Do not go here. I waited a few days to post a review here because I was very upset about my experience with this groomer. I'll never know how she treated my pup either. But, I imagine she was not gentle or kind. She has got to be the most hateful groomer/person I've dealt with. I'm the patron coming to you for a service for my pup. Pup has chopped facial areas. I'm fixing what I can. Terrible place in every aspect.

Very friendly service and my dog always looks like a million bucks. We're very happy with the outcome every time.

If I could I would give 0 stars! I have a AKC registered dachshund, my mother in law took her in for us and this lady has completely ruined my dogs hair. For having "AKC show dog grooming" under her belt as she says, she WOULD know better to NEVER shave her but only trimmed. When she called my mother in law she stated she was only going to do a trim, upon pick up she is completely shaved down to no hair. It's really upsetting as she has ruined her double coat fur and probably will never grow back normally again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOU DOGS HERE! She will ruin them. From other reviews it seems as she won't take any responsibility and still force you to pay her, DO NOT go here. I am beyond angry. I can not state enough, DO NOT GO HERE. There are other places with much better reviews and friendlier staff and owners! For your dogs sake don't put them through this ever!

I've been taking my two dogs here for about 2 years and they always did a great job, BUT, the last couple of cuts aren't making the cut anymore and the price has gone up. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm thinking it's time to find someone who grooms Our dogs like we asked and at one point they did that but not anymore. My dogs are also afraid of going in and that's never happened with other groomers! Hmmmmmm, what's going on here now? I'm at a crossroads as if I need a new groomer or not but I have noticed that in the past 6 to 8 months that things are not what they once were.

Jaimie answered all of my questions..helped me with my ignorance of dog grooming as we chatted for nearly a half hour. She understood my concerns and was willing to accommodate my hesitation of clipping my pup's flowing locks..fast forward to picking up my boy..he looked AMAZING! Not shaved, a beautiful job of blending the shorter areas with the ears and leg "fringe".. her husband helped get him into the car ..my pup was relaxed and not wound up at all. Seriously? I couldn't be happier! I felt heard and my opinion mattered. I will definitely return when he is ready for his next Spa treatment! Thank you Jaime and Hubby for a professional job! (Sorry your card is in the car with my husband)..and I didn't get a photo of my dog looking handsome..before he and his new girlfriend dug a hole to China in our back yard Oh I forgot to mention she..caught a skin rash on his underside..asked about his diet..she was spot on! She gave us samples of dog food that might be better...we ordered a bag that night..I am still so happy with the whole experience. Thank you Beauty and the Beast!

Thank you to the lovely owners for not only a GREAT puppy cut on our little poodle, but awesome customer service!!! We are just moving to Coarsegold, our girl had been sick, and was in desperate need of grooming. Jamie made room for us, got her in and out quickly all with a stellar job!! She looks fantastic! She was interested in her health and very caring. Their shop is darling and they are extremely nice people! We will be regulars! Thank you to both of you!!!

I have been taking our dogs to be groom here for 6 plus years, they have always been pleasant and done a great job. I will no longer be doing business with them as of now. I was treated very poorly when we missed our recent appointment. I work nights and my husband has been going through Chemo and does not always remember things. We rescheduled to 11 the following day, however Jamie insisted it was at 10:30AM. When I called I was told she would no longer do our dogs, which I found to be rude and uncalled for after all the years we have been supporting their business. I have always been understanding when our dogs were kept for 3 hours at a time when they were running behind. For a local business, I find this to be rude and uncalled for. We will be taking our business somewhere else and not recommending this place to anyone else. Very rude people.

My Westie has always loved going to the groomer. We tried Beauty and the Beast. I was satisfied with the grooming the first time, but when I went to return for the next appointment, my dog literally put on the breaks and wound not go inside. He was petrified. So I'm not sure what happened, but it was obviously a bad experience. Never went back.

I've been taking my special dogs to this shop for years and my wife & I love the two owners, Jamie & Rob are nothing less than Awesome!!! Our doggies don't shy away from the shop doors but look forward to there spa treatments they will again receive. The owners are industry experts and are at the forefront in this profession.
