(December( Called to get my other ear lobe fixed after it split. Workers were great! I didn't have to go in for another consult. Dr. Behr had no problem doing the other side. Appointment set up for February 5th @10:30 am. She's very busy and that was the soonest. 1/29/25 Then last week, the 2nd hole in the same ear split. Bummer. Called and spoke to Kristi to see if Dr. Behr could fix that one too when I went in. She was very kind and with her being so busy, she said she would check with her and get back to me. I did this after receiving text confirmation for my appointment on the 5th. They called back and said she would do it and send me the new estimate. 2/05/25 The day has arrived! Checked in and told I would be called shortly. Great workers! Greeted by many. Great office! Love the butterflies. Brought back to a room, blood pressure taken along with going over allergies. Told Dr. Behr would be here shortly to mark me to mend and a nurse would be next to numb ear. Then Dr. Behr would get started. A bit more waiting. Very busy! Thankful she made time to fit me in. Greeted by Dr. Behr who marked me up. Then the nurse greeted. She was funny! She numbed me and Dr. Behr came shortly later to fix it. Didn't feel a thing and worker helping was very kind. Checked up on me. She did it in less than 20 min. Awesome! Paid for it after that and appointment scheduled to go back in a week to get sutures removed. Great service & great ear lobe repair. Highly Recommended! I'll post pictures after I go in to get sutures removed.

I love this place! I was really nervous to get Botox but the entire staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. They listened and answered all my questions and made me feel more at ease. The assistant and NP were kind and very patient! My NP was Julie and I refuse to go to anyone else, she's amazing! I told her it was very important to me to look natural and so she made her recommendation of how many units I needed. It sounded like a lot and I think she could tell I wasn't too sure about it because she said we could always start off with a smaller dosage, let it settle and add if it was something I wanted to do at that time. After 2 weeks I did end up going with her initial recommendation, she's been doing this for a long time but she never made me feel bad for not going with her initial suggestion (even though she was spot on lol). I've gotten Botox in my forehead twice now and I absolutely love it. 10/10

I will say one thing... the front desk staff left a nasty taste in my mouth. While I was waiting, i was dismayed by the loud talking, gossiping, and cackling! Who would have thought that taking about Facebook posts, date night and TINDER were acceptable in a professional environment. Never setting foot in this place again!

5 stars solely for Macy, my aesthetician! I had reservations about trying this office again but Macy made me feel welcome and comfortable. In the several years I've been getting facials I don't feel like I've had any aesthetician as knowledgeable as her and my skin looks sooo much better after every visit.

Their staff are the kindest and most helpful I've ever experienced at any type of clinic. Everyone from the receptionist to my provider communicated clearly and professionally the entire time. I always knew what to expect and had all of my questions answered.

I hope I can save one girl from going to this place. I have had the worst few years of my life from coming here. My lips became my biggest insecurity after leaving this office on my first visit.... All I wanted was to make my top lip a little fuller. So I got 1 syringe of juviderm. I had virgin lips&this was my first time going to a med spa. My lips have never been the same since coming here and I've dealt with indentation/ scaring/ lumpy lips. I only got .5 a syringe in my upper lip & the injector Yeh-to recommended that she put the rest in my chin. I literally looked like the joker& they did not give me my money back. After complaining, Dr Behr was very nice &professional &dissolved/ reinjected the same day after I showed them how bad my lips looked. However, they went flat after a month & I had indentation/sagging so BAD when I talked/smiled. I probably needed another syringe to fix it. But I never wanted to walk back into this place especially with another complaint & risk it again. The amount of money/time I have had to spend to get rid of this filler& redone from not being injected correctly....to try to make them look normal..... has been a nightmare. Get it done correctly girls so you don't have to go through this! Once it's done wrong it is so difficult to correct. One picture is sadly from my engagement photoshoot in Hawaii. All of my photos are horrible because of my lips and chin. I believe I got the gift card deal they were having around Christmas time. It was $500 or $550 I think. Finally, after 2 years later my lips are starting to look normal. I go to macias dermatology now. Even though their syringes are $750 it is worth it in the long run!

This office only care about money, also the assistant always rushing , I always been nice and respectful with them , however one assistant while she is rushing she smudged a numbing cream into my eyes, which cause me burning in my eye for several weeks ... also I realized that they wear the surgical gloves and then they touch up other non satanized surface before touching the patient... which lead me to ask her to change her gloves ... it seems that annoyed her... in my next visit I was asking the other assistant to go slow down so it won't get numbing cream in my eyes ... and I explained to her what the other assistant did. after my service and I was supposed to have a follow up appointment.. I was surprised I got letter from the office that they are not going to see me anymore! Without considering my follow up appointment that was supposed to be in 2 weeks ... that's considered unprofessional and unethical to punished me and my services to be cut off just for my constructive criticism, that I am telling them to improve their service. And aldvoca for myself . They let you signed tones of paper for release of liabilities and pay lots of money at the end you don't have the right to raise a concern about your safety?! When I called the office asking why they stop my service the manager , said she doesn't know!! If you have $10,000 to put it in the drain go to this office, they become so materialistic with no quality service.

LOVE, love, love Emily at Behr Laser. I saw her for my first time today, and she did such an incredibly thorough job. I was so impressed with her work and will request her from here on out! She was also very gentle and consistently asked if I was okay throughout the visit. She shaved areas that I had missed & iced me to reduce the pain. Thank you, Emily! You are AMAZING! I will never forget this quality of care.

So about 10 years ago I used this facility to remove some minor blemishes on my nose and face by using a laser. It worked well and for years it didn't come back but recently I've noticed that I'm getting some more minor vessels and blemishes on my nose and cheeks so I made an appointment to be seen and although the staff was very nice and helpful when I got the procedure done upon leaving the front counter asked me when I wanted to come back and I asked why would I have to come back and They said for a follow up which led me to believe that they purposely use products and machines that will not work the first time thus making you come back more than once and collecting more money from you I definitely will not be going back and will find a different place that will do it right the first time so I don't have to continue to come back time and time again. The first time I used them it was one and done. But now they want you to come back over and over. 10 years ago my procedure worked just fine. Never had to go back again. So why now? Are the lasers less effective now than they were 10 years ago? I think not. Save your money and go somewhere else.
