As a first time home buyer I just didnt know where to start when it came to buying a home. You hear horror stories of realtors who are just out to make a buck. They do anything to make a sale. But Wow! I've never worked with a more professional and considerate person. Bethany is relatable and knowledgeable. She spoke total newbie language to me so I could understand escrow lingo from start to finish. She really pays attention to the needs of her clients. There was never a moment I felt any pressure or awkwardness. My husband and I were searching for a house in a few different areas and Bethany was very informed as far as the neighborhood and the market. We got updates regularly and connected with a loan officer to see what we qualified for. She is most definitly someone you can trust with the biggest purchase you will make in your entire life.

This is one realtor who works hard and endlessly to get you the home you want. We bought our home Dec. 2018. After meeting with Bethany and going over our wish list she found us the home we never thought we could ever afford. We placed many offers on homes and Beth was so patient with us when we would change our mind. She was VERY informative on knowing the background story on each home. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She went above and beyond when we finally decided to put an offer in. Made us stand out above others. We are thankful for all she has done. Not sure if God has us in our forever home, but if we ever sell our buy again, Beth is the lady we'll be calling.

I am a local lender and was lucky enough to have a transaction with her. I have to say it was one of the more enjoyable escrows because she was so good at what she does and she cares about her clients. My wife and I were exploring small houses in Fresno as a possible living situation for our high functioning autistic son. We live 250 miles from Fresno and we needed an agent to help us explore possibilities. Bethany had great reviews on Yelp so decided to ask for her help. She understood our special needs and very efficiently showed us multiple houses in our price range. Thanks to her help, we were able to get an excellent overview of the market. We don't know yet if we'll buy a house in Fresno, but would certainly recommend her.

Bethany was extremely easy to work with. I've been working with her since April 2019. I'm a first time home buyer and she was extremely patient and diligent with me. She did ALL the LEGWORK and was extremely professional.Even when I decided to buy a "new build" home (which meant her commission was cut pretty short) She came through for me - going through the final walk-through and even showing up for an appointment for me when I got stuck at work with a patient.She works extremely hard, is super honest and very helpful.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
