn't try to rush me during my appointment. I had many questions about a few moles I had. I got a biopsy done by Dr. Boswell. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me and made me feel comfortable. My results came back quick and everything checked out fine. He did question one of the test, so he had to get more tissue that was deeper in my skin for further testing. Thank God, that result came back quick and everything is fine!

On two occasions I had to personally go to the office to finally get my biopsy results. Dr Saunders will not leave a phone message or let you know what time he will be calling. Otherwise the experience was fine. Wait times are not excessive and exams and procedures were fine. It seems strange to me that Boswell is spending $$thousands$$ on radio advertisements then drop the ball on the simple part of customer service/followup. Oh well....everonone has the freedon to run their business as they choose.

I had an appointment and was seen on time!! Staff was so friendly and the dermatologist was awesome!! I had a mole removed and had some other questions and he was more than happy to answer, didn't feel rushed. Overall a great experience

They failed to clear my adult acne and after years and hundreds $$ of medication they told me Accutane was my only option and that my diet had nothing to do with my acne. They were so wrong lol! Four months later my skin is the clearest it's ever been, I got rid of my cystic and hormonal acne just by eating non processed foods and focusing on my gut health. As kind as these people are, they aren't trained in the human body they are just trained to make money for themselves. These people might temporarily fix your problems as a teenager but in the long run if you're still suffering with acne as an adult you need to take matters into your own hands and fix your diet. It's free too!!

Staff and doctors are very nice. Professional. Knowledgeable. Facility is very clean. Parking can be confusing on your first visit.

Wonderful place! We've been taking our twins here for some skin issues. We had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Practioner Edgar on multiple occasions. So attentive and caring. Absolutely loved him!

beautiful office. amazing staff. Surgeon JARED LUND and his assistant Sandy preformed surgery on me to remove cancer. they were extremely professional and made me feel safe. they scar is heeling great, Lund is an extremely talented and patient surgeon. I am so happy I came here for my procedure.

I've been going here monthly since November for hormonal acne and Accutane (Claravis) after a referral from my doctor. The facility is nice but the NPs seem too busy. They don't want to see me for more than about 5 minutes. I don't really feel taken care of or they care about me too much about a patient, but maybe that's just their style or something. I have a lot of problems contacting them and getting ahold of them when there are problems with insurance.I don't really think you can choose a dermatologist in many cases you are just referred but I wouldn't go back here if I had a choice.
