The Property is beautiful and relaxing. Beds comfy and a deep soaking tub is wonderful after a day of hikes. Close to Hetch Hetchy where the waterfalls are amazing this time of year. What a beautiful place to stay while visiting Yosemite! The Inn is pretty close to the entrance and offers a truly one of a kind experience. We booked the Clouds Rest room, which was absolutely gorgeous. From the super comfy bed to the awesome soaking tub, this was the perfect room to stay in. The breakfast was awesome and was promptly brought to our outdoor patio every morning. The staff was super nice and made a point to chat with us every morning, which is something you just don't find at a traditional hotel. I enjoyed all of the hummingbirds throughout the property but because there are feeders out, there were bees everywhere, which sometimes impeded on our breakfast and made it less enjoyable. We tried spraying insect repellent but it didn't work and at one point, one of the bees flew off with a piece of egg...they were pretty aggressive at times. I also wish there was an ice machine on the property; because there wasn't, it made packing a cooler difficult. The inn keeper gave us some ice out of his personal supply, which I felt bad taking but all of the gas stations nearby were out of ice so we had no other choice. Overall, the Inn is gorgeous with well-maintained grounds and beautiful rooms and awesome breakfast served daily. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Yosemite.

Where to even begin? We absolutely loved everything about this place and our stay! Here's why:1. The place is big and charming. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the room we stayed in (clouds rest) had a living space, in addition to plentiful room for an eating area and a king sized bed.2. The patio. Breakfast is served at 8am on the dot every morning on the outside patio, with a beautiful view of the property. We went in mid June, and were greeted to a delicious meal, sun and a beautiful background of hills, trees and horses every day. You can even order a packed lunch to go inclusive of sandwich, water, and some snacks! 3. Maybe best of all, the hosts! Steve and his wife Alex, and his team taking care of the property were amazing. We arrived late in a Friday evening and the owner Steve gave us a call to check in on us, and make sure we had all the necessary details to ensure a smooth and easy check in. He even came and chatted with us a few times to make sure we were having a nice time. His team was also super friendly, checking to make sure we knew breakfast was ready, asking if the food was good, and ensuring we were satisfied with everything. 4. Oh and super important, we had a gluten intolerance that they were happy and willing to accommodate. Always super appreciative of this!Overall, it was an incredible stay and highly recommend to everyone who is staying in the region. The property and hosts were incredible We will definitely be back again!!

My wife and I stayed the weekend at Blackberry Inn and loved it! Steve and Alex are exceptional hosts who have turned their dream into a beautiful and peaceful retreat for those that chose to stay. Awesome property and well appointed rooms with antique furniture and great attention to detail. Steve provided so much information (including riding trail recommendations) and was a joy to talk to each day. Breakfast was amazing each morning and we followed recommendations for dinner in Groveland going to the Iron Door Saloon where we enjoyed some live music. Although we were there during the height of the oak fire, we still enjoyed the evenings using the rocking chairs on the front porch - very peaceful - and we will be back.

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the Blackberry Inn. The host, Steve was so helpful with making our plans for our Yosemite visit,The Inn is gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was sublime and creative.Having the deck right off our room where we could sit and eat breakfast and watch the turkeys every morning and the horses across the way was such an amazing experience. At night, there is absolutely no light pollution and the stars are so bright. When you arrive, you see about 20 hummingbirds coming out of the shrubs and feeding on their hummingbird feedersBlackberry Inn is truly an enchanted place to stay and we hope to be back for a future visitThank you, Steve for making our stay special

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our 5 day stay at the 3rd floor Clouds Rest room. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, has AC, and windows that open to allow fresh night air if you so choose. Among the special touches was an antique sideboard, stained glass windows of Half Dome and Bridalveil Falls, and above the table in the nook, a floral stained glass window. Mornings began with coffee delivered to our room, and the table on the deck outside our room was set up for breakfast. Such a treat to sit outside for a delicious breakfast, different every day. We could watch the sun rise over the hills to our left, set to our right with vibrant colors of pink and orange, and the crescent moon straight ahead above the pasture in the evening. Lovely and serene, it was sometimes hard to get going with our plans for the day.Dinner was at Lucky Buck Cafe, across Route 120 and a short walk further down. Really good cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake.
