What a cute little speakeasy with amazing service and highly sophisticated libations! I went there for a thanksgiving tasting and we had reserved the back right corner. The vibe is so relaxing and intimate. The bar setting was clean and properly lit with a very large selection. The service was so detailed and informative. The entire staff knew what they were doing and making our experience welcoming and educational. I am mad that I missed the NYE party there! It would've been a great time. Overall, this place is great for a date night, one-on-one business meeting, or a small group of about 4 to celebrate a birthday or promotion. It's definitely on my list to recommend to my friends and colleagues. I will definitely be back!

This place had a really nice cozy interior, definitely not your typical Fresno bar. Reminded me a bit of The Rendition Room in Studio City. The staff were pretty friendly, service was attentive, cocktails were delicious. But I think they might've done away with their concept because like others have mentioned, they didn't really question us on our likes and dislikes. They just asked us what we wanted to drink and we had to coax out of them the whole unique curation thing. But that was fine.They do have a limited menu of snack snacks which is always welcomed. The only negative was there was a rather large crowd that was loud that they set us right next to, so it was difficult for us to have a conversation over that group. If I had any suggestions to the establishment, it would be to separate out the larger crowds from the smaller groups just so those conversation challenges don't happen. But overall, I give it 4.5 martini olives out of five.

This review is more about the manager (Dawn the manager) and to inform others what to expect when already being in the establishment. By the looks of it and past reviews, I am not the only "complainer". My party of 4 arrived at 3pm for a Holiday Cocktail making class. Once the class was over we moved seats and were informed by the bartender we can order drinks. 2 of us went to the bar area to order but the bartender informed us someone would come to our area to get our order. After waiting several minutes, I then went to the bar and was met by the person who was taking orders. She was aggressive from the start after I informed her we had been waiting. I also highlighted the miscommunication between her and the bartender. She then told me we had to wait 45 minutes because other folks had reservations. Excuse me? I informed her about what the bartender told us yet she dismissed it and followed it by telling me my party of 4 can finish what we have and leave if we don't like it. She made sure to tell me she was the manager so I asked for her name and followed it by spelling out her name for me ... D A W N. At that point my friend tapped my shoulder and requested we just leave. We got our things and headed out the door. As soon as we reached the door (other patrons waiting to get in) Dawn stated to all of them... "Sorry, we had a complainer". At that point I was upset and felt weaponized as she used her interaction with me as a way to "manage" the front door for patrons who were waiting to get in. I let her know I heard her and at that point she said we had too many drinks and we need to leave. Not once did I see this lady during the holiday class yet she assumed we had too many beverages - which then I also informed her she was wrong. The weaponized incompetence and lack of respect as a manager put a bitter taste in my mouth - similar to the drink I could not bear to finish. Although it was a fun experience with my peers, it is an establishment I will not be returning to (realistically not that it would even matter). One and done!

Wow. I'm not one that drinks much, but I was seriously impressed by every drink my party ordered at Bespoke! The level of creativity that went into the menu as well as the craft of the drink was like witnessing an artist paint a masterpiece. I told our server the flavors and types of alcohols I liked (fruity and rum) and the bartender whipped up something that I thoroughly enjoyed. The place is small (maybe like 5-6 parties of 4 could fit inside?) and very lowly lit, but I loved the quaint and intimate vibe it had. Be sure to make a reservation! Great place for a night cap or date!

Have been here twice. Once for drinks with friends and another time for a cocktail making class. The bartenders are awesome and the drinks are unique and tailored to the customer. The cocktail making class was so fun, be prepared to feel buzzed coming out of the class if you're a lightweight like me. Highly recommend making a trip downtown for a drink here. Make sure you make reservations beforehand!

