Went here today for lunch. It was dead and one guy doing everything. I have two boys 4 and 5 year old. We order our drinks and our boys drinks. The guy comes out with our kids drinks in large adult cups filled to the brink. I ask him don't you have kids cups? He goes no why is he gonna spill it? I respond with well yeah he probably will! The guy walks away and tells me I'll give you some time to look at the menu. Now I know for a fact they have kids cups as we have been here before. He walks away. Literally One second later my 4 year old is trying to take a sip and he spills the drink on his clothes! Which I don't blame him for as he is trying to navigate the big ass glass given to him filled to the brim! I call the guy back and say this cup isn't gonna do it for him. He takes the big cup back and brings back a smaller kids cup with a lid and straw! I'm like wtf. I ask the guy why didn't you bring this in the first place!!!? He goes I didn't see them. I don't even work there and I know they have kids cups. You're a waiter or running a restaurant and you don't know to bring appropriate cups for younger kids? I was a waitress when I was college and even back then I had some common sense that kids had special cups and utensils! No apology or anything. Ruined our whole lunch. What shitty service. We will not be going back here. Food is way too expensive for what the taste is. $20 for a roll, shitty service and the place could use some deep cleaning. I don't usual write reviews but today I had to.

Have tried in the past and decided to try it again since i was in the area for lunch. Menu is all online from a QR code. There is a vegetarian/vegan menu, yet the prices are high. About $20 for a roll. I can't justify those prices for vegetables, lolServer was polite and friendly. I ordered the lunch bento, $15-18? A bit pricy for lunch. It came was a sad 3 piece tempura and basic salad. Miso soup was ok, on the salty side. They did substitutions for my cucumber roll, thank you and charged $1. Charged $2 for a side of sriracha. Good God. If i knew that, id go without the sriracha. It all adds up. I appreciated the service, yet I probably won't return.

It wasn't what I expected. I've driven by so many times over the years and always wanted to try. Since I was meeting a client in the area I thought it was time to give it a go. It was completely empty. There was no hostess or bartender/waiter. It was one guy doing it all. I feel like this place has seen better days and could use some tlc. The tables and floors were sticky and the patio is dusty and neglected. The menu is pretty extensive and one can appreciate the gluten -free and rice-free sushi options. I ordered teryaki chicken dinner. It was OK. The miso smelled odd and I didn't eat it. The egg roll was fried in old oil so I didn't eat that either. I only got 3 tiny pieces of tempura. The plate was not worth $20. The gyozas were good and the service was fine. My dining partners sushi roll was comprised mostly of rice and he was not a fan of it overall. Glad I tried it! But probably won't be back.

We ordered 3 rolls, chicken karagi, and sashimi. Our tab was $100+ for pick up. My husband and I have a flight tomorrow and we were treating ourselves to a nice treat. We'll...I went into the restaurant and there was only one couple in the corner and now I know why. We've been to this establishment before and it's always rather dead and we've never been too impressed but I felt bad they were slow and wanted to help a local business. This evening we picked up the order, got home and we were missing a roll from the order. My husband called to let them know and the man I picked the order up from quickly snapped at my husband "it's all there"! He made my husband drive back to the restaurant and show him the bag so our food was no longer fresh and we were about to sit down to eat and relax at home and this was not the relaxing treat we had planned. The man was not really apologetic and then when my husband got home we were missing the sauces we had to pay $2 a piece for. This added insult to injury. When my husband called to let him know he had made a mistake yet again the man was even snappier and rude. I am also a small business owner and I would NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated. Especially after making 2 mistakes. It's all about how we handle the mistakes no one is perfect. As I write this I don't feel well either. The food wasn't fresh and has given me pretty awful nausea. I hope I'm not sick before we have to fly. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Bluefin is a great sushi place for my friend and I to eat. We've been there many times. It's owned by my friend Jimmy who I've known for many years! This evening my friend had a spicy tuna roll and I had a delicious roll with scallops on top! We also had the spicy garlic edamame. Everything was delicious and prepared and served with a smile. We love this place and will be back many times!

Found this place randomly as I was driving next to John's Incredible Pizza. Decided to stop by and test out what this sushi place had to offer. We ordered the Squidward and a few other rolls. I was pleasantly surprised at the service we had received and how quickly they had prepared our order. The squidward was the first to go. My girlfriend finished the roll and she usually refrains from trying more than one piece of sushi. Then it came to the Spicy Tuna, and that was also devoured. The vibe of this place is pretty chill, low lighting type of restaurant. Seems to get extremely busy in the evening and on the weekends. It's a must-try if you like Sushi and are passing through Fresno.

Came late night within the last few hours before closing. ai try to find local spots instead of just the commercial restaurants around town. I wasn't expecting the utmost service as it was late. However, the staff was so welcoming and polite. My table ordered 6 rolls, bento boxes, and sake. I will say a really great memory made from a spontaneous trip to Blufin. Inside was a bit dark, but I would recommend coming at an earlier hour to get the full vibe. Next time, I would want to explore more of their appetizers.
