I contacted this company because I have mutual acquaintances with the owner. However, my immediate excitement to use this company turned into extreme disappointment.While the owner and staff were initially very polite and semi-quick to assist in completing my custody paperwork... I honestly had the very worst experience post-paperwork filing. I was charged $525 dollars for them filing my paperwork with the court but then told by the court shortly after that my fee waiver was accepted and that they never charged this company I then had to wait 6-7 months for them to reimburse me (and they took a $40 fee for "their" inconvenience" and then proceeds to FINALLY reimburse me the remainder in two separate payments about 3 weeks apart. Also, although they are apparently close to the lawyer's office I used, they we're completely prepared to charge me $60 to do the process serving WITHOUT even telling me that my lawyers office ALREADY does that for me and that the serving process is already included in the $4,000 retainer I had already paid (to my lawyer).When I received my custody paperwork back online to sign and submit to the court, 75% of the information was either incorrect, blank but wasn't supposed to be, or misspelled (including my own name and email address both being misspelled about 5+ times. I literally had to email them back with an ENTIRE list on what to correct. And it was information I had ALREADY spent time providing them. I was so called "sweetheart" in an obviously disrespectful way when I was on the phone with an employee here discussing who knows what (I had to follow up with them almost every day to find out anything about my case.)Additionally, every time I DID talk to someone other than the owner, nobody knew what was going on with my case and I literally had to wait until the owner called me back anyway. Eventually, the owner told me I was causing the office staff confusion by calling so much when it was obvious they had no ability to communicate with each other and they were actually causing confusion with each other and had no clue on how to communicate about my case or needs. At that point I could no longer be in contact with the owner, despite again, having nothing to do with their confusion. It wasn't my fault their staff just has no clue what is going on 90% of the time. Overall, this company increased my stress in my custody and baby daddy issues 90% more than I already had. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody and will NEVER use them again. The ONLY reason I was happy that I went through them is because I was referred to my lawyer Erik Hawkins. Him and his staff were/are absolutely wonderful.

Printed wrong documents and didn't want to help fixed the issue because she that I was tripping over 75$ . What I'm tripping about is I paid you to help and you printed wrong documents and can't even fixed the issue don't work with themThey will be definitely be hearing from the BBB
