Decent sized room with bare necessities for unit 4. Clean and bed is awesome.Shower is circa 1980 and dated with a bar across the top 5 feet. Hit my head 2x as I had a long day hiking and need glasses to see. Due to covid all we got was mandarin oranges, coffee and danish from supermarket served outside.Miss the warmth of pre covid era where B&B we were able to sit around the tables and get to know the owners and travel companions.Slept and grabbed breakfast and left. Total time spent 12 hours for $170

You need to stay at the Berkshire Inn if you are planning a trip to Yosemite. Chris and Brittany are amazing hosts - super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Wifi and shower worked wonderfully. Brittany cooks the guests a top-notch breakfast as well. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to wildfires but we will definitely stay at the Berkshire Inn when we return to Yosemite.

This Inn is a bit hard to find (the sign is covered by bushes but look for the vacancy sign which is still showing)...you have to enter a parking lot and then find the road that heads steeply up a hill. It's worth the effort -- clean, comfortable, good wi-fi, and a spa tub that you can reserve for free for an hour in an adjacent building. (Do it!) Great views over the bay. We enjoyed our stay!

We were given a groupon from a friend. Last minute, we decided to make a trip to Yosemite. About an he drive from Berkshire Inn. Close to a cute town for food and beverages. This room was very comfy. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. This was my first stay in a Bed and Breakfast. Different experience than a hotel. Everyone should try it once. We had room 3. Private bathroom and door leading to the balcony. Out of respect for this facility, it's hard to feel "at home" like a huge hotel. Comfy family feeling, hard to adjust when you have lived alone for 6 years. With this being my first Bed and Breakfast, I don't have much to compare. Overall a great experience! Friendly and gleaming hospitality. Beautiful sunset view :)

The Berkshire Inn is a wonderful B&B hosted by a lovely couple Chris and Brittany Yates. Very welcoming and large rooms with comfortable bedslocated off Hwy 120 on the way to Yosemite and a few miles from Groveland. Sitting on the porch watching the sunset looking at the forest tree tops is very beautiful. Brittany serves a lovely breakfast. A definite place to return to.

Motel room with no amenities. No TV, no internet, no phone, thin walls, ample dry rot and chipped paint, all at full service hotel prices. I have never written a negative review in all the years I've been on Yelp, but was inspired after my interaction with proprietor, Chris, when we could not get internet in our room, or anywhere else on the property. I asked him about the problems we were having and if there was a place where we could get a signal. He replied with, "...the router's in the kitchen, would you like to see my kitchen?", and, "...if you want a hotspot, go to the top of the mountain..." Ridiculous and rude.
