Bog House Pub

My go to spot for imported Europian beer, I have family in England and visited often around a decade ago and always loved a few of the beers they had their. Two of which being London Pride and Old Speckled Hen and when the Bog House got OSH on nitro I knew I'd be coming back. I'd often request London Pride and the bar tenders told me that they had been working on getting it from their distributor and I was able to get a few pints so I really appreciate them for that. Very Irish style pub that is small but if you love good beer you will not be disappointed, they even have a few local taps and some taps from California breweries if thats more to your liking.

It is a beer bar. Yes they have good wine in clunky glasses, sangria by the pint, and a few ciders, but you come here for the beer. You stay for the unique characters. The guests are chill, the game is always on, and if you're lucky enough to arrive on a theme night (pirates), you'll be sucked into having a good time! Always a great place for a pint.

Went in for some good draft beer out of almost all! Must be closing? I'm not sure how this place stays in business! $7.00 for a 12 oz Guinness never again! Sorry! Just way overpriced and under stocked? Not a pint like the guy says it was only 12 ozs! Way overpriced! And won't be back in for a 12oz beer for $7.00 I'll go across the street! Not no dam pint! And this ain't no LA or even close to SF! So a 12 oz beer plus tip was like $9.00 actually. Sad place to go to in these times!

Absolutely a fan of this pub! Friendly people good beer and great music !! The service is excellent and the vibe is fun friendly locals. It's great to go to a pub where everyone is happy laughing and enjoying themselves, not like those quiet stuffy places

This place is an absolute treasure. I've seen in it since we lived around the corner when I was in middle school. It's been through many names and owners im sure but I decided for the first time to come in and spend a lazy afternoon. I feel so at home. Dino is the owner, he is so friendly without being fake. He's just chilling while answering my many, MANY questions. He is so knowledgeable about beer and is so cool to talk to!They don't have food yet but will have pub bites very soon, as well as expanding into a full bar. The space itself is exceptionally clean-like the cleanest I've ever seen a bar! It's also well decorated with the most appreciated pinch of kitsch. So cool to see a locally owned, rooted staple doing well. Will be back when they have food so I can lounge around and talk to more regulars on a lazy afternoon!

Never been here before and heard it was a cool spot with great drinks. We'll Deirdrea is very unprofessional she was drinking behind the bar tasting the nitros. She's also sitting on a chair instead of attending her customers. I asked what the best Oktoberfest was she had no idea she asked a customer. She also didn't know which glass to pour my beer in, I paid with a debit card and she closed it without even asking if I was going to stay and have another drink. I wanted to order food but forget it. I decided to give her another chance and ordered two more beers but this time paid with cash and she checked out my $20 as if it was fake. It already bothered me that she asked for my pin to my debit card and I have no idea why?! I was hoping to have a new spot to hangout but nvm on that. Oh and it says happy hour so what's the pricing on the beer? Because mine were $6 each is that regular price? So a young white couple comes in and she leaves their tab open, why didn't I get the same treatment?

Has been made a part of my Sunday night routine! Their Sunday night bartender, it's always a good time and does a great job keeping the drinks filled!

This bar is racist to Mexicans rude disgusting comments back and forth from a customer with a guitar and the bar tender obviously will never return

Amazing beer, fantastic service, wonderful crowd!One of the best if not best knowledgeable Irish bartenders in the valley!!Add some live Irish music and this place will knock it out of the park!!

Excellent beer and wine selection. Bar staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Very inviting customer base with local, down to earth flair. Local entertainment is offered most Saturdays and Sundays. Mini-sports bar environment for viewing pleasure.
