super clean. cute trinkets & other things to ponder at while you wait. cashier was making drinks when we came in. super sweet. got a rasberry slush & blueberry slush both w boba. the boba was warm & tasted so fresh. i want to return to try the pho. there was 3 ppl in the back enjoying some, looked good too.

The restaurant features a fantastic deal with small bowls of soup priced at just $2. I tried the curry khao poon and Thai boat, both earning an 8/10 from me, but the khao poon tso only scored a 4/10. The khao poon tso, which includes fresh noodles, blanched vegetables, and a spicy sauce, was overwhelmingly sour for my palate. I appreciate a good kick of spice, but in this case, it was so tangy that I had to add sugar and a bit of water to tone it down.We also sampled the spring rolls, which I rated a 4/10. The "peanut" sauce was surprisingly spicy, requiring us to mix in hoisin sauce to balance the flavor.As for my boba drink, it fell flat; the boba was overly soft and lacked chewiness.In summary, I enjoyed the value of the small bowls, but temper your expectations. I'll definitely return for the curry khao poon and Thai boat, but I might skip the other dishes next time. Service was quite fast and it was clean inside with barstool seating.

Walked in and was greeted. Heard a lot of folks talked about these mini soup bowls that this place was serving. So we gave it a try.The place is quite small and if it was busy, it would fill up quick. Luckily, we came at the right time and seats were still available. I ordered Thai boat, kaopoon, & pho. The wifey ordered Thai boat, kao pia & kaopoon tso. The mini bowls were flavorful except my kaopoon. I was hoping it had more coconut milk. The kaopoon was a bit bland for me. I wish they would bring a bowl one at a time cause if you order a lot. The other bowls tends to cool down quickly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in on a Saturday mid day and they only had enough for one vietnamese iced coffee which was fine. But then it took like 20 minutes and the guy was so rude. I get my coffee and it looks like the color of a tire... And I'm like isn't this supposed to have milk like condensed milk and he said I mixed it in which I fucking doubt. He looked at me and was like it's vietnamese iced coffee and I'm like I know what it's supposed to look like.I do not recommend. Place was nice inside but incredibly rude staff and bad drinks

Great service & ambiance! Super pleasant. NOTE: Not great for ppl using wheelchairs & those who can't comfortably sit @ bar on high stools. No standard tables, but 4 padded seats are available in front. ORDER:--Black Milk Tea w/added chocolate & boba--Black Milk Tea w/added boba. Great high quality black tea flavor. --Triple Berry Cake w/added boba (has cheese foam topping). Cheese foam is creamy, tangy & salty which works nicely w/sweet drink. Really good!--$2 Menu : mini pho, tom yum noodle & thai boat. Forgot to take pics but these were great small tastes w/a tiny bit of meat too! So smart of them to let ppl try before buying big bowls. Based on that experience, I'll definitely go back for big bowls. Still need to try the other 3 as they didn't have them available. --Steak & Rice Bowl: Nice sized portion, but tbh, this was their weak spot. Steak was overcooked, tough & unseasoned. Some tenderizing marination would go a long way here! Bacon fried rice was bland. --Nam Tok Wings: Don't sleep on these! Damn they're great!!! Tender, moist, flavorful & really spicy. Totally crave worthy. Go give the newly reopened Boba Luv some love!

My aunt wanted boba so badly in Fresno that we decided to try out a boba place. I was hesitant at first because I know normally there are a lot of sugar in these drinks. But, surprisingly I was able to put 0 sugar in the drinks and customize it the way I feel it would be as healthy as it can be which is a plus. Service was friendly and fast, a woman at the register even gave suggestions to what drinks are popular and explained how there customizable options are made. Price for drink was about $7 or $8; however each topping added is $0.85 which we ended up getting. Two of our drinks had boba and one had a coffee jelly. There are plenty of options and they listed there most popular drinks on a separate menu. There were about 16 other drinks. You could also order from the food menu which includes popcorn chicken, tempura and some other items that were like snacks or appetizers. Overall, not bad at all. The smoothie I ordered specifically was a banana, coconut and pineapple blend with the coffee jelly, 0% sugar, satisfied with the almond milk substitute. The drink was refreshing. It was clean inside and had a nice bathroom in the back. Seats and tables were included and had WiFi and great a/c.

(I'm not clear: I've already reviewed this business twice and it looks like Yelp might be making me delete my second review in order to leave this third one. I'm not sure how to leave a third review independently of my other two. Oh, well.)Sigh.I arrived at 4 pm on Wed. The dining room was fairly full, but there was one customer who had already ordered at the register. He was chatting with the register guy. Neither of them was doing anything but chatting. I stood in line, waiting for them to finish their conversation and acknowledge me. They both saw me and continued their conversation without greeting me or taking my order. After waiting 5 min with no sign that they would stop, I left, without ordering. Even when it was clear that I was picking up my things and leaving, even then the two of them just continued their conversation without acknowledging me. Too bad. The food and drinks are very good but I don't think I'll be back. Really unacceptable rudeness. Just epic levels of not giving a fuck from the register guy.

Cute place. Plenty of parking as it's located in a shopping plaza. Nice mellow and hip music in the background.

I know this is a weird take but that "chicken bowl" fried rice and crispy chicken bits was 5/5!!! That chef must have been one with hibachi skills because THAT was the quality of flavor I just had. I had to give a public shout out right then and there while eating, it was that good. I'm a huge fried rice fan so I'll be coming back for more in hopes of its consistency.

So happy this place replaced the last boba place. The drinks were really good and customer service was great! We were greeted when we walked in and was asked if we had any questions about their menu. The cashier was very nice and gave us great recommendations. While we waited for our drinks we played some games that the store had available. I haven't played Guess Who since I was a child! I was able to play with my cousin and daughter. We were only suppose to be at the shop to grab a few drinks and leave, but we ended up staying for almost an hour playing games and had then we ordered hot snacks. The snacks were yummy and drinks were refreshing. We will definitely come back and so glad I live nearby.
