Beautiwood Unfinished Furniture

As of now, 1/6/25, I am still waiting to receive a cabinet that I ordered (and paid in full) on 9/20/24. The receipt says 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, and all I keep being told is, "It is in transport", for the last 2 months. I didn't think North Carolina was on the other side of the world. Someone has my money but I have no cabinet, and I'm considering going to the Better Business Bureau.1/7/2025: Funny how my cabinet just happened to be delivered right after my prior review. It is a nice cabinet, good quality, and definitely sturdy to last through the years. Unfortunately it was a frustrating experience and I won't go back.

Horrible customer service!When I was a kid we bought furniture from this store so I was excited to go back and get something for my own home. The selection was somewhat small and the customer service was atrocious.We are having a custom dinning table built and needed some chairs to go with it. We were the only customers in the store at the time. When my husband asked about some of the details for time frame he mentioned the table. The store employee started insulting the maker of our custom table saying that they were going to make it terrible and putting down the maker without even knowing anything about them. My husband and I turned around and left right there. The employee continued to insult the table maker as we were leaving.We were looking to get about 10 chairs but when a small business can't support another small business by using simple courtesy I can, and will take my business elsewhere. My husband and I will never be back and I from what we saw, I doubt they will be around much longer.

We just added two dressers to the other purchases we have made through Beautiwood. The owners are always friendly and informative. Don't fret over late deliveries; it's to be expected when dealing with handmade pieces coming from other locations. The ending product is going to be well worth the wait.

I unfortunately have to echo the experience of others in that the old man at the counter was very rude, spoke very highly of his product and then insinuated we probably couldn't afford it. My husband and I were offended and shocked. We then had our custom built cabinet built elsewhere with the highest quality. So sad there are people like him around.

The furniture is beautiful but the staining job and customer service is terrible. The owners were very friendly to make the $5,000+ sale but once we got our items he was rude and unhelpful. Our furniture had many marks like the one in the photo and when we asked if they would fix them the owner handed me a furniture pen and he told us to fix it ourselves. I recommend buying the unstained furniture direct from another online site and staining yourself.

Zero stars. We've purchased here before, but today was a horrible experience. My family and I try to support small businesses, but this one is one we won't be supporting. The owner (Kevin) didn't like my elderly mom mixing up her words, got angry, raised his voice at her and then flipped her off when she was looking for something specific to buy. My 10yr. was really upset! It bothered him that someone treated his Grandma with such disrespect. He's the one who said, we will never support that small business. We all have bad days, so I reminded my son, maybe he was just really in a bad mood and is having a bad day, but my son said it's never ok that he flipped my grandma off (or elderly person). Now, that I've come and read some reviews, it seems like a trend. I emailed the company and expected an email back, but nothing. So if you want to pay a lot of money to be flipped off when you walk around the store, have someone yell at you instead of speak to you, and be disrespectful, this is the store for you! It was truly unbelievable, I couldn't believe what happened (and we were the only people in the store). We're now taking our business somewhere else where they are kind, helpful and keep their middle fingers to themselves!

Rudest business owner ever in Fresno. Their product is mediocre at best but nothing is worse than their customer service. Sad, especially when small business owners usually should strive for business versus their corporate counterparts. However, this establishment must not be concerned with competing for business. Poor selection, overpriced furniture. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Very rude know it all salesman. Said my preference for oak furniture was not available and that there was no demand for oak furniture. The way he tried to make me feel like my preference for oak was dumb and he could not be bothered with helping me any longer. Went to Lifestyles found a solid oak bedroom set and bought it there instead of here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is rude, rude, rude worst experience I have had shopping in years.
