Nice goth-like atmosphere when you enter in. Parking is street parking and luckily I got a spot right in front of the establishment.My daughter wanted her belly button pierced and was recommended to Mon's piercing. Our appointment was at 5pm and we arrived about 10 minutes before. I always like to arrive to appointments early due to check in purposes and I like to follow the saying "if you're on time you're late." Plus in this industry time is of the essence because appointments are usually back to back and I don't want to waste the piercers time. We were promptly called back at 5pm and she measured her belly button. Went over care instructions and asked if she was completely done swimming for the season because it takes a few months to heal and when the ring change out can take place. She gave us a rundown of everything we needed to know in order for proper healing. It literally took less than a minute for the actual piercing. I purchased the saline cleanser for her to use and it came with a care instruction card and q-tips. My daughter loved her piercing. I'd like to eventually get some piercings but that will be for another time.

This review is solely based on Mons service. I took my 5 year old daughter in..who's one of the biggest cry babies and she was great with her. I will forever be greatful for the level of care she had. Ya my daughter cried but she stood still for it. I'll always appreciate her. As far as the rest of the people complaining about service...tattoo shops are never known for their service but their work. The girls at the register had 0 customer service skills but that doesn't matter since you're not tipping them.

The only place you or your family should be getting pierced . Mons and everyone in the shop are always so professional and take great care of everyone who walks in the door. Not only is the shop very clean and beautifully decorated but they also carry the best jewelry for any kind of piercing. My sister, my two nieces and I have been pierced multiple times at this shop and it's the only place we trust.

Came in with my friend for the "deal" they were having for 4/20. It's very cute and they have really cute jewelry, but the workers are unhelpful and not social. They all sat in a corner, and looked at you when you went up to the front desk. No "hi" or "how may I help you" just a blank look. The piercer wasn't any better. It was in and then out. Would I come back? Probably not.

I have trusted Mons for all of my piercing for several years now. I'd be terrified to trust anyone else. She has done 7,8 piercing for me. I wouldn't have it any other way. She very professional and gentle and patient and fast and with her it's no really painful and I'm not a pain junkie. Well kinda but it's has been a positive experience and I just wanna say thank you Mons.

Monica does an incredible job with piercings. She's gentle but quick and effective, knowledgeable about her trade, and very easy to talk to. I've gotten multiple piercings from her and anyone who has asked me for a reputable piercer, I've referred them to Monica.

Took my daughter in to get a left ear conch piercing (happy junior high graduation, hon!). Upon arrival she was greeted by the owner with who smiled and asked if she needed any help. All the girls in attendance helped her pick out jewelry and made the piercing process simple. The entire facility was clean--sharps containers for needles, everything sealed, highly professional. The piercer, Kat, explained the piercing process thoroughly and took her time during the process, and she also thoroughly explained after care. Even though my daughter has a phobia of needles, she got through the piercing no problem. Great ambiance, great decor, excellent piercing staff--we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