Bespoke blew my mind, yet again. It gets a little chilly in here sometimes so I would suggest a light jacket if you can! I called and made a bar reservation just in case it was crowded. Keep in mind that they will need your card information because there's a $15 charge for not showing up if you've reserved a spot. Once you're inside, you *kinda* have a time limit of two hours (if it's busy) which is actually plenty of time to enjoy the experience. Upon entry, you are asked if you have any allergies (make sure to mention if you have a nut allergy) and are promptly seated. Bathrooms are straight towards the back. They have a small menu of finger foods/desserts if you're not looking for just drinks. My boyfriend and I were a little hesitant to sit at the bar, but I actually enjoyed it much much more than sitting at a table like last time. I really love how each visit comes with the complimentary little drinks that you are given beforehand. Our bartender Owen asked us a bunch of questions to make sure that he got our two rounds of personalized drinks just right-- and he did! He gave us suggestions, incorporated our preferences, and gave us detailed explanations of the drinks once he had made them. He answered the (many) questions that we had and was very careful to avoid my long list of allergens.Bespoke is *THE* spot for a perfect date night.

Bespoke is one of the best speakeasies I have been to. I had seen the place on social media and, fortunately, the posts and hype do not lie. My party of 3 was lucky to be seated without a reservation. As it was December, the place was decorated for the holidays and exuded coziness and comfort. Dawn is a master of her craft. We all had different requests and she made it happen. The presentation and taste were *chef's kiss*. Highly recommend this place and be sure to make a reservation. If you're having trouble finding the place, look for the blue door.

This place is just special.So I'm the kind of person that loves to get input from restaurant/bar staff about what I should order and often like to say "surprise me!" so the fact that this place is built around the premise of crafting cocktails that are tailor made to you based on a conversation about what you like/don't like is my ideal! I've been here several times and love to bring friends here from our of town and every time they're blown away by the top tier service and incredible drinks that are unlike any other! Each one is unique, individualized, and beautiful. I even had a friend order pure classics just to see how they'd handle a simple order and he was blown away by the fact that they were the best version of the basics he'd ever had. They also start you off with a, complimentary amuse-bouche so you have something to sip on while your order is, being taken/made. I love that there is no rush and no fighting for seats, and you get to just settle in and get this bespoke experience. The atmosphere is dark and cozy and has plenty of comfortable seating options. The bartenders do a great job of managing several custom drinks, being creative and intuitive based on quick assessments of the customers, and also being engaging with patrons. After coming in several times, I've developed friendships with them which just adds to the experience. It's my favorite cocktail bar by miles!

Awesome, personalized experience! We made a reservation by calling in a couple hours ahead of time and came in on a Sunday evening. The bar has moody, dim lighting and the interior design is very much a speakeasy vibe. There's bar seating available, as well as some cozy tables throughout the bar. The bathrooms were also very clean and elegant.When you get in, the team will check you in and seat you. They'll also give you a menu with their set menu of cocktails, their wine list, and their beer selection. The best and most interesting thing about this bar is that you have the option to create your own custom drink. The bartender will give you a couple minutes to check out the menu before coming over to take your order. If you choose to customize your own drink, you can talk it out with the bartender and discuss things like your spirit of choice and the flavor profile that you'd like to try. It makes for a pretty cool and intimate experience, and our group had two separate rounds of customized drinks.The bartenders here are top-class and SO knowledgeable about their craft. Not only are they super knowledgeable, they're also just very pleasant and awesome people. Our bartender was Neill and my group absolutely enjoyed his service. We are looking forward to returning!

Made reservations and we were seated at the bar with Owen Martinez as our bartender. If you can, request to sit at the bar with him. His menu of drinks is unique. I had his banana bread drink and yes it had real banana bread sprinkled on top! So delicious, I had 2. My bf had the abuelita old fashioned with cinnamon in a traditional chocolate mug. Presentation was on point. Owen went off menu and made an old fashioned with mesquite tequila. He burned rosemary and chile de árbol into the drink! Blew our minds! Owen provided A+ service. We are Going back for his fall menu and making this our new spot!
