Ordered a paper plane cocktail and considered ordering food. Bartender was helpful and professional. She told me they didn't have the amaro to make a paper plane cocktail, which I thought was odd because I've had it made there before.Whatever. I had her substitute Jagger, and it turned out fine. More than fine. I've been reluctant to order that cocktail recently because the bartenders tend to mess it up. I'm not really sure how, it seems like a simple enough cocktail. But I've avoided ordering it if Linda isn't the one making it. This particular bartender did a really good job. I hate to be picky, but I'm not sure why this seems so hard for other bartenders. It really is a pretty simple drink, with or without the Amaro. Excellent job with service at the bar and making my favorite cocktail. I wish I could remember the bartender's name. I was hungry and still couldn't find anything appealing on the menu. Shrugs. Bar service seems hit and miss, in my opinion. And the price of the same drink is different every time.

I go to lunch with a buddy of mine, once a week, since we both retired in May 2023. We've been to many places in over a year and a half now. His favorite place to go is The Sizzler, lol, and it's actually fairly good, but the steaks are totally hit-and-miss, usually miss. So, I told him the day before we went to lunch, a few weeks back, that I wanted to try BJ's. When I picked him up, he thought I meant BJ's Kountry Kitchen, and he was ready for a cheap, mediocre breakfast. I told him, NO, "we're going to the REAL BJ's", not the roach infested diner dive! We got to BJ's just after 11:00 AM, and they were preparing tables for a pretty large company Christmas party, but seated us quickly. The menu was very impressive, and large. Things got off to a great start, right away, when the waitress asked what we'd like to drink. My friend got his usual, boring, water. I asked her if they served Coca-Cola or Pepsi products. Her answer was perfect, and the correct answer. PEPSI! If it had been Coke, I would've opted for an iced tea. I can't stand Coca-Cola or Sprite. ICK!!! So, I got an ice-cold Pepsi-Cola. My buddy ordered an inexpensive dish, a clam chowder bread bowl. I wanted a great meal, so I got a steak and peppered chicken breast meal, with steamed broccoli, and a bowl of mashed potatoes, with cheese and bacon. The steak was very good, certainly better than the steaks you have to chew each bite at least 100 times to swallow it at Sizzler! The Peppered Chicken was incredibly good, the broccoli was also excellent. However, the greatest part was the mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon. OMG, it was absolutely incredible! Easily the best mashed potatoes I've ever eaten, and a very generous sized bowl. I was extremely satisfied after we left, and I told my friend, that I want to go back soon, and we are going tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan 14th. I am very much looking forward to it. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in this location. Fleming's, The Cheesecake Factory, and BJ's. BJ's is the best of the three, especially since I can enjoy a sparkling, ice-cold, delicious, Pepsi-Cola with my meal! Oh yeah, great ambiance also.

We came here with a party of 8 for a birthday and it was very nice for a last-minute option (newsflash: it's really hard to get a dinner reservation for a large party on a Friday in December). The place was absolutely packed but our table was ready when we arrived and in fact was the nicest and most pleasant table for 8 that I've ever experienced. I don't believe I'd ever experienced a "booth for eight" but it was cool, a four-sided booth, two people on each side. You get in on one corner and you scoot in two directions if that makes sense. It was really nice compared to a typical long table for 8. It was really easy for everyone to talk to everyone else. Everyone agreed we really loved that table and if you have a group of 8 it might be worth coming here just for that! The service was great. We had Bradley most of the evening and then Johan finished up when Bradley went on break. Both guys were very friendly and good humored and seemed to want to make sure we had a good time and had what we needed. Our group can be a bit silly and jokey and both guys handled us well! ;) They also -- and I really want to mention this -- didn't rush us out at all: when we looked at the time as we left, we realized we had been there over three hours and were never feeling hurried on a busy night. Time flies when you're having fun I guess! I had no idea we were there that long. The food was "just ok" but the great service and comfortable booth made it a four star rating. For me, it's more about whether I am in a place where I can enjoy time with my friends versus whether the food is great. There are a lot of places I'd like better for the food, but they were all already booked for the evening --but the food we got was just fine.We had several burgers at the table: two out of three were cooked correctly to order (although mine, while correct, was extremely dry even with everything on it -- weird! I only ate half of it) and one of our friends' orders arrived "very well done" when the order was for "medium." They ate it anyway but I don't think they enjoyed it very much. The fish and chips were ok too. The fish seemed fresh and was crispy and there was a good portion although not a lot of flavor. No complaints: basic fried fish!Everyone's fries honestly seemed like they'd been sitting around a while although they were acceptable. I don't mind room temperature fries although that's a deal breaker for a lot of people. Bradley offered us ketchup and ranch for the fries and accommodated a request for mayo. The ketchup was your basic ketchup but the ranch, while pleasant, was really runny for fries. The runniest ranch I've ever experienced. The salads looked good although I didn't get comments from my salad-eating friends!Beers were good and cold -- nothing special but fine. One of us ordered an old fashioned but was told the bar was out of bitters. A little odd. So he ordered a beer instead. A friend ordered wine of some kind and enjoyed that. The free birthday cinnamon roll pizzookie was just fine too. Super sweet but it was a warm cinnamon roll topped with ice cream. Also got a small chocolate chip pizzookie which was good. Again super sweet but otherwise good.Again the service with the dessert was great: we just had two desserts (and were all pretty full anyway) but Johan brought us 8 plates and forks and my friends sang me happy birthday. The hit of the evening was a cocktail I got served in a tiny ceramic bathtub with a tiny rubber duck called a "lucky ducky" -- it was very cute and provided some fun photo ops! I forget the exact ingredients a fun and inoffensive fruity drink. We had a really good time with our friends, and that was what we were there for. Thanks again to Bradley and Johan! But the food was just OK for what it was. The bathtub drink was extremely cute. I would recommend coming here for the experience and the novelty drinks (ha ha) but not the food. If it was better food, it would have gotten that last star.

If you are vegetarian, you have very few options here. Apart from salads and deserts,, the only things that are totally vegetarian are the Avacado rolls and vegetarian pizza. Burgers can be made without meat, but are cooked on the same grill as meat, so truly not a vegetarian option.

Is there a new rule where you can't have separate tickets? Our server said he could only do 4 checks for 8 people. There seems to always be something at this restaurant. I had also asked for celery sticks but they never came. It also took a long time to get our food.

Avoided going here for a while because the wait times to get orders taken, time for the food to come out, and refills was terrible. Unfortunately that is still the case. Decided to have lunch here and yet again wait times for everything was too long. I don't know what the issue is for things to still be the same after two years but it's insane.

Was lured in by an ad for their $13 pizookie lunch. Not a bad value w/about 10 different choices including chicken parm w/spaghetti, burger & fries, endless soup & salad, fried chicken & mashed potatoes, AND a pizookie for dessert. I had a mini deep dish pizza which is more like a fluffy focaccia. Not bad but it is NOT a true deep dish. I chose a wedge salad to go with, which could have used more dressing, guess they were looking after my arteries. The salted caramel pizookie was so rich, I finished the ice cream and took most of the cookie with me.

My husband got the pork chop. It was seasoned and cooked well. It was delicious and he would order again. I got the enlightened seared ahí tuna salad and I would not order again. The fresh tomatoes and bell peppers threw me off with pickled cucumbers. We got the trio of pazookies. Good size to try a verity and share. Just fyi- the brownie one gets topped with pecans. Our waiter just listed them and I didn't think to ask about the nuts.
