So many options!! Typically I don't like pancakes yet I did enjoy the old fashioned pancakes here! Ive honestly never had a pancake that enormous in my life. That being said all the portions are plenty enough to even share. If you do try one thing here please do try the freshly squeezed orange juice. Service was quick and efficient, prices were reasonable (considering the enormous portions), decor is traditional dinner. The Main entrance being towards the back of the building is the only thing that threw me off. Other than that it's great! I can see why they are quite busy, even on a weekday.

If I could give Batter Up Pancakes a 4.5 stars, I would! I came here to meet up with a friend and had an overall wonderful experience. Lots of vegetarian options and yummy breakfast choices.Food: Great portion sizes and wonderful flavors! The Apple Cin Chip Crunch pancakes were fluffy and had a wonderful crunch topping. The toppings taste like oatmeal cooked in brown sugar and cinnamon. I wish they added more of the toppings! The Caprese omelet was larger than expected and had a good savory flavor. The Mike is a classic and safe breakfast option that gives you a sweet and savory combo. Service: the waitress was friendly and the food was brought out quickly. The reason Batter Up Pancakes is bumped down a star is that our experience felt a bit rushed as the waitress came often to ask for our order when we were just seated and gave us the bill when we were about 3/4 through our meal. We also had to request to have our water filled. Otherwise it was a positive experience.Ambiance: big and spacious! There were three people in our party and our table could easily fit six. Great for bigger groups or small get togethers. We did have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table when we arrived. No complaints with the noise level.Parking: No problems finding a place to park :)

The food was amazing! The pancakes are fluffy, savory, and made to order. Our entire meal was super satisfying. Our server was able to upstage the food with her warm friendly service, attention to detail, and her ability to juggle multiple tables with speed. The entire restaurant has a baseball theme and is warm, family-friendly, and one of the best breakfast spots in the city. You have to try Batter Up! Keep up the incredible job everyone!

Visited some friends from out of town and came here for brunch! It was about a 30minute wait for a table but it went by quickly. The noise level in the restaurant was as to be expected for brunch and we were able to hold a conversation without issue. The food was great and you get a good portion size. The service felt a little rushed but we would come back!

We had the chorizo omelet (even though I asked for a chorizo scramble) with a side of potatoes and French toast. Also had the country fried steak with country potatoes & a pancake.Honestly, the only thing that is really good is the pancakes. The country fried steak tasted bland and not anything special. The chorizo omelet was ok, but again, nothing worth coming back for.

Came here for brunch while we were in town. Clearly a popular local spot as we had to wait quite a bit. We literally had time to go run to the nearby REI for shopping while we were waiting for our name to be called. The menu is a mixture of diner food classics with a focus on pancakes. The pancakes were really good and our group enjoyed the food over all. Portions were generous and it's great fuel to start your day.

DELICIOUS DELICIOUS did i mention DELICIOUS!!!!Got the Hawaiian pancakes and O M G!! Flavor was on point. Fluffy, soft and buttery not overly sweet and huge enough to share or enjoy yourself. Country potatoes could use a little more seasoning but they were still good. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delish and bacon was cooked to my liking. Only fail was the hash browns... too greasy and crispy for my liking... but the pancake made up for that mistake. Definitely wish there was one of these where I'm from. Service was good and we only waited 15 min to be seated, but we arrived at 9:45am, got busier after that... but it's seriously worth the wait.

Tried Batter Up Pancakes for the first time today. We got an estimate time of 25 minutes for 2 and they sat us within 15 minutes! Their menu is huge! So hard to choose what to get, everything looked delicious! Our waitress was nice, gave us time to order and our food was brought out fast! My husband got a lover's meat omelet, that thing was huge! He also got biscuits and gravy and a pancake on the side. I got this breakfast sandwich, I highly recommend. Good service, fast service, great food, and overall a good time. I recommend to go there!

OMG, where do I start? Came here on a recommendation from locals. I'm from out of state, was here for work, and looking for a hearty breakfast because I LOVE BREAKFAST! Batter Up fit the bill completely! I love the baseball play on the name of the restaurant and decor inside didn't disappoint. Came early 7:45/8 AM with no waiting. By the time we left, the place was packed! On to the food... so many choices! Glad I reviewed the menu the night before because I would have been there a lot longer trying to choose what I wanted! Apple cinnamon chip pancake with an egg and sausage on the side hit the spot! I love apple and cinnamon, and the pancake came topped with a granola oatmeal crisp topping. No syrup needed at all! Egg was perfectly cooked, as was sausage and both complimented the pancake perfectly. I didn't think I would eat the whole thing, but..... it was so good, I ate the whole thing! Didn't have lunch until mid-afternoon because it was so filling. If I'm ever in Fresno again, this is my breakfast spot for sure!
