My review is similar to the rest. Person came out to measure and sent a quote via email. Then they stopped responding when we were ready to give our deposit. First they told us if no one answers ja phone to leave a message and they'll respond. Days went by with no response, reached out via email, and nothing. Please don't waste peoples time! If you don't have the time, just tell people so they can take their business elsewhere.

Owner came out and measured and promised to give me a quote and other design suggestions as soon as she got back to office but never heard from her again. When I called the office they promised to email the quote ... but nothing. What a waste of time.

Went in to get blinds repaired that were already installed in a pre-owned house. They WOULD fix the blinds HAD they been bought there. Again previously owned house with the blinds, you sell the brand, you repair the brand but because we have no clue as to where the blinds were bought you won't repair them. So as far as I am concerned you can sit empty and make no money. You are the 1st unhelpful business we have met since moving to the Tulare/Visalia area.

They have 1 location in Hanford and 1 location in Visalia. I originally called Robinsons to ask if they repaired blinds? answer : nope. So I asked if they knew of anyone in town, nope ! So I looked on the internet and found this gem of a place who just happens to be right down the street from Robinsons in Hanford. I had driven to the Visalia location and they were very professional and personable !!!! Sweetest people, took care of me ASAP. Highly recommend for new purchase or repair !!!

Got them to come look at our house, put down a deposit of 3K and was promised to put up the blinds. They are MONTHS late on promised date of blinds. They are not picking up phone calls and now have been closed for weeks. I feel like I've been robbed.

Unsafe business. The blinds specialist came out to my home to measure. I asked her to wear a mask before entering my house. In exasperation, she sighed loudly, dropped her clipboard loudly on the ground. Walked to her truck to get a mask. As she was walking back, fiddling with her mask, she said, "Just so you know, I don't require any of my installers to get vaccinated or to wear a mask while on the job, so if you want to call it quits right now, you can." I told her, "Yeah, let's call it quits right now!" She sighed loudly and walked off as if I had asked too much of her. What a Karen!I then made an appointment with 3-day Blinds. I was scheduled quickly and reassured, without asking, that they are 100% aware of COVID safety practices and would ensure to take every precaution for a safe experience. I like shopping locally, but I don't care if it's an IGA, hot dog stand, donut shop, cafe, etc., if they don't wear masks, I'll go with the big box stores and national franchises who adhere to safer experience in relation to COVID-19.

They came to give us an estimate and we were ready order our blinds. We still had to wait for the office to get our estimate paperwork and I kept calling to follow up and they kept telling us that nothing had been received yet that they'd call us once they'd get. It's been almost a month and never heard back from them so we just lost interest and looked else where. Not very professional in my opinion and was very disappointed since a family member spoke highly of them.

WOW! These guys are top notch. If you want quality shutters, blinds, etc... Call now! Really they are very professional from the first call to installation. They saved me over a thousand dollars on shutters and installation went smoothly. Call them first or last, they can't be beat for all around service and professionalism.

Blinds Etc. originally did out entire house in 2003. were the lowest bid for 2 1/2 inch. No problems were very happy. 13 years later (2016) same blinds beginning to have age problems. In 2015 took one in to be repaired 2 weeks later had it back. This year I had two break and didn't know if they could be repaired, took them in and young lady said she would show them to the owner and get back to me. no worries I didn't need them for several weeks. young lady never got back to me. When I went in there was a new person at the front. My blinds were still sitting where I had left them over a month ago and pointed that out. Was told the original person was out on emergency medical leave and she didn't know anything about it. I understood and sympathized and told her to find out what they could do, fix or make new ones. Waited for a call 1 1/2 weeks later I return and blinds are gone but girl says they can't be repaired and I will have to order new ones. Okay.......now 2 1/2 months have gone by. I have the measurements and she gives me a quote of $65.00 a piece. and 3 weeks to make. Not happy but I told her to go ahead. Weeks later I have a call that they are done and come in to pick them up. With tax $240 and change due. I said what??? I was quoted $65 each or $130 + tax. Was told by the girl back from medical leave that the other girl quoted me for 2 inch blinds not 2 1/2 half. I said she was given the measurements for duplicates to made and quoted me the above. Sorry....we can knock off $5.00 on each blind. Now I need them so I ask the owner to call me, ( they would not give me his contact # and he never called.) I went in a couple days later and caught him in the store,told him who I how unhappy I was with the time it took, mistakes they made and unwillingness to make good. He said he was sorry. I would have been happy with the original quote and continued to do business. Not any more. He has lost two sales from my neighbors when asked who I would recommend.
