DO NOT USE BERG INJURY LAWYERS!!!!!! Don't even think about it! They are the absolute worst! My case got traded between like 4 people. They will not return your calls even if you call for weeks. They will not fight the other insurance company because they will roll over as soon as something gets complicated. I got a fraction of what I should have gotten in an accident that was 100% the other person's fault that left my back screwed up. I am 24, a student, and working and I am STILL seeing a neurologist from my accident. Please please please please do your self a favor and get a decent lawyer!!!!

I was in an accident in July of last year and though they may take a while to get you your claim, they make sure they get you every penny you deserve. I got almost $8,000 and I thought that was it. But almost a year later last month I got word I would receive another $1,200 check from a bill they had been discussing. Then just yesterday, I got a phone call saying o would get another $1,600 that they've been holding and that that would be my final check. Sue helped me out and I highly recommend them if you are ever in an accident to get the most money back from your claim.

Worst EVER! They can't get it together at all and if you call them on it they are rude! I wish I would have looked on Yelp before I retained them. I can not stress enough how inadequate they are.

I don't recommend this place, I had to get all the paper work for them, I called 2-4times a week only to get a response a week later and when I finally got a hold if them the told me they're dropping my case! These ppl are very rude and unprofessional!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache an stress go elsewhere!! Now I don't have anything and the car accident wasn't my fault!!
