Decided I was worth it so I paid Beauty International a visit today...and so happy I did! I received the royal treatment from the business owner, Sonia. Sonia is an amazing licensed specialist and skin care consultant. She is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience to her credit. I really appreciate her use of natural ingredients and how she customizes treatments for each individual client that she has.Despite this being my first visit here, it will definitely not be my last. If you deserve to be pampered in a relaxing atmosphere, make sure you book an appointment today with Sonia. You will not be disappointed!

I usually go to a different establishment for facials, however, due to Covid I am limited. Sonia was on her phone while doing my facial (texting), did not wash her hands before touching my face after having returned from outside and after being on the phone. Did not acknowledge my discomfort I experienced from a cooling mask that was not supposed to be part of the facial (kept saying "these are the best products, no one has ever complained before"). When I asked for her to take it off there was silence because she had left me with the mask on while she went outside to talk on the phone. When she finally came back inside my face felt like it was burning. She said "No your face is not even red look. These are the best products, you know." I told her "I never said it burned my face, I said it felt like it was burning. It was uncomfortable and I wanted it off but you were not here to take it off." She never truly acknowledged my discomfort, she just kept hyping up her products, which smelled old, frankly. She also did not give a decent massage as advertised in the description online.She was running 20 minutes behind; she blamed the client in front of me instead of professionally owning it.I saw another client's private demographics and medical concerns/history/goals. Sonia ran out of demographic forms; so, she gave me one that someone else had already completed. She told me to write next to this client's information in blue ink, so she could distinguish the client data later while at home. What if that other client didn't want me to know her private information and medical concerns/history/goals?When massaging product into my face, she got close to my eyes and it felt like product got into my right eye. My eyes felt weird and when I looked in certain directions there was a slight film that blurred my vision in my right eye; this lasted a couple of hours after my session with Sonia. Lastly, before the massage she stood there and said, "Okay, take your top off." She did not leave the room while I disrobed. I turned around and modestly took off my shirt and slipped into the robe. It was so awkward. I'm used to the aesthetician saying, "I'll step out, please disrobe and get under the cloth on the table. I'll be back in a few minutes." Then the person will usually knock before re-entering the room.Needless to say, I'll not return to this place. I'm grateful because my usual gal has opened up again! Let me start out by saying Sonia is the very best! If you are in need of any kind of waxing or skin car this is the place to go! Sonia made me feel right at home. Also probably the most pain free Brazilian I've had and it's been a while!! I can't recommend Sonia enough!

Sonia was great to say the least. She was fast, efficient and uses high end quality products. I haven't had a professional waxing in almost a year and she made sure the job was quick and painless. I have minimal redness, which is new for me since I have sensitive skin. We also had great conversations and would definitely recommend her services. I look forward to coming back!

I love Beauty International. Sonia is so nice and very professional. I get my eyebrows, armpits and a Brazilian Wax done. It was the first time I even had the Brazilian Wax done and now I'm addicted. The first time it hurt a little but NOW it doesn't hurt at all!!! I will never go anywhere else. Sonia makes you feel SO comfortable. I came here for my first time ever Brazilian and wow. I was in and out in 20 minutes. She uses hard wax which is softer on the skin especially down there. I've been there 4 times already and I'm never gonna go anywhere else for a Brazilian. Obviously it's gonna hurt. You're getting hair pulled from a very sensitive area. She gives you aftercare instructions as well. 10/10 would recommend any first timers to her for a Brazilian. Heck, I'd recommend people who have had Brazilians before to her too! Her prices aren't too expensive either. $45 for the Brazilian.

I am so happy I yelped her! She came recommended and there is an amazing reason why. I got a bikini wax and my eyebrows, and upper lip waxed. First it's a warm inviting room, Sonya is a warm inviting person and you're not embarrassed at all when getting waxed down there. Highly professional. But the waxing was nearly painless. Did not think that possible. She was sure handed. The vajay is hairless and amazing (well, it's always amazing, even with hair, lets be real) My eyebrows are on fleek, and the lack of 'stash means I am more kissable I'll be back in four weeks for the next wax! Am super dragging my BF here for her vacay bikini wax - can't wait to get a facial from Sonya!

The owner greeted me up in the front since the beginning she was really sweet.Made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. Will definitely be coming back.
