Borga Steel Buildings and Components

Bad experience all around. Damaged parts on delivery, missing components and horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

I have bought from Borga a few times throughout the years and every time it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Their pricing is competitive and the finished product surpassed my expectations.

They are pure crooksmy husband had to return some sheet metal that was the wrong size and received a credit slip from employee. When he returned a few weeks later to pickup correct product they said that employee doesn't work for them anymore and would not honor the credit slip. Avoid them at all cost!!!!!!!

I'm sad to write this review I was trying to purchase a building for a couple years all the other companies out there seem to just want your money and forget about you I've lost several deposits because I couldn't produce a building that I needed so I was very happy when I found Borge in California which was about three hours for me so I drover location to make sure that they were a real company gave them a deposit picked out my building and a price increased $8000 but I was OK I was happy to get my building put my building up everything looked great except for the door they sold me the door opening was too large for the door I sent him pictures at the pictures with about a 10 inch gap at my door they told me that that was typical that's normal and I had to put a rubber seal there he sent me a very bad picture of a building with a rubber seal as far as I could tell it was about a 2 inch rubber seal I notified him that I had a lot larger gap in that door but they said my doors is normal dealt with a lot of rollup doors I've never seen this before you can actually throw football through it but they said that's normal they were unwilling to help me being a sheet-metal shop it would've been a very easy fix to make me a part that would come down 10 inches that I could adapt to the top of my door opening but I will do it myself again very disappointing and BORGA I would not recommend them very poor customer service and if they believe that this is the typical door at the sales team department level they shouldn't be selling steel buildings I will try to attach a picture to this if I can so everyone out there can see what Borgabelieves is a typical door opening I'm sorry but I cannot attach a picture I really wish I could so everyone could see this opening it's truly unbelievable but if you email me I'll send you pictures [email protected]

Borga is awesome! My husband and I were looking to add a metal building on our property. We reached out to a few different companies and they were all just brokers. I hate the idea of "paying the middle man". I liked that Borga was local and that they manufactured their buildings here in the valley. My husband was very happy with the quality of the building and I am very happy about the look and price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a metal building for their property!
