Big Table Ranch

Incredible place. It's quite, serene, and everything you need to get away for a weekend or entire week. Not too far from anything but plenty remote. You're near Yosemite, lakes, local cafes and even a brewery that makes lovely beer. Visiting from San Francisco it was the perfect getaway. Hot tub, pool, fresh air, birds during the day, and crickets at night. We were lucky enough to see a family of deer grazing in the front yard, a new 20 yards from us. We watched from the living room. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this place. The hosts, Kim & Dawn are incredibly hospitable and happy to answer any questions you might have, alongside thoughtful recommendations of local things to doIf you're in the fence, just do it, like NIKE says!

What a magical oasis! The guesthouse is well laid out and stocked, and the grounds are amazing. Swimming pool is a good size and the cistern was so refreshing after a hot day. Trails and gardens for walks, and sunsets that take your breath away. Hosts are lovely and the nearby little town of Coulterville is charming - great diner/cafe and friendly people. Easy drive to Yosemite. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is really amazing. We barely left the ranch, it's so relaxing between the pools, the hiking on the property, feeding the animals. Really such a special spot with lovely, welcoming hosts. We will definitely be back. Dog friendly!

What a wonderful place!!! I just spent a week here, lounging by the pool, hiking the trails and visiting Yosemite. The guest house had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were super friendly. My family really loved it. We'll be back!
