So this builder has been nothing but problems for us since we built our house with them 7 years ago. Me, and most of my neighbors here in rivers edge would NEVER EVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER buy a Bonadelle home again. From not putting the correct clean out valves on my tankless water heater (there excuse was they ran out), since my house was one of the last built, and when I told them that was unacceptable they tried to say "they weren't required or needed" even though you have to use those valves to maintain the water heater properly and clean it out once a year). Not to mention EVERY SINGLE OTHER HOUSE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD HAS THEM.My stucco has annoying cracks all over (they said they aren't big enough to fix???? Wtf?) and then the kicker, since they did a shit job on the cheap flimsy shower and bath inserts they installed and didn't shore up the drain area and left a big hole in drain area under the insert, MY FOOT FELl THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOWER!!!!! I called them and was told too bad, the contractor who did the work is out of business! Go figure! So now 15k later I am finally getting a quality bathroom installed. Had to turn it into insurance and now I'm screwed for life in premiums. They Also plant invasive trees that screw up your lawns and require lots of hassle. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Avoid these bubble gum, particle board and bailing wire made straw huts. What a rip off.

BUYER BEWARE!!!We purchased a new Bonadelle and went through quite a bit during the build process. All of that to say Cindi was great at the sales office and worked to resolve issues that came up and was very honest, trustworthy and accountable. Fast forward to now being in your new home and you have to deal with a Nightmare, Mary A, from Home Warranty. The other reviews of Mary are consistent with her attitude, laziness and lack of professionalism. We had an issue with a standard feature and her first response was to say if we didn't upgrade it won't be in the house. I had to talk to Cindi to clear it up, because Mary is too lazy to follow up correctly on inquiries. She would rather say no first rather than to understand the customer's inquiry. If you buy a Bonadelle expect their Home warranty manager to start with no and then be your own advocate to clear things up. It will constantly be an uphill battle dealing with Mary. Her default is no and that's always a headache when dealing with someone. She takes every opportunity to put the homeowner down and throw a snide comment in whenever you inquire. Just you asking a question is a mere inconvenience for her.BUYER BEWARE!!! I've posted a photo of the response I got from her when asking where the Pre-Wire is for the Alarm Key Pad. This is a standard Feature. I've included a picture of the Standard features as well. You gauge whether you want to deal with this company and this person. Again, this is one of the first interactions I had with her. This is her default and this is the Bonadelle Standard for customer service.

I barely Close escrow on my home Nov 2,2021... El Paseo Community! I wasn't fan of Dani but Amanda was super amazing knows her stuff.. I give her a 5 stars As to Mary, that woman needs to retire. She was horrible.. did my walk-through and it was a disaster. They miss one important thing of the house and she refused to tell me I had the option to get refund instead, I had to pay 100 per day until the fixed ( didn't tell me ) regardless I had to pay it and I knew about this when I was signing docs to received my keys the next falling day! All options were pay out-of-pocket!!! So I'm pissed! Now my house has a leak going on in the masters room. Mind you it's a brand new home!!!!! And no one has responded to me about this issue! - first I thought It was the paint( still can't believe it) than bam started getting bubble.. didn't notice this through our walk through because the house wasn't painted & they didn't let me walk through it agin to see final project! Until I GOT KEYs!! - my Fence has a different color spoke to ( HOA) Which isn't my fault since this is the ( builder fault). - my gate controllers ain't working properly so I had to drive to HOA and they gives me new controllers and those ain't working either! How sad! HOA doesn't take control until the builder done with the other homes. I'm still at the point that I need to speak to an attorney about this issue! Or put up the house on the market.. I'm so over it. I'm so sad angry pissed because I really wanted to love this home!!! Don't recommend buying a home with this builder!

Nice customer service from bonadelle nice people. First time getting a new house, wouldn't do it again, there is no way the contractors were professionals. If they are. Wow zero pride in their work, if I did the work they did I would feel like I disrespected the customer. I wish the home buyers could do their own work and pick their own contractors. Personally I take pride in my work, I cannot say the same for others.One of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I'm guessing the excuse was "they were rushed" I could care less. Also some contracting work "wasn't noticeable enough to fix" after overpaying for it.Do not pay for upgrades, they will say you can't do your own for a couple things.... I'd go back and get all the basics and let it wear out then upgrade myself after a couple years of use.The contractors they picked don't exactly represent bonadelle themselves but they did pick them so I'm including it.Patience is usually key for everything, this experience is the only exception. Waiting to hear back from the contractors they picked, while being patient does not work... AT ALL.I had to annoy the hell out of most every contractor to get things done

I loved the models and how big they are compared to other builders. Their sales coordinators are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Kate Leonard was helping us and she was very helpful to other guests at the same time to! So grateful for their excellent service and hopping to own one of their beautiful homes soon! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!

Do not buy from this company. We bought a new build in the Grove IV, property flooded before close, Bonadelle Homes did not disclose to us. We discovered the issue in the final home walkthrough. They had shut off the water, AC and cleaned up the water, but did not disclose it to us. After following up with the sales agent, we were told that walk throughs are a courtesy and that any issues with the home could be solved through the home warranty process. I had to involve the escrow company to stop the transaction. Bonadelle homes then brought in a mold remediation company to address the water damage. The damaged pipes under the tub had flooded the master bathroom, closet and part of the master bedroom. It had been under water long enough for some kind of fungus to form. Early in the transaction I was puzzled by Bonadelle Homes refusal to allow a home inspection or access to the property by anyone besides the buyers. I was alarmed by how they handled the issue, and failures to communicate. I am glad we were eventually able to pull out of the transaction, but felt like they were concealing the issue from us. I will not do business with this builder.

Looking into buying a home at Bonadelle. the sales representative Danielle is not helpful at all. She does not care about her job nor the clients. Never responds to calls nor text messages takes her about a week or more to get back to you. Lacks responsibility at her job. She has been making the house buying process very difficult since she doesn't respond to questions when needed her help.
