Beautiful Brows by Brooke

I wanted microblading so I didn't have to do makeup. Since getting my eyebrows done by Brooke, I've been putting on coverup for almost three years. Brooke was professional and thorough in the beginning. After she mapped my eyebrows, I wasn't too thrilled about how much higher the shape was over my real eyebrows. I thought I'd be able to work with her on what I wanted, but she snapped at me saying if I didn't accept it I needed to find someone else because she's a Phibrow artist and it had to be symmetrical. Everything besides that was going well so I just wanted to trust the process. She plucked out every strand of my real eyebrows and started the procedure. Towards the end of the session when she started to do final touch ups, she moved my head back and forth to check, and she seemed to notice that she made one eyebrow longer than the other, so next thing I know, she's carving away at the ends of my brows in an attempt to undo her Phibrow "perfections," then followed with pouring saline on them. The saline removal didn't work. I would guess that she microbladed too deep into my skin. Three years later, one eyebrow is about half a centimeter longer than the other; covering up to hide it has become part of my morning routine. My eyebrows are NOT symmetrical. Every morning for almost three years I'm reminded of my mistake in trusting her.

Brooke is an extremely professional artist and knows her stuff. She sat down with me during our consultation and answered all of my questions with honesty and knowledge. She was trained through a world-renowned program and her expertise is strong. Very agreeable personality and not pushy whatsoever. She's definitely a trustable expert.

I had an appointment with Brooke to get eyebrow microblading done and our appointment was 6 hours long when it should have been 4 hours long. This was because I asked her MANY questions about the process and wanted to make sure everything went perfect. I was very honest with her and told her all my concerns and that she would touch base me with through text. I sent her pictures after my appointment and I mentioned to her one brow was bigger than the other. She told me not to worry, and at the second appointment we will do a touch up and take of of your concerns. There was a question which asked "are you a heavy bleeder" and I marked no, because I had no experiences with heavy bleeding before, but when she finished my eyebrows, I was bleeding quite heavily. In her post-care instructions she says to wash your eyebrows 2 times a day. I asked her how gentle or hard I need to be with washing. She demonstrated to me that I can wash them thoroughly to get the excess pigment out. I told her that most of my pigment faded and it could have been due to me being a heavy bleeder. She sent me a text 4 days later and told me she will not continue treatment because I did not follow post-care instructions properly and I should not have been "SCRUBBING" my eyebrows. Why would I pay someone $350 and spend 6 hours just to go home and purposely not follow instructions???!!! I find it incredibly disrespectful for her to send me a text, without even allowing me to explain myself, and telling me she will not finish her service as stated in the contract. She made me pay her before our treatment and did not offer me a refund. I spent $350 but I suppose worse things could have happened. As a professional, you should give someone the opportunity to have such a discussion IN PERSON or at least over the phone, NOT TEXT at 9:30 PM at night. I am so upset, but thank GOD it was just money wasted. If I were her, I would have tried to come up with a different solution, like eyebrow micro-shading which she said she offers, I was even willing to pay more for it. SO unfortunate and I hate to write poor reviews but in this case, I felt I really needed to.

She did a Great job on brows. I like the phibrow technique. I have had many compliments on my eyebrows.

Brooke did an amazing job microblading my eyebrows. She is all about attention to detail and symmetry.Truly a talented lady. Very skilled and the utmost in professionalism. Her studio is relaxing, well appointed and sanitary. I am very pleased with the fine detail of her work. Brooke is an amazing artist!
