BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS STORE !! Bought a fridge for $835, retail price is around 2.5k . The compressor isn't working how it's supposed to. Made me sign some documents basically saying that I can return it. Don't want yall to get scammed like I did.

Janky promoters.. Purchased electric appliances and it stopped working during 1 year warranty contacted the warranty dept and they have no proof of purchase from this business

Great place to find deals on random items. From car tires, washing machine, exercise, equipment, furniture, chairs, and sometimes shelf stable foods like I said, totally random.Most items are still in the box and the bigger priced items are on the shelf and 50% off. But some are in brown boxes so they're hard to tell what's inside of them but sometimes there's an open box near it.The items come from returns from Amazon, Walmart, and various other big-name establishments. They replenish new items on Fridays and tend to put stuff out throughout the day in the table bins where each day is a specified dollar amount with Thursdays being the least at $1 day.I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't super busy, but you can sense the mental frenzy of people searching through items but for the most part it's pretty organized and well-kept.I was looking to get some handweights for exercise but missed out since I waited a few days to come in but the lady said they gets replenished Friday so I will check it in then.I did get a Camelback insulated metal water bottle that retails at $26 that I got for nine dollars. And they have a lot of namebrand items but you just have to look for them.The staff there was nice despite the fact that some of the customers there can be a little nitpicky on some of the items, but you get what you pay for in some cases there product might be without packaging or damaged but if you don't mind fixing them up, then it's a great deal too.Plenty of parking out front and once inside, it wasn't crazy busy and no line at the cashier. I was able to pay with cash or credit card/Apple Pay.

This is shady business practice and false advertising. They lead you to believe that you're coming here for huge deals and discounts, but in reality, only the things on the tables are discounted and everything else is priced whatever they feel, especially since nothing is really labeled with a price. They have a huge inventory of different products from returns and overstocks, but it's mainly damaged and defective returns. To the untrained eye, these products seem brand new, but I worked with product damages and defects at my last job and I can assure you that the main majority of those products were indeed damages and defects. There's no issue selling and buying a damaged/defective item AS LONG AS everything is addressed and open to people to know, but they don't do that. They hide the condition of the product from you and don't let you take the product out to look at for consideration. It's buy at your own risk. The tables have the discounted items, and those items range from women's/men's/kids clothes to throws and small products like light bulbs. Rummaging through those tables is dirty and dangerous, so I advise gloves and hand sanitizer. They have loads of tables with SHEIN clothes, which is kind of neat and are heavily discounted with a bundle deal so that isn't too bad, but it doesn't make up for the rest of the store, and you can tell the clothes are returns as well. There are many different "deals" stores to shop at in Fresno, please shop at one with actual deals and excellent customer service because this isn't the one.

Shop at your own risk. Most items are damaged missing parts and outdated. Staff is rude. No return; exchange only for some other broken dented up junk. Buyer Beware.

HORRIBLE! When this happens to someone els pls report these ppl to better business bureau and to California department of consumers, I don't know how this place is even open! They are scammers we went in thinking we were getting a good deal on a BMW motorcycle we paid 60$ for this piece of shit.. the worker kept saying how it was in such good condition and that all we had to do was put it together, the box was heavily taped & we couldn't open it to check inside of the store, we took it home wrapped it up for Christmas and decided we were just going to put it together as a family the box was heavy nothing seemed sketchy so we didnt think nothing of it! we opened it on Christmas Day only to get disappointed! there was no motorcycle inside there was only the body of a old beat up motorcycle the wires were cut off and it looked as if someone had beat it with a bat. it's LITTERALY JUNK, these ppl are putting junk inside of these boxes and re-selling it to the public! they heavily wrap these boxes in tape and then make everything a final sale so that as soon as you walk out of the store you are Screwed! scammers! going topost this everywhere I dont see this place staying open doing things like this!

Bought a humidifier for my salon and tried it out at home. Leaked everywhere :/ tried to call and they don't pick up their phone the toy cars work fine but don't trust the big stuff

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don't believe the positive reviews. They bait and switch. They don't allow you to open or try anything because they know they are scammers. They buy this stuff in bulk and don't even know what they are getting then sell it. They have no idea what works and what doesn't. They won't take a return or exchange at all. So many people have been ripped off. If you have been ripped off contact your card issuer. The bank or credit card company. Warn everyone you know not to go here. And if you are thinking about it don't take the chance. Watch unboxing videos on YouTube. You will see they but these items in bulk. They are returned items to places like Walmart and Amazon. They buy hundreds of boxes for a few dollars. They don't know what's in them or the quality. They can't honestly tell you something works. More than likely it doesn't that's why it was returned to the original place of purchase.

I wanted to like this place but I didn't see many deals. Lots of half broken items. Or way to expensive for used items. $1000 for a dented/scratched used rowing machine? No thanks. Maybe they have better deals on Fridays when they put everything out?

So I did buy a washer and dryer set a few months ago. A few things to take in consideration that they do compared to other liquidation places from my personal experience was. Transparency, I walked in there knowing I wanted to get a washer and dryer but my thing was I wanted to see it work first and they took me to the back and washed a load in front of me. I really like that. He even offered an exchange If things went bad afterward if the machine malfunctions, places wouldn't let me power it up and all sales were final. All in all it was a professional friendly encounter the movers were helpful as well. I did wait to give feedback to see how the set worked but it's been three months and running strong. I'm going to look into a fridge soon! (Lg brand new 2 minor dents on dryer)
