---** Finding Bethany has been life-changing.**Having had a health/life coach in the past, I knew the value it could bring, but I had no idea how much I still needed this support until recently--six years later. I suspected my troubles might be related to hormonal issues, and when I reached out to Bethany, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that she is incredibly knowledgeable about female hormones, menstruation, and menopause.Bethany is not only responsive and professional but also provides a tremendous amount of trust and grace in every conversation. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel truly heard and understood.From our very first session, I learned techniques that helped immediately. While it's hard to describe the exact difference, what I've found is that life coaching with Bethany isn't about getting caught up in the drama of life. It's about tuning into yourself so you can handle challenges better and see them in a new light--because you see yourself in a new light.Although we did most of our sessions via Zoom, I eventually decided to meet with her in person, even though I'm only an hour away. Her scheduling is flexible and convenient, and I have no complaints at all! I highly recommend Bethany. I feel so supported, listened to, and validated by her. The techniques I've learned have been so effective that sometimes I wonder what we'll talk about in our next session--because I've gained so many tools already!

I have never had reiki done before, and I've always wanted to give it a try. Let me tell you, Bethany is SO GOOD at what she does. I thought I knew what to expect, but once I actually experienced it, I was so blown away at how I felt and what we worked through. I went in carrying this heavy burden and I left feeling so free, weightless and happy. 10/10 recommend. If you're thinking of trying it out, look no further!

Bethany always makes me feel amazing. Her customer service always great. I really loved my experience with Reiki from the moment I entered then when I left I totally feel more aware of my surroundings and energy around. Is just amazing how just one session can make you feel uplifting. She really great I highly recommend her if you are looking to experience this type of healing and is soo talented . Highly recommend.

What a blessing to have found help that changes the way you view life. Originally I asked Bethany for her home cleansing services but she went more and beyond to clear any unwanted energy from my home and from myself. I was left in awe with her abilities. She was kind, understanding, gentle. While walking throughout our home she picked up on things that were spot on.I'm on day two after the cleanse and I feel lite. By that I mean, the anxiety, tension, stress, feeling of being trapped have resided. The heaviness that I had is gone. I am forever grateful to have found her. Forever grateful that I know someone that's radiants good.She has a forever customer. I'm looking forward to working with her more.

My 3rd time doing a reiki session, but 1st time with Bethany in Fresno. All I can say is wow! It was different then the first 2 times that I have gotten it done by someone else, I really felt the energy in my body moving while she performed her reiki healing on me, it was definitely a different type of experience also with an inner child healing which made me tear a bit. Everything Bethany mentioned to me resonated and I was blown away. I just wanna say thank you to miss Bethany and will be returning in the near future

Bethany is truly a gifted healer and an absolutely lovey person. I've know her for many years and she's worked on most of my family. Most recently I booked a healing session for mom on her birthday. Bethany went out of her way to make it extra special. My mom is so sensitive and has a hard time relaxing, but Bethany was able to gently clear her energy and support to rest, unwind and heal. Review I have been a client of Bethany's for many years. She is an exceptional Certified Massage Therapist, who can hold a healing space for her clients. She has the ability to set aside her own stuff and enter into a space of complete attention and focus, that is devoted solely for her client's healing. As a bodyworker myself, I can assure you that with the pressures of life this is a hard feat to accomplish day after day and be consistent. With that said, when I experience Bethany's Healing Crystal Sound Bowls, I thought I died and went to heaven. She is truly talented with this style of therapy. I can hear The Angels Sing during her sessions. It is truly beautiful work. This year, I went through a hard Spiritual Trial that felt devastating to me. The Crystal Bowl Treatments and Sound Baths I have received from Bethany this past year brought me back to my center and grounded me. One of the best decisions I ever made for my physical, emotional and spiritual health. I have received multiple Reiki sessions. I got in touch with more emotions in my first session with Bethany the I did in multiple therapy sessions. She is compassionate and creates a very safe environment.
